La comida está bien preparada y el servicio es rápido. En la ultima visita ha sido un chasco. En autoking las patatas frías y con mal sabor. El bocadillo como se ve en la foto, seco, sin lechuga ni tomate tal como aparece en la cartelería. Me querían cobrar el doble del precio que aparece. Lo tire tras el primer bocado. El personal esta desbordado. Por la tarde, una sola persona atiende tres ventanillas. En una te pregunta que deseas, en otra te cobra, se va preparar el pedido y te lo entrega.

Me pido un Big King y las hamburguesas son de un tamaño insultantemente ridículo. Este no es el producto que venden. Estafa.

Hemos pedido en el auto king y al llegar a casa nos han faltado dos bolsas de alitas y una ensalada, hasta ahi todo bien, todo el mundo tiene un descuido. Pero cuando hemos llamado para reclamar, la contestación ha sido desagradable y prepotente. Al ser su descuido hemos pedido que nos los traigan a domicilio y no nos lo han dado como solución, esto no funciona así nos ha contestado la chica. Muy descontentos con el trato. Nos pensaremos el volver.

Incompetencia total, mas de 1 hora esperando la comida, llamo al establecimiento y me dicen que el repartidor lleva 3 pedidos. La comida llega congelada.. No es la primera vez que me pasa, ya no volveré a pedir más en esta cadena de restaurantes!!!

Hemos pedido a domicilio hoy por la noche y el repartidor bien pero hemos pedido 3 menús y un 2x1 en crispy chicken y lo último no ha llegado. Al reclamar por la app no deja subir la imagen por lo que hemos perdido los 7€.

We ordered from Burger King in Coria del Río for delivery. After waiting 40 minutes, they kept saying it would arrive in 5 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 2 more. I called the coordinator, who told me that out of the three orders the driver was delivering, mine was the first. To top it all off, the driver called me back to say that my order wasn't the first and that it would take another 10 minutes to arrive. The bottom line is, it arrived late and cold. Very irresponsible of the staff.

For the one thing I ask for, they forget half of it. The service is awful, and they had a good staff. Speaking of which, they really need to change the personnel.

My experience has always been terrible. Delivery orders are always late, an hour or more, and they always forget an item and do nothing to fix it. The food is always cold and poorly packaged. It's a complete disaster. In my opinion, Burger King should do something to improve this restaurant.

I ordered delivery from the Burger King in Coria del Río. The delivery driver was very friendly. We told him we were going to check the order because it's happened to us more than once that something is always missing, and he didn't object at all. Two of the burgers weren't in their usual packaging (we ordered two Double Whoppers, and they were wrapped in the same paper as the bacon cheddar burgers). We told the driver, who gave us instructions on how to file a complaint and took them away to bring us the correct ones. Then a Burger King employee called us and started telling us (very rudely, by the way) that the burgers were fine, that they were Double Whoppers. We told her that the paper had a different name on it, and that's why we returned them, in case they were from another order and they'd made a mistake. She said (again, very rudely) that they'd run out of the wrapping paper and had used that one. We told her that if she hadn't told us about it, she would have been very rude. Well, we don't know and we think they're not ours, but she insists and tells us that if she has to call all the customers to warn us about this, she'll never finish... Anyway, I think they should hire more competent and polite people who treat customers with more respect.

Burger King is a very good fast food restaurant, but there's a cashier who's not very polite. I asked him if I could keep the ticket or give it to him, and he said "bye." - Food 2⭐ - Service 1⭐ (because I can't type negative numbers) - Atmosphere 1⭐ (because this place is drier than my love life) Tuna.

If you have any respect for Burger King, don't go to this one because it will put you off ever wanting to go back for a long time. Terrible service. They don't even get your order right, they always forget something. They seem to throw away products hoping to get the bun right. They put out products like the wrong bun for the burger. The wait time is awful, and the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Now I understand why they haven't gotten a McDonald's restaurant upright since they opened a McDonald's next door. If you don't want to end the night pissed off, take my sacrifice today and learn from it.

After 40 minutes of waiting with hardly any people.... I got home, I saw that I didn't have any salt for my salad, they didn't put any ketchup on it, they were more busy scolding a kid on a scooter than doing their job, it's the second time I've been and the wait time is practically the same with hardly any people, there are wilted lettuce leaves in the salad.

Terrible. After buying a King Jr. Meal, they gave us, as a toy that always comes with the meal, an envelope with pencils and a card with a gift for another King Jr., which expired 7 months ago. These are the gifts they give out when they celebrate birthdays there. The service is incredibly slow. And on top of that, they do this kind of thing... We won't be back, and all our reviews of this place will be negative. There are other places nearby that offer better service and don't try to rip you off.

I'm not posting this review out of anger. I arrived at this burger joint and was served poorly. The food was an hour old, made of cardboard chips. The nuggets were charred and dry. The burgers were awful. Poorly made with too much ketchup and stale bread. The burgers were almost defrosted; the only thing in place were the onion rings because they had to be made on the spot. And on top of that, the impertinent manager yelled at me for ordering behind the screen without a mask. (I'm human and I forgot, but that doesn't give me the right to yell and glare.)
