This is probably one of the best authentic Italian restaurants I have been to in years. I was visiting the area and we went there and it was fantastic. The service is great and the food is even greater. When ever I'm in the area I will be going back.

An Unforgettable Italian Experience at Con Amore Ristorante! We went to celebrate a birthday at Con Amore Ristorante, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Alfredo, the owner, greeted us like old friends. He’s not just a restaurant owner — he’s the heart and soul of the place. His genuine warmth, humor, and passion for what he does made us feel like part of his family. The food was absolutely spectacular — every bite bursting with authentic Italian flavor. You could taste the love and craftsmanship in each dish. When we found out everything was made from scratch by Alfredo’s wife in the kitchen, it all made sense. The quality and care put into every plate easily rival, and even surpass, some Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve been to. The entire experience — from the atmosphere to the service to the incredible food — was worth the wait, worth the price, and worth every mile of the drive. We came all the way from Texas, but we’re leaving with full hearts and new friends. Alfredo and his wife have set the standard for what an authentic Italian dining experience should be. We’ll be talking about this meal for years to come.

BEST RESTAURANT we have been to in America in YEARS. Get ready for a whole authentic Italian EXPERIENCE. The place was busy when my husband and I walked in, but they managed to fit us in and we’re SO GRATEFUL they did! Our server Gioia was the most smiley, gracious gal and was super fun and easy to talk to! The owner Alfredo is a classic Italian entertainer, who serenaded a special lady on her birthday while we were there—we could not stop laughing about the candle he stuck onto his bald head!! Also, check out the bathroom…that’s all I’ll say🤌 When the food came, BOYYYY were we in Heaven! I ordered the Risotto ai Funghi while my husband ordered the Chicken Marsala. I would eat that risotto as my LAST MEAL ON EARTH, it was so melt-in-your-mouth DELICIOUS! And my husband downed his meal like his life depended on it…it’s safe to say he was a BIG FAN! Plus their focaccia was *chef’s kiss*…We learned that they make everything from scratch, so go to this restaurant not just to eat and leave but to DINE with great company and enjoy the time spent at this little pocket of Italy in America.

Amazing authentic Italian restaurant!! It was our first time eating here. It was recommended to us by a local friend when we were visiting Friday evening from Los Angeles. It was very busy, with the spacious patio in front of the restaurant filled to capacity with diners, but we were immediately seated inside at the only open table by the owner, Alfredo. He is from Italy and his food is all homemade and served in a beautiful dining room with great original artwork by his wife hanging everywhere and a live saxophone player sitting by the piano playing familiar favorites on his horn. The pasta had been recommended to us as the best ever. It is homemade in house, as is every other item on the menu. We had the bucatini al limoni and the gnocchi 4 formaggi, which were both amazing! The gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had. Order the side bread, it’s great focaccia. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. It took a long time for our main orders to come out because they were very busy in the kitchen and they make everything fresh. Fresh pasta is incredible and it was well worth the wait! Order something to drink, get the bread, and an appetizer or salad and enjoy the company of who you’re there with until your main course comes out. You’ll want to take half of it home for later so that you can have room for dessert and a coffee. We had the bread pudding and an apple crumble cheesecake with cappuccinos, both were delicious and we took a little home to go with the pasta. We don’t eat meat but a lovely couple at the next table that I had chatted with ate the chicken piccata and the chicken Marsala, both of which looked excellent with wonderfully presented vegetables and potatoes and they said it was delicious. This restaurant will always be on the list when we are in that area and want an excellent dinner at a nice restaurant!! There were people there on dates, with their families, and in groups - including one celebrating a birthday at another table near us. The owner is incredibly nice, charming and attentive, interacting with guests, checking in with them and joking with them. He’s very fun and friendly and we had a great time. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great Italian food and a wonderful experience. Just amazing!

This place was just wonderful. The perfect vibe. I walked in not knowing what to expect and what I found was nothing but perfection. The owners are amazing, the staff are happy and alive. This is the place to be. From beginning to end everything was excellent. This is not a place you come to quickly eat and leave. This is a place where you go and enjoy as long as you possibly can. The food is perfection and perfection takes time. Don’t be in a rush and expect it to be quick, but it’s not slow either compared to other restaurants with similar quality with prices that are double. THIS IS THE GO TO SPOT!!!

First time dining here. This place was recommended by a friend. The menu apparently changes according to what the chef is making. The menu was in Italian (so we Googled for pictures and descriptions). The menu was small and to the point. Appetizers, pasta, proteins, and wines. The pizza/flat bread was amazing. Simple ingredients, but tasty. The lobster ravioli was cooked to perfection. The sauce was creamy, but not too heavy. The chicken and veggies was good as well. I like that everything is portioned and you're not getting a huge amount of food. The sponge cake with expresso, chocolate ganache, and pecans was on of the best desserts I have ever ate. 🙌 It does get busy and the servers are doing their best. I definitely suggest making a reservation. Call around 3:30pm or 4pm (that's what the server told us). We walked right in on a Sunday at 4pm. I would definitely come back. This place was good!

Once again The food, service and wine did not disappoint. Alfonso and Dominica are absolutely delightful. Felt like I was having Sunday dinner at my Uncle & Aunt’s house. Tonight we had the short rib ravioli and the lobster ravioli. Date night was a success.

The food is like none other. The delicate ricotta ravioli was done in the most delicious, delicate sauce that sent my taste buds soaring. Authentic Italian sausage that I truly had driven over 300 miles to try and would do it again 😋. Service was top notch. Alfredo the owner is warm, friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. His daughter was sweet friendly and highly knowledgeable of each and every dish. Can't wait to return.

Must try Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. As well as the service. Prompt seating and food made from scratch. We enjoyed ourselves. I got the shrimp Alfredo and it was good. The owner came out and greeted us and was very nice and explained the menu to us. Made our experience very grateful. Really refreshing to try a place that serves good food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a try!

Great time and amazing food with the family here and the owners make you feel like you are part of their family. This will definitely be one of our repeat spots. The kids had a blast with the riddles they were given by the owner and the service from our waitress was fantastic as well. Definitely a business we love to support.

The best Italian restaurant in Corona and the entire county. Owned and managed by an italian family. Fettuccine bolognese was very tasty and fresh. A good selection of wines and tiramisu is a must have dessert. Eddie was great. Thanks.

Small venue inside, however there's plenty of sitting outdoors. Waitress was very attentive but the wait for the food did take a long time. The taste of the food is amazing. Highly recommend it

We stopped here for a lunch date and what a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is Italian and very comfortable. You feel relaxed and at home, not only because of the space, but the service is very good. Everyone is accommodating and friendly. The food is definitely cooked with love. She had fettuccine with Sea Bass and I had the mushroom risotto. Both were extremely good. The sea bass was meaty and a great compliment to the cream sauce in the dish. The risotto was creamy and full of flavor. I was sure to savor every bite. I would have probably licked the plate if I could! The owner came out and met us. He was welcoming and also very Italian. I knew that I had met a friend. He brought a tiramisu for us to share for dessert. It was unlike any that I've ever had before. Hands down the best that I have ever had. It was light and decadent. The whole lunch was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Best Italian restaurant I found in the US with real fresh and authentic Italian food! I am never disappointed. Whatever you will order, you know that it is going to be delicious!

I had a pleasant experience on June 23 with my friends after we had a relaxing morning at Glen Ivy. We ordered Gnocchi Speck & Mushrooms, Prosciutto & Burrata, Mushroom Risotto, Short Rib Ravioli, Rigatoni with Meatballs & Sausage. The server did a good job taking our order and checking on us. There was also an older man who checked in with us and gave us few laughs. My friends have gone to Italy, and they said the vibe was very similar and the decor as well. I hope I will go to Italy in the near future. The pastas were al dente in nice red and creamy sauces. I will definitely be back to bring my sister for her birthday in September. We also liked that there was a young lady playing the piano. I can't pick one pasta from this visit in particular because all of them exceeded my expectations. Thank you to those who helped us!

Just amazing. DO NOT go if you are wanting restaurant style Italian food. DO GO if you are wanting an amazing dining experience. From start to finish, staff is very attentive, food is amazing! Not cheap, but worth the price. 10/17/2024 UPDATE. Place hasn't changed. Amazing! Sea Bass was best i have EVER had. Scallops, incredibly sweet and melted in your mouth. 10 stars.

This is my second opportunity to enjoy con Amore. The staff is amazing, they are family. The food is everything you would expect and more. Everything is made to order. Con Amore is a definitely new regular place when I want to be spoiled. If you enjoy a truly Italian experience you will not be disappointed. I would give more stars if I could.

Best dining in Corona. Family owned and operated with great staff that truly care and damn can they cook. Small place and the wait can be a little bit, but only because it is worth it. Live music and great place. Was afraid to recommend because it is small and I don't really want it to get more busy but they deserve this review.

Wow. Amazing experience here. The inside is decorated so nicely and on Fridays they have live music that was so nice to hear while we were eating. Service and staff are amazing and very friendly. It's a small family owned business and the owner always comes up to check on how everything is. They have a great wine selection and the food is always so flavorful. It's my favorite Italian restaurant in the inland empire and my family loves coming here. We ordered the Gnocchi Pink, Lobster Ravioli, and the Salmon. Don't skip on the Lobster Ravioli. We also ordered the Caprese which was so fresh and a great starter. Highly recommend. I have nothing bad to say about this place and no critiques. The ambiance is great and everything is priced fairly for what you get. Check it out!

AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD Service was amazing, the little waitress girl was super sweet and the owner came back to my table twice to make sure food was good, super sweet man, he even joked with us bout my boyfriend looking like ed Sheeran lol If you have the opportunity of coming to this place, do not hesitate Very good food

This is a nice Italian restaurant (near the theater) located in Corona Crossings Plaza. The owners, and their Nephew are from Italy. Excellent food- that awakens your pallet. I had the "Short Rib Ravioli" and My Husband had the Meatballs. Truly amazing! If you're a "Foodie-" then this is a must. The staff were very attentive to your needs. The outside of the restaurant does it no justice- the inside atmosphere is romantic.... Hopefully someday- they can have their own building. This restaurant stands out- in atmosphere, location, service and taste!

Everyone told us to go here. We normally do not eat Italian out because of bad past experiences. This place was even better than everyone told us though. My husband and I were so impressed with our food that I forgot to take pictures. We went in on Sunday just after church and were first ones to be seated for day (that’s why no one is in my pictures). Place quickly filled up though. My husband had the sea bass and I had the veal. It was amazing. Service was incredible. This is run by the family. The owners came over and introduced themselves and talked with us. They made us feel like family. Just the way it should be. Will definitely be going back time and time again.

This is by far the most authentic Italian restaurant I’ve been to in the inland Empire. It is family owned by an Italian family. Signore Alfredo is a wonderful host. His wife is the chef and his daughter serves in the restaurant as well. So grateful to have found this gem!

Local and first time here! My best friend highly recommended and being Italian; had to try it! Food was DELIZIOZA 🤌🏼👏🏼. My sincerest compliments to the chef(s). I indulged in the Lasagna Bolognese and the portion and sauce were balanced very well. Garlic bread was light and simple, yet delicious, and the Cabernet was lightly bold and paired well with the meal. I’ll definitely be back for the risotto and gnocchi dishes at some point! Only constructive criticism would be the live music; for such an amazing establishment, the music was a bit tacky; pipe in some Sinatra or Pavarotti and that would make the entire experience PERFETTO!! 🙏🏼❤️👏🏼

Food was yummy. We came for the angus beef capaccio and the spaghetti clam. The restaurant is cute and cozy. The plaza looks kinda dead though 😂

Went here for an 81st birthday dinner for my mother-in-law. It was an early Saturday evening. The staff was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Every one of the eight people in our party ate every little bit of food on their plates. I guess that tells you how good it was. Our group ordered the Penne Carnosa, the Ravioli al burro salvia, Ravioli all' Aragosta, Risotto ai Porcini, Risotto ai Fichi, and a couple of other things I can't remember. For dessert, which we really didn't have room for, we ordered the Cannoli, the baked pear, and another dish, I can't remember the name of. Sorry about that, but I can remember it all tasted so good, and again the plates were cleaned. When it came time to sing happy birthday to Grandma, we did, but then our waiter, Manuel, and another gentleman, whose name I didn't get, serenaded my mother-in-law with a beautiful Italian song. The entire experience made a memory we won't soon forget. Highly recommended.

The best Italian food ever! I want to volunteer in the kitchen one day when I'm back in CA so I can attempt to cook somewhat like them. The recipes on the internet aren't even close. Staff is super friendly & makes you feel at home and part of the family. Check the menu as they say it changes on a regular basis.

11/4/25 5 years later and we are still celebrating our anniversaries at Con Amore! The romantic and soothing atmosphere, good wine, and great food made our night! I had the Gigli Toscani w/ Sausage and Rapini, and my wife stuck with her favorite, Pumpkin Ravioli. We tried the pumpkin Nutella dessert with toasted hazelnuts which was delicious! Rich and creamy. Our happy place! 11/3/2000 Happy Anniversary to us! My wife and I enjoyed an intimate, relaxed, and carefree evening at Con Amore. Our servers and chef are a delightful family operating this gem of a restaurant making the very most of what COVID allows. We started with a delicious appetizer called Borra, a cheese ball drizzled in olive and truffle oils with tomatoes and strawberries. Delicious! We both ordered wonderful pasta dishes. My wife enjoying the pumpkin ravioli and I enjoyed a spicy penne dish. The pasta was perfect and the portions just right, leaving room for amazing desserts. I enjoyed a dark chocolate cherry cheesecake that I will never forget. It distracted me so much that I can't remember what my wife ordered! We had a Chianti wine that the owner recommended--it was perfect in its pairing. Such wonderful people with generous hearts on a beautiful and calm evening! We will certainly return.

This place is the absolute BEST. If you are looking for authentic northern Italian food, and a relaxed an fun atmosphere, this is for you. I have yet to find anything sub-par on the menu. They don't take reservations so they never have to rush you out. Go here after the movie, not before, so you can hang out and enjoy. Perfect for date night or celebrating. Or just having amazing food with friends and family.

Eating lunch here was like taking a trip to Italy for the afternoon. Italy is one of my and my husband’s favorite places, and the owner was so charismatic and engaging throughout the lunch experience. The food was unmatched - true authentic Italian food. It made us wish we lived in the area. If you’re in the mood for true Italian food, this is your place!

This place was a hidden gem for us! My husband is from Northern Italy, and we were both thrilled—the flavors reminded us so much of the way we cook at home. The gnocchi was a delightful twist and such a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the carpaccio, bresaola, and the hazelnut cannoli. I had my eye on the filet, but they were out, so next time I’ll try the halibut (one of my favorites). Hopefully, they’ll add a branzino to the menu—that would make my heart happy! It’s rare to find food this good in the area without heading down to South OC. Everything was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back soon.😊🫠🥲😋💕

A quaint little family-owned Italian restaurant that is by far my favorite. The food is authentic and always delicious. Their gnocchi are like little clouds of heaven; I've never tasted better. The owners truly care about their patrons. They spend time with you and treat you like family. One of the owners, Alfredo, loves riddles. He exchanged riddles with my husband our first time there. We didn't think he'd remember us on our next visit months later, but he actually did! In case you're there the same time as him, make sure you come prepared with a riddle of your own!

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and it was amazing. Best experience l've had at a restaurant in a long time. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was perfect. The owner also stopped by our table a few times to check on us and he was very friendly! I can't wait to go back. I would also like to add that one of my favorite parts was watching the owner greet and welcome guests that he remembered, it definitely felt like one big family.

Such a delightful gem hidden off Tuscany Road in Corona shopping center (near the theatre). The atmosphere is so very welcoming and personal - you feel as if you've been invited into the private home of an authentic Italian family. The food is also perfectly authentic, reaonably priced, made upon ordering, and seasoned with so much love. We drive nearly an hour just to enjoy the wonderfully fresh food selections and personality of the owners. *favorite

Gem of a restaurant in Corona. If you haven’t gone, you are a missing out. Atmosphere was excellent, real old world Italian restaurant. The food was amazing, everything from the mozzarella prosciutto, the espresso, and the fettuccine bolognese was delicious. Best damn salmon I’ve ever had at a restaurant, tender inside and with a delicious crisp coating outside. Service was excellent, the owner loves his restaurant and what he does and it shows from the service and the food. We are making this place our new date night spot. Jazz and music on Friday and Saturday, it gets crowded but you’ll understand why.

WOW… what an extraordinary experience. From start to finish, Alfredo provided hospitality and service like never before. They delivered the very best service I could imagine. To top it off; the food was absolutely breathtaking with every bite. The last time we received this level of service was actually in Italy. Traditional mouth watering Italian food and next level unforgettable service. We were even serenaded. Super impressive!!!!!

An absolute gem. If you are reading this, go now. The food is fantastic, and Alfredo is truly a special person. We made a reservation for 12 for my mother's birthday, and Alfredo pulled out all the stops. He made my mother feel very special, and was so engaging with our kids. Alfredo is one of a kind, and our experience was top notch. We will be back.

We were in the mood for something other than our usual spot so I jumped on Yelp and found this place. Based upon the reviews we decided to give it a try. This restaurant is located right next to the movie theatre at Corona Crossings. Once you step in you immediately forget you are in a shopping center and feel like you've just walked into a quaint yet elegant Italian kitchen - beautiful decor, dark wood, wines, and the aroma of good Italian eats! We order the popular red wine blend (can't remember the name but it's $11 a glass) which was delicious. Followed by the calamari, which was cooked perfectly - however for my taste I added a little salt and lemon to make it perfecto. I can never find gnocchi so we ordered the four cheeses to share, which I'm glad we did because by itself it would not have worked as a meal - too small in my opinion. It was tasty but a little rich with all the cheese, is really like to find a bomb gnocchi with a red sauce. For dinner my hubby ordered the short rib ravioli and I ordered the lobster ravioli. I loved both of them but if I could do it again I'd order the short rib ravioli as that is a delectable rare find while lobster ravioli is more readily available. No room for dessert so we passed and our bill was over $100. I think it's a little pricey for the portion sizes but very delicious. During out dinner the power went out in the entire shipping center for about 15-20 minutes but it didn't keep the chef from cooking. We didn't mind so much but it did get a little warm in there. The chef was kind to bring us an amazingly delicious Moscato as an "I'm sorry and thank you for staying" token. Service was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again.

So, my wife and I, go to the Movies, about, Twice a week, we are Retired, and the Monthly Passes are Very Reasonable! So, we pass by this Restaurant, all of the time! And, it, Always, Smells Good! So, the One, Time, that we, think that we will Finally, Check this Place Out! So, The, Owner/ Manager, takes a Look at me and my wife, and, then, he pulls on my Orange, Jimi Hendrix shirt, and, then he says Nice Shirt, and, how can, I Help You? I, said, well, we, have been coming by here for a while now, and, we, are here to try out your Delicious Smelling Food! He, said, well, do you have a Reservation? I, replied back to him, no, we don’t, but, your Restaurant, is half empty? He, then told me, that it would be a 2 and a half hour wait, at least. I, said, ok, we still had some time before the movie, so, we, started walking towards the Bar, that was More, Than , Half Empty, he, once again, pulled on my shirt, proceeded , to Tell me, that it would be another, 2 and a half hours, before, we, would, be able to get a Drink? I, asked him why is that? He, said, because, we are Very Busy? Another, couple Came in, in the Meantime, and, Sat them right down? So, on my way out of the Door! I, Stopped, by, that Couple and I asked them if they had a Reservation? And, they said, No, this is Our First Time Being here, and we just, walked in, and , the Owner, sat us, right down here? Btw, everyone including myself, is White! I, Will Never, walk, in this Restaurant Again!

We had reservations days in advance. 1 hour went by and we did not even have drinks. The owner had a poor attitude and was really rude. We asked him a few times to take our order and his response...."i am not ready i will come when i am ready" But his tone was also very rude. So, we walked out and had better food and better service at Macaroni Grille.
