Best experience I’ve ever had at Wing Stop! My order had an error which happens some times, no big deal. What really gave them 5 stars was how they handled it. The manager was so courteous and professional; he fixed my order no questions asked and went above and beyond to take care of me. I will always come back to this location. Good people here.
Literally nothing to complain about this wing stop. Ordered 50 wings with some friends, standard wing stop flavors, quick service. There’s a limited number of tables but if you show up with 5+ people just push them together.
It’s seems there is new employees now. The service is excellent they are super nice. My wings are really good and crunchy I love that! Before they seemed to be soggy even after me choosing the well done option. Very content. Thank you guys.
I wanted wings tonight. My husband said make sure to order from the Coppell location I don't mind to drive farther to pick it up. So I did. The lady was super attentive making sure she got my order right. I asked for extra seasoning. Not only was our whole order correct!! But there was extra seasoning on my wings as well as requested. Mad probs to her...the cooks/ whoever was working tonight and my husband for going the extra mile to make a grumpy wife happy. Great service like this is so rare nowadays. It's the little things in life :) After I left the review...I read the prior reviews...eek :/ message to management whoever was on duty tonight 👌
Love this WingStop location because it's never crowded. They get the order done within 10 minutes or ordering. We are regular clients at this point and they know our order. The staff is very friendly and easy to chat with.
I visit here almost once a week. Mauro is always super nice professional and helpful
Great food and service! Wings came out quicker than we expected. I usually order Louisiana rub flavor and it’s never really seasoned. But this store definitely seasoned my wings up so good. The fries were also well seasoned!
This Wingstop is a fantastic addition to Coppell! The location is perfect, and the inside is always clean, organized, and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and I've never had an order be late or incorrect. The food is always top-notch. Overall, it’s a great spot to grab a bite!
Manuel was completely awesome. My wife and I ordered 20 wings and we got them hot and they were great but too hot for my wife and he actually made us 10 extra wings Mild just to suit her at no extra charge. very friendly and very helpful. Didn’t even ask him - he just did it. These days it’s pretty rare to have people pay attention to the extra details - and go above and beyond. Manuel did exactly that. KUDOS MANUEL! You get a A+++++ today sir!

I have been here an ungodly amount of times. The wings are always 10/10 regardless of flavor and bone-in/boneless. The ranch is always 11/10. The only reason a star got taken away is due to soggy fries 9 out of 10 times. Service always takes way longer than it should be as well. Other than that, this is my comfort food every other week.
Are the wings and fries here absolute GAS? Yes, definitely. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, my colleague at work placed a timed order to be picked up at 12:15PM for me to bring back after I dine-in. After I finished my dine-in meal at that time, I checked in to see if the order was ready after hearing them verify my colleague's name with someone else and they handed them the order. It appears they gave the order to that lady, who then left the premises. The person working the front didn't realize this until I checked in with them but he did not want to admit the mistake. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to re-make the order and when I asked for an additional ranch on behalf of my colleague, they wanted to charge for it. Yes I understand it's an extra charge under normal circumstances, but they could not bother to comp it on the house to make up for their mistake?! Terrible customer service, and they really need to look in the mirror to see what needs to be improved over there.
Hello im a truck driver out of town so this is my first time at this location the food is fresh taste gud but my issue is alll the grease thats in my plate there no way u can tell me who ever fixed the plate didnt see tht

I placed an order through the Wingstop app and received a confirmation and charge, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they never received my order. I showed the order confirmation and proof of payment, but the manager, Mauro, told me there was nothing he could do since it didn’t show up in his system. He offered no help, no alternatives—just a dismissive attitude and a “tough luck” response. The lack of customer service and accountability was incredibly disappointing. I left with no food, out the money I paid, and no support from staff. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ever ordering from Wingstop again. Update: I was assured by the manager, Mauro, that the charge would be refunded—but that turned out to be untrue, as the charge still went through. It’s clear he either had no idea what he was talking about or was blatantly lying. When I called to follow up, I was told he was "in a meeting"—at a Wingstop branch? You can come up with a better lie Allie (employee who I spoke with on the phone) . To make matters worse, the staff refused to provide the contact information for the general or district manager. As a result, I’ve had to escalate the issue by disputing the charge through my credit card company and contacting corporate. Bottom line: avoid this location. The employees are unprofessional, and the manager, Mauro, has proven he could care less about you or the service he provides.
This wingstop will not answer their phone. This location will not get your order correct. The manager at this location will twist a conversation and lie to you to avoid apologizing to a customer to fix a situation. I have seen High school kids fighting in the dining area and employees watching like it's a show. I really enjoy wingstops food and there are two near by locations that are worth the drive.
Answer the dang phone. How hard is that? Called and phone just rang and rang. Checked the number and called again. Rang and recording said - “Everyone is busy. Hang up and call later”. What? Drove to restaurant. Three customers sitting at tables. Heard the phone ringing while ordering. Three workers and no one answering the phone. One worker dedicated to cleaning the fryers. Lost business. Won’t be me driving there again.
Wingstop - I’m not sure if yall have a suggestions box but I’m going to relate some feedback to yall through a review. We all know that Super Bowl Sunday is one, if not the busiest day for yall out of the year. With a high volume of orders and probably not enough to sustain I can only imagine the chaos that takes place. I submitted my order online about a week in advance to try to avoid the crazy crowd. However, it didn’t matter because there was still a huge delay. Upon going inside there was a massive crowd of people standing around the checkout counter with no understanding of how or when they’re going to retrieve their orders. There was the rack of completed online orders behind the cash register but you don’t realize it until you shove your way to the front of the counter. Had I not waved down one of the employees to hand me my online order I would’ve been standing there confused for another 30 minutes. I think maybe considering space to allow people to sit down while they wait for their orders so the counter area is clear, and a text system to notify customers when their order is ready with a staff member verifying order numbers and handing out the order to the customer. Also someone standing at the front greeting and waiting on people as they walk in so they can be helped and not stand in the crowd confused on where to go. The crowd of people standing caused a lot of confusion so once you are able to maintain crowd control there can be some efficiency in everything else. There needs to be organization so your staff isn’t overwhelmed and customers aren’t confused and frustrated. Thank you!
I ordered online when picking up the order it took two people to find my order saying that there was no order for me waiting a couple minutes another guy came out and got my order no problem because it was right on the pick up shelf. When I got home and opened my bag the other half of my wings were the completely wrong flavor. I asked for Cajun and hot honey rub. I got buffalo instead of Cajun
Terrible customer service. Had a $60 order, when my husband got home they had forgotten the ranch. Went back up there since we live 5 minutes away. They looked at me like I was lying, girl took my receipt walked back to talk to another lady who then gave me a stink eye for no reason. Believe me, I’m not trying to scam anyone over ranch, but when I spend $60 at your establishment I’d appreciate everything I order. I don’t appreciate being treated like that since we come in 2-3 a month. No one apologized, just super rude!
