Great food at 3pm. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and hot. Service was great. Store was a bit messy however, I chalked it up to a busy lunch hour. Overall, awesome!

The speed to get my food out was unreal lol. They were handing me my order before I finished paying! Service is great here and the tenders are on point. The fries did need some help though.

The food was plentiful and our order was served fast but everything we got was cold. From the gravy to fries to tenders. The only thing that was warm was the hush puppies. The lady behind the counter was super nice. Just don’t understand why everything was cold🥶the biscuits seem old and hard as hockey pucks. The same place in Livingston has very hot food.

Drive thru girl super nice . Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order . Green beans had vinegar in them. Horrible . The mash potatoes salty . Chicken didn’t look greasy but once you start eating greasy .

Whoever the girl that wasn't wearing the demon skirt, that was taking orders on 1/9/26 has terrible customer service, borderline bad and disrespectful at it . Throwing boxes around with food in it. Having a guest wait on her for mins just for her to ignore the guest and conversate or help someone she was familiar with.. ridiculous. Some of the looks the two other girls in demon skirts were giving her should tell you all you need to know... Smh

My wife stopped and brought us dinner home,Terrible food, all the fried food tastes of old burnt oil. My wife got me a side of okra, burnt, biscuits are a 1/2" thick and small and old, chicken has the same burnt oil taste, French fries not cooked properly, chicken tenders taste of old burnt oil. Really a sad display from CE, someone next to get a grip over at this location.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I was really disappointed. This is my first time at the location. I heard that this chicken is better than Chick-fil-A and Jack-in-the-Box chicken strips, so I gave it a shot. I ordered the seven piece tenders, spicy with fried pickles and a large unsweet tea with two jalapeño ranches and a roll. My whole total was $18.82. I waited a little bit because I ordered fried pickles. Which was fine. When I finally got my box and drove to work to eat my lunch, I noticed I only had one jalapeño ranch and no roll. The gravy was cold and the chicken is just not what I expected. It’s not spicy. And it wasn’t even hot. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I will say that when I called the manager and told her what happened to me, she said to come back and they would make it right. But I just don’t think I’ll be back. For all future orders, I hope that they pay better attention and double check people’s orders, especially if they’re in the drive-through, as often times, people drive off, assuming that their order is correct.

Service is trash, place is dirty, employees are incompetent and unprofessional. Multiple employees just milking the clock. Ashley the "Manager" acted as if nothing was wrong. No line, not even lunch rush hour and it takes 25 minutes or more. This place is hot garbage. Good thing I didnt get my meal, I wouldn't trust the food they cook by the view of the filth they have behind the counter.

If you are a POC, please don’t eat here! I watched them serve their food, literally sat down in the lobby and watched them. My daughter ordered #1 spicy, yes some tenders and chicken can be smaller at times, but that’s when an intelligent person knows to put an extra piece or find a equivalent piece of fairness to the price on the menu! The young lady would look at me every time she made an order because she knew why I was looking at her! I had gave up when I seen my own order, I couldn’t believe she even thought this was cool, with that smirk on her face! The chicken was smaller than KFC, if you know, you know! Macaroni horrible, along with the way they serve their own and POC!

Been waiting 20 minutes now for my 4 piece tender meal to come out. Tenders have been there since before I ordered. Other people are going to the register and asking how much longer for their food as well.

The stars for this review are for the employees. They, ALL OF THEM, from the front counter to the person working the drive-through are outstanding!! After my meal, I was listening to the drive-through operations. Clear, legible and courteous dialogue between employee and customer. From a people side of things it is great to see people working so well together. Now...the food. "Nothing to write home about". The chicken was okay. The coleslaw was delicious but the biscuit was too dry to eat. Two pieces of chicken, coleslaw and a biscuit with a drink was $10.06 total. I would say it's a bit pricey for a single lunch but the price of chicken today is ridiculous in itself. The inside is clean. There is easy access (a little goofy on exit requiring attention to a potential undetected vehicle darting from the drive-through). The food alone isn't enough to lure me back again. (UPDATE 05-13-23): SOS!! What happened? I decided to try here again because I felt like it could rebound with some effort. The lady that waited on me at the counter was pleasant. That's it for the good part! Buckets were all over the dine-in area because of air conditioning issues. The side of cole slaw was tasty but the mashed potatoes were dried out! The chicken crust was so hard that the entire end on one thigh slid off like the chicken had suddenly shed it's "shell"...hard as a rock! The exposed chicken was dried out. I sincerely hope it turns around because finding simple Southern fried chicken, not nuggets, tenders or "fingers", that's good... seems to be difficult here.
