El servicio es muy rápido mediante la pantalla, pero no colocó que el ambiente es excelente ya que al ser una zona de fast food de pronto puede ser incómodo o difícil encontrar lugar.

Hablar de este establecimiento es bueno a granes rasgos, pero en esta última vez no fue del todo tan agradable por ello la calificación aunque este limpio y sean atentos los empleados siempre hay uno que tiene un mal dia.

The sushi tastes and looks good. The portions are adequate. The drinks are nothing out of the ordinary, like sodas, beers, and a few exotic options such as flavored lemonades. The service is slow, and the place is small, especially the aisles, if you want to eat inside. It doesn't have its own restrooms, so you'll have to use the ones in the plaza.

Reviewed January 2025. Sushi restaurant located in Plaza Oasis. Clean and pleasant, with good background music. Friendly and prompt service. Large and varied menu. Moderate prices for the area. The portion-price ratio is reasonable, although the small ramen portion is small and lacks something, the makis are delicious. The flavor is rich. The average cost per person is 250 pesos. They accept credit card payments.

The food tasted very good, but it took a while to arrive, and they didn't accept card payments, which made the experience a bit less enjoyable. Also, the amount of octopus, shrimp, or whatever their star ingredient was, was very small. What you see of octopus in one of the pictures is all that was included.

En general la zona del food court está Sucia. Este Mc Donalds tienen servicio muy básico no son tan amables.

Un McDonald's como todos, el servicio considero un poco tardado, sólo pedí un helado. Cumple con lo que conocemos y esperamos

Generic place, super slow service. They justify the food taking a while because it's a 2-for-1 deal, but it took 50 minutes to make two rolls. Terrible, not recommended. They don't provide the full service on the table, which leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't return.

Hoy decidí junto con mi amiga a ir por una “cajita feliz” ya que habíamos visto que dan un juguete de Hello Kitty, por lo cual fuimos y nos comentaron que ya no había ( EN NINGÚN MOMENTO NOS MENCIONARON QUE HABÍA OTRA OPCIÓN DE JUGUETE), en unos minutos después vimos que a 3 personas más si les dieron estos juguetes, pero aún así mi amiga y yo decidimos comprar ahí para comer y la comida estaba “normal” pero tenía muchos cachos grandes de verdura y algunos jitomates todavía verdes, lo cual hizo que comiéramos con desconfianza. Otro punto muy importante fue que el personal tenía un mal carácter y sin ganas de atendernos, realmente fue un mal servicio. 👎

Bad experience. They took forever for just one roll. It's unbelievable that they ask for a tip when you order at the window for food court dining, especially since no one actually served you. They only got two stars for food because they have vegan options.

I consider this branch to be subpar. I've been twice: the first time, the roll didn't match the ingredients listed on the menu, and the shrimp were poorly peeled; the second time, they brought me a different roll than the one I ordered, and even though they replaced it, I had to wait twice as long. Mi experiencia fue muy desagradable. Esperé más de 40 minutos por mi pedido. Mi orden apareció en pantalla aproximadamente después de 45 minutos y en ningún momento la llamaron. Tuve que acercarme al mostrador para preguntar, y fue hasta ese momento que comenzaron a prepararla. La había solicitado para llevar y aun así la colocaron en una charola. Además, mientras la estaban entregando, uno de los empleados colocó un vaso de refresco de manera descuidada y terminó mojándome. Solicité hablar con el gerente y su única respuesta fue: “su orden ya estaba”, sin ofrecer disculpa ni solución alguna. No iba solo, estaba con mi sobrino, y estuvimos sentados frente al área de entrega todo el tiempo sin que mencionaran nuestro pedido. No es la primera vez que sucede algo similar en esta sucursal. Trabajé anteriormente en McDonald’s y entiendo perfectamente los tiempos operativos, pero este nivel de desorganización y falta de atención afecta directamente la experiencia del cliente. Espero que esta situación no quede sin seguimiento. Y claro también metí mi queja en la página

NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO EN ESTE MC DONALDS Mal servicio, el chico dijo que no contaba con juguete para la cajita feliz y ni siquiera hizo mención de que podía ofrecerte otro, jamás lo mencionó y solo nos tocó ver como a nosotras y a otras dos chicas les dijo que ya no tenía juguete sin ofrecer otra opción pero a otras personas sí les hizo mención y entrega del juguete. Adicional a esto nuestras hamburguesas tenían trozos de lechuga grandes como si no la hubieran cortado bien. Así mismo el servicio de los chicos de mostrador es horrible, te dan las cosas de mala gana, DOS SOBRES DE CATSUP ÚNICAMENTE TE DAN, estás pagando no pidiendo la comida regalada.

No se pueden usar los Juegos de la plaza, cobran $200 por niño, cuando llegas hijos y sobrinos no es muy bueno, terminamos en KDC que SI incluye los Juegos.

It's a given that every time I order sushi to go from them, they never read the order notes, they always forget something, or worse, they bring me the wrong order. This branch never takes responsibility for doing their job properly. It's as if they don't care about customer service at all, with absolutely no concern for their reputation or retaining their customers. Unacceptable.

Terrible experience at Sushi Roll Oasis. It's not my first time there, and something always goes wrong. I went today at 6:30 pm; it wasn't very crowded, but from the moment I arrived, they told me the kitchen would take more than 60 minutes because of their "so-called" promotion. They should be used to this by now and, above all, they should be more proactive about timing, staffing, and especially supplies. They even refused to give me flavored water, saying they didn't have any (and that's not included in any promotion). The staff isn't very efficient either, especially one of the managers in a black suit. I complained to him, and he completely ignored me. They should stick to fast food and delivery because as a restaurant, it's awful.

Terrible service, they're incredibly slow, whether it's a restaurant or fast food. They claim to be understaffed when there are more than 10 people waiting. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes on a Monday at 9 pm. Don't come... You'll waste your time.

Furthermore, the waitress assured me that one dish had an ingredient that ended up not being served, and they didn't even apologize or offer compensation... I don't think we'll go back. I've been to this unit several times, and there's no problem with the service. The thing is, today I decided to order a cajeta cappuccino to go, and they told me they don't offer that drink to go. I find it strange because my Punto MAQ unit does. The guy who helped me told me none of them had it to go. If that's the case, then Punto MAQ is poorly managed. It's the unit that usually lets you order it to go, when the other units won't give it to you that way. Bad luck, and get your business in order with all your units.

HORRIBLE!!!! My experience at Sushi Roll Oasis Coyoacán was truly terrible. I often go to other locations and everything is fine. This was my first time here, and the rolls were poorly served. They made me wait an hour for them to arrive. But the worst part was that my GYO ROLL (beef) had raw meat, I could almost breathe 😒🤮🤮🤮. I told the manager, and she offered to exchange the roll, but they were already closing and if they were taking that long, she didn't solve anything. She just asked me if I wanted packaging to take my rolls with me, as the branch was already closing.

One star, and well deserved. They served me a Yakimeshi with rice that felt very overcooked, as if it had been cooked for a few days. I know the taste of that rice very well, as it's my favorite. At the time, I was so disgusted that I went to complain, and the solution was "We'll serve you another." What I wanted was a refund for the bad taste it left in my mouth. I sent an email to the complaints and suggestions section, but they never responded.
