I took my mom here for her birthday and she ABSOLUTELY loved it!! It was our family’s first time trying P.F. Chang! We enjoyed every bit of it. From our Server Angela , to the food , and the dining experience! I only paid $103 for 3 chefs feasts , 1refillable drink , and 3 alcoholic drinks! Such a steal for a great occasion. Angela made the experience VERY special. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back again.

I can’t say enough good things about our recent visit to PF Chang’s at Woodland Mall in Texas, it’s hands down a 5-star gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric: warm lighting, sleek Asian-inspired decor, and a buzz of happy diners that made it feel like a celebration. My brother and I were treated to an unforgettable evening, laughing over plates of absolute perfection. The food? Out-of-this-world amazing. We devoured the Mongolian Beef, tender, flavorful, with just the right kick and the Lettuce Wraps were a crispy, savory dream. Every bite was fresh, bold, and beautifully presented, leaving us stuffed and smiling. But the real star was our server, Julia, she’s a force of nature! Full of infectious joy and life, Julia lit up our table with her ear-to-ear smiles and boundless energy. She was incredibly accommodating, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. The cherry on top? When she learned we were die-hard baseball fans, she cheerfully switched the TV channel to our favorite team’s game, turning dinner into a total vibe. Julia, you’re by far the best server I’ve ever experienced, pure magic! We’ll be back soon, craving more of that PF Chang’s magic and your stellar service. Highly recommend to everyone!

I recently visited P.F. Chang’s and it was an amazing experience From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, but it was our server, Zoe, who truly made this meal unforgettable. Zoe was nothing short of amazing. Her genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail turned what would have been a regular dinner into an extraordinary experience. From the moment she greeted us with a smile, she made us feel welcome, offering suggestions from the menu and answering all our questions with a knowledgeable and friendly approach. Her timing was impeccable—never intrusive, but always there when we needed her. It was clear that she wasn’t just going through the motions; she was genuinely passionate about making sure we had a fantastic experience. Every dish arrived at the perfect temperature, and her recommendations (especially the Mongolian Beef and the Kung Pao Chicken) were spot on! What truly set Zoe apart, though, was her personal touch. She remembered little details from our conversation and checked in at just the right moments, making us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. It’s rare to encounter a server who elevates a dining experience so significantly. Zoe made the meal feel less like a typical night out and more like a celebration. Because of her exceptional service, I can’t wait to return to P.F. Chang’s. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in Zoe’s section, you’re in for a treat!

After a tasty shared appetizer (crispy green beans) accompanied by P.F. Chang’s refreshing Sangria, we enjoyed firecracker shrimp and Mongolian beef with fried rice. Both were delicious, and portions were large; we both took some to go, leaving room for dessert - key lime and peanut butter pie (loved them both!). But what most impressed us was the outstanding service from our waiter, Nicholas! He was most attentive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We had an amazing experience at this location. Our service was truly on point, (wish I remembered our server name but she was great!) got the new coconut Mojito and my husband got a Long Island. It was utterly amazing also got dumplings and pork eggrolls as an appetizer came out remarkably fast and they were scrumptious. I adore their lettuce wraps and hot a sour soup so I got them and my husband got the lunch special with a salad, orange chicken and lo mein. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at P.F. Chang’s. We will definitely be back.

He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and gave the best recommendations — everything he suggested was spot-on. Curt’s timing was perfect; drinks were always full, our food came out fresh and hot, and he checked in at just the right moments. What really stood out, though, was his upbeat attitude and professionalism. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does — his energy made the whole dining experience that much better. If you’re dining at P.F. Chang’s, ask for Curt! He turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience.

I recently visited one of the branches of this Chinese restaurant chain, and as always, the food was excellent. The dishes were flavorful, fresh, and lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this chain. While the interior wasn’t quite as nice as in some of the other locations — it felt a bit basic — the service more than made up for it. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made the experience very pleasant. Overall, great food and wonderful service, even if the atmosphere could use a little improvement.

First and foremost, our waitress Erin was phenomenal. Great service is top priority to me and I appreciate her excellent service. The food was also amazing. The chicken lettuce wraps really caught us by surprise because it was “just” an appetizer. Honestly, my wife and I could have had them as the main course. The chicken so flavorful…seasoned to PERFECTION! The lettuce was crisp and the dipping sauce was the perfect addition. For entrees my wife chose chicken fried rice and I selected beef fried rice with added Chang’s sauce on the side. Neither of us could finish our meal so we’re having delicious leftovers today for lunch. We will definitely frequent this location.

Excellent First Visit at P.F. Chang’s! We visited P.F. Chang’s in The Woodlands for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! Our waitress, Fabian, was exceptionally attentive and polite, making us feel welcome from the start. As a delightful surprise for our first visit, we were offered complimentary appetizers, and we chose the pork dumplings — they were absolutely delicious! The main dishes were also very tasty, and the overall atmosphere was stylish and comfortable.Design of restaurant is 🥇 We highly recommend P.F. Chang’s for anyone looking for a great dining experience with excellent service. Will definitely be coming back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great experience as first timers. Great customer service from the manager, Gilbert and our server, Carson. Food was very fresh and flavorful. Restaurant was nice and clean. The location is also a good spot in proximity to the free parking garage. Update: We've returned 2 more times and Carson has said "hello" and made sure we were taken care of by other servers when we weren't sitting in his station.

Sat down right away, and service the whole time was so nice and friendly. Food here always tastes so good, and I went for my birthday and I got incredible treatment and a massive slice of cake which was so good. I'm pretty sure they dropped the quantity in their portions though, they used to serve a bowl that was full of rice and chicken, and recently I got a not so filled bowl but that was once, and drink prices being 4 dollars was a little annoying. Tasted so good though.

PF Chang’s was a good experience overall. I ordered the teriyaki steak lunch portion, which was okay, but a bit too sweet for my taste. The service was good, and our waiter was very nice. The wonton soup was really good, one of my favorites. Overall, a decent visit with great service and a comforting bowl of soup.

Enjoyed a lunch at PF Changs for two people at about $50 w/tax and tip (two lunch specials with one beverage). We enjoyed our lunch fine, but can seriously and whole-heartily recommend their cocktail service. Service felt slow at times and the atmosphere might need some updating. Also a little more expensive than expected. Maybe next time, lunch at Pei Wei, drinks at PF Chang’s.

P. F. Chang's did not live up to the hype. The staff was fairly attentive. Seemed to be a bit distracted but wasn't the worst waitress we've ever had. The food wasn't the best Chinese food. The egg drop soup had carrots in it, which made it taste more like vegetable soup with a side of eggs. The house fried rice did not have a lot of protein. The steak in the rice was delicious, but it also had these super crunchy pieces that were so hard they were not chewable. I can see how people like it, but I'd rather go to the neighborhood Chinese restaurant than spend $60 here!

I used to dine at PF Chang on a regular basis however due to my international trip I did not dine for a year or so. I was excited to get back to PF Chang at the woodlands location to taste their excellent food. Unfortunately I felt the food quality wasn’t good at all. The meat dishes were VERY salty especially kung-pao Chicken and pepper beef stake. The appetizer dynamite shrimp was good but the quantity is so small considering the price. They might have put too much of aginomoto as the food tasted extremely salty. I guess this would be my last visit to PF Chang.

I visited P.F. Chang's on September 25th, 2025, around 1:51 PM, and had a deeply disappointing experience. I ordered the Chang's Chicken with a salad and, due to a severe peanut allergy, I asked the server, Julia, if the salad contained peanuts. Initially, Julia was unsure and went back to confirm with the kitchen. She returned to inform me that the salad did contain peanuts, and I was relieved I asked. However, what followed was astonishing. Julia mentioned that it would have been my responsibility if I had eaten the salad and had an allergic reaction. She even implied it would have been my fault, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. It was clear that the staff was more focused on their own convenience than on customer safety. To make matters worse, when I discussed the situation with my wife, Julia interrupted our conversation, insisting that I was mistaken and that I should have informed them ahead of time. This lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. Ultimately, the situation left a poor impression, and I had to be served by another bartender afterward. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for customer safety and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and protocols for handling food allergies in the future.

I almost never leave reviews but I had actually probably one of the weirdest dining experiences here. Our server was Isaiah. I only know this now because I saw his mugshot on Montgomery county's Facebook page. lol. It started with walking in... I made reservations, walked in and asked if we could sit on the patio. They said no the larger party out there was using the table. I was like oh no problem. Then as we're going to our table- I asked for a booth and the host tells me no that it's "going to be busy tonight." Again, ok no problem. We had a movie in about an hour and half so I just wanted to sit, eat and get out of there. It was the week before Christmas so giving them some grace here at this point. We are sitting for awhile.... not very many people even in our section at this point and he finally walks over. I asked for waters for the table and a lychee martini. These are my favorite and I typically order one at dinner if it's an Asian or sushi establishment. I tell him I'm also ready to order when he comes back with drinks. (to speed things up- considering it took a bit to even get to our table for drink orders) so some time goes by... we've had waters.. no apps have came at this time still. I ask about them, they come.. I ask about my drink he looks across the bar and sees it sitting and says usually when they are busy someone will run it for him. This drink is clearly a lemon drop which is also on special with a lychee popped in it. I asked about it and he comes back after asking them and says they put lemon juice in it but they can remake it. They do and this time it's (terrible) but no lemon juice. 😆 At this point our food and apps have come out together..love that. And I had to ask about the food too. He said about 2 minutes- how did he know that? Was our food just sitting? The table next to us had a different server and they were getting everything more timely. So it maybe wasn't an establishment issue and it was a server issue. Just super disappointed in the experience overall. The food was okay! I just won't be back for "okay" food and bad service.
