First, our waiter Ryan was outstanding. Our meal was fantastic. My girl has food allergies, when we went to order desert, we asked the waiter Ryan about the selection and told him about her allergies. Ryan went back to the kitchen and came back with the manager Joey who asked for more information. He then went thru the menu with us identifying which deserts had nuts and which didn't. This service by both Ryan and Joey was above and beyond what we expected. The service was definitely 5 star. We absolutely will eat here again.

Hubby and I came here today to try the peppercorn sauce that they recently feature on their menu. We are not disappointed! It was great and complemented the porterhouse we ordered. Steak is perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. I ordered a 5oz and my husband ordered a larger one and they were both delicious and cooked medium, normally the smaller steak comes out well done but not here. The bf and I usually try and come every time they have a new featured drink w figure. We came specially for the drink with the Koala but unfortunately they ran out. We asked Ryan who brought out our food if they were going to restock. He was super helpful and stated that this close to Christmas it probably won’t restock. Had not been here in a minute and as always... Outback Steakhouse never fails. Always good portions, food is always fresh and made the way you ordered it! Everything comes out hot with food having good flavor and always fresh. Service wise as well always good, servers put in work. They continuously keep walking by to make sure everything is ok. You don't even have to ask for refills they see you empty here comes some more, so that's a plus. Other places only come by your table once then they forget about you, not here. So definitely great service as always. The restaurant as well always clean and well maintained. Overall always a good spot to hit up with the family.

We met our server Jessica and she was great! very informed and pleasant to speak with! her attention was fantastic and we felt very comfortable having dinner. The restaurant was full and noisy but, when speaking with Jessica it felt like we were in our living room.

Good food and good service. Wait on a Saturday night was an hour for two but got an opening at a booth in the bar quicker. I was impressed with the service more than the food. The server had everything there without being asked. A fresh glass of water with lemon was brought to me as soon as my first glass was almost empty, he offered us the straws, the empty dishes removed promptly….. The food was ok. The grilled chicken on Barbie was overdone n bit dry. Burger was on par, salad was fresh, the Brussels sprouts were bit greasy, the fries mushrooms were pretty good, the best part was we get nice warm bread with the meal.

Overall an okay experience. There was a short wait to be seated, but the staff were friendly and we were greeted twice while waiting. We were given bread (yum) and our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The Sharky Temple is super cute and worth the $6~ for the smiles it creates at the table. This would've been a 4 star review, I docked one star for them serving shrimp that was not fresh. Last time I visited an Outback Steakhouse must've been over 5 years ago. I was starving and the piping hot bread and butter was a godsend. Mom ordered grilled chicken ($18.49), all orders come with a choice of 2 sides, except the burger which gets one side order. So mom had the baked potato and clam chowder soup with her chicken. Son ordered the blooming burger with fries ($14.49). Since my sister got the sirloin with twisted ribs with sweet potato and house salad ($28.29), I ordered the sirloin with grilled shrimp ($24.99) with baked sweet potato and pecan blue cheese chopped salad ($2 extra). We also got the blooming onion ($10.99) to share. The blooming onion was a lot smaller than what I remember. That thing was gone in 5 minutes. Didn't matter that it was steaming hot. The twisted ribs were divine. Sirloin was ok, it needed a little bit more seasoning. The baked sweet potato was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad with the pecan crumbles. Those grilled shrimp were a disgrace. I could smell they weren't fresh as soon as the plate was served. I don't like wasting food but I didn't want to get food poisoning either. Should've let the server know instead of just pushing it to the side. My son saw the shrimp and popped one in his mouth before I could say something. Poor boy, he was totally grossed out. We didn’t get refunded for the shrimp as I decided not to complain about it. Should have though. For dessert we got the chocolate thunder ($7.99) and the chocolate tower cake ($9.99). Both were really good and took the nastiness of the shrimp away from our taste buds. The cake was a good sized slice that we had some left over to take home. Our server was nice and friendly. The restrooms were clean. Parking was adequate. Although the setup for the entrance is much to be desired.

Bathrooms smelt so bad, couldn't stay in there long. It was so gross. Service started out ok with the lady that was covering for the server on break. Then our server came back. Love this restaurant, but I unfortunately cannot support their new policy of having their food servers share their tips with their back end staff. I agree that the dishwashers and the cooks deserve to be paid a decent wage, but that should not fall on the food servers… Having worked as a food server for many years, I agree that tipping the bartender is standard, but never the cooks and the dishwashers… That should be taken care of by the restaurant. Happy to return when this is no longer a policy.

Pretty sure I got salmonella from the chicken they gave me. I’ve been have stomach pains the whole night, nausea, and couldn’t sleep. I guess I have to ask for the chicken to be well done too. I should have known when it was too chewy and had a light pink color. I also felt like the server was ignoring us the whole time. He was attending many people but passing us as if we weren’t there, we still tipped him.

Ordered the 9oz Steak & Coconut Shrimp combo for takeout. The steak was a huge piece of fat plus inedible super chewy meat. I couldn't cut through it with a plastic knife and fork. The shrimp and rest of the sides were good enough to satisfy my appetite but very disappointing as Outback is usually top notch on their steaks. Considering the price too, quality should be up there. Will not be returning to this location or any Outback since this is their new quality.
