I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner and couldn't have asked for anything better. The interior is splendid and elegant, immediately creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are meticulously crafted, both in presentation and flavor: each course was a true discovery. Special thanks go to the attentive and friendly staff, especially Carmine, the waiter who looked after us with great professionalism and elegance, making the entire experience even more enjoyable and refined. The lakeside location is simply breathtaking: dining with this view made the evening unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a high-quality culinary experience in an elegant and romantic setting. I will definitely be back.

An elegant and welcoming christening: a perfect day We attended the christening of friends' son at Ristorante Hermitage and were delighted. The location is enchanting – overlooking the lake, nestled in lush greenery, and tastefully decorated. Ideal for a special event like this. The staff gave us a warm and professional welcome and created a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. The service was perfectly timed, and every dish was a delight. Particularly noteworthy were the tender beef fillet with Barolo sauce, the creamy and superbly seasoned Castelmagno risotto, and the seafood gnocchi, which impressed with their balance and freshness. The christening decorations were also beautiful – simple yet effective – with great attention paid to the children's needs. In every respect, a thoroughly positive experience. Anyone looking for a place that combines beauty, excellent cuisine, and warm hospitality will find the Hermitage to be an excellent choice.

We went to the Hermitage on the recommendation of acquaintances and were immediately impressed by the owners' kindness and helpfulness. Having decided to get married in the winter, we wanted to reserve two separate rooms. The aperitif was served in the "Heremita" room, which has a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Grande di Avigliana. We chose the aperitif buffet, which included a cheese board, a charcuterie board, gnocco fritto with vegetables, fried fish, stuffed olives, mini pizzas... Everyone was thrilled with the quantity and quality of the food! For lunch, we moved to the main room (under the terrace), where Daniela and her staff set up the room for us, including a table with games for the children, a table with confetti, a table with liqueurs, and a table with wedding favors. For the cake cutting, we moved to the terrace overlooking the lake: it was a magical moment. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the service. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the pasta, made by them, is exceptional! It was a fantastic day. The owners took care of every detail, and Daniela's presence in the dining room was discreet and professional. It was beautiful to see her emotion during the dance with her mothers. Thank you for all your hard work and passion. We couldn't have chosen a better location to celebrate our love!
