They're supposed to close at 6:00 pm, I went at 6:40 pm, I ordered a chicken and a half but they told me they only took cash since they had already done their closing time, we went to withdraw the cash but it turns out they didn't have any change either, so we didn't buy anything.

The chicken is well-seasoned and delicious, and the toppings are equally so if you can find them, depending on the time you go. I'm often denied them because they haven't brought them. However, their chicken supplier is a bitch. I understand eating animals, but having blood on the bones means the animal goes through a period of torture before dying, and Buen Pollo should be careful with that. I don't recommend it because of that. Well, I'm going to stop eating them so as not to encourage the scum of people who raise these chickens for human consumption, sponsored by this company, "El Buen Pollo," even though these animals feed us.
It's not called Pollo Feliz and it doesn't run promotions. So use its real name, which is Pollo Express.
Terrible, every time they send things through Uber Eats they're missing items. Last time I order from them.
They don't have spicy or marinated chicken, they eliminated it with the brand change
