McDonald's

Classico McDonald’s moderno e spazioso, con un ampio parcheggio frontale ben tenuto. Ho evidenziato solo due aspetti negativi: il primo riguarda la posizione, piuttosto isolata nell’area dei grandi supermercati e di conseguenza difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi; il secondo punto di svantaggio è il servizio, tremendamente lento anche in occasione di scarsa affluenza. Buone le proposte del McCafé e della colazione. Pur essendo poi un’opinione personale, ho trovato un po’ troppo bassa la temperatura della sala.

Ottimo McDonald’s. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia, la velocità del servizio e la cortesia di tutto il personale. Forse i panini non erano molto farciti rispetto ad altri store .. però nel complesso qualità buona

È sempre comodo mangiare qualcosa al McDonald's quando si è in giro e si ha poco tempo, anche se non si tratta del cibo più sano del mondo. In questo di Crema siamo stati serviti molto velocemente e la qualità era più che discreta. Facile parcheggiare.

Mc's in Crema is a good option if you need a quick lunch with a sandwich and a drink. I've been there four times so far, once around 1 PM and three times between 2 and 4 PM. Every time I've been there, I've been served fairly quickly (within 10 minutes of ordering), the staff have always greeted me with a hello and a smile, and I can't complain about the cleanliness because I've always found the tables clean. Sure, we're still talking about a Mc's, but compared to many other options, I think it's still a good option.

Da asporto Caffè freddissimo, cappuccino tiepido perche preparati parecchio prima fosse pronto il muffin egg 2 bustine di zucchero (che se uno beve cappuccio con 2 bustine quello col caffe ....per forza amaro ) Al momento della consegna mi viene chiesto se nell app avessi pagato il sacchetto di carta (mai vista questa opzione) , altrimenti mi arrangio a portare le varie cose in auto per conto mio Non che fossi chissà che cliente, credo però farò fatica a tornarci

Scortesi! Ho ordinato al drive, mi dice di controllare sul display, approvo e di un menù mi ritrovo solo panino 🍔 Dopo aver reclamato mi dice che se voglio patatine 🍟 devo pagare e...ho dovuto pagare!!! Mai più😠

Vado al McDonald's due volte all anno e questa volta sono capitato qui, sembrava regalassero oro! Mai visto così tanta gente dentro un fast food. Impossibile parcheggiare, 40 Min di attesa... Consiglierei ai vertici di McDonald's Italy di aprirne un altro in zona...

At 4:00 PM, very few people, we waited a whopping 34 minutes. And even then, the food was delivered in fits and starts. The food was cold. Never in my entire life has this happened at any McDonald's in the world.

It’s Macdonalds classic it’s nice. We wanted to try the mcd tiramisu, ordered it, yet not received it. The same thing happened with 4 nuggets. Edit as we are eating: mc crunchy chicken spicy bbq came without bacon on one of the orders😟 We got the nuggets but no sauce. :( we were super excited to try it but couldnt get it. We parked the car outside because we don’t speak Italian, ordered thru the app and got almost our full order (without sauce or tiramisu). 😪

Esperienze pessime. Una settimana fa ho ordinato da asporto 2 menù e arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che mi mancava un panino! E stamattina, la colazione gran mattino era composta da un ginseng imbevibile e una spremuta metà acqua, letteralmente annaquata per allungarla! Comunque lo ritengo assurdo

Prendo il menù mc con la tazza (che PAGO) al Drive a cena, a casa mi accorgo che è rovinata e la mattina seguente mi reco al mac per cambiarla e mi dicono che non la cambiano perché la dovevo cambiare subito. Sono passate forse 12 ore. No comment. Nel frattempo in un altro mc me l hanno cambiata senza problemi, per questo motivo loro si trovano con una recensione a 5 stelle e voi con una stellina.

Esperienza negativa sotto ogni punto di vista. Cibo freddo, patatine mosce riempite a metà, ordino Coca Zero e mi danno quella normale. Per ben due volte Crispy senza bacon.. ma come si fa?? Dopo un certo orario non fanno più determinati panini. Happy meal stessa cosa. Questa recensione non cambierà niente ma pensateci due volte prima di venire in questo “fast food” con attesa al drive di almeno 10 minuti. Svegliatevi.

Imbarazzante, che sia drive-through o delivery, mai una volta che c'é tutto quanto pagato. Per non menzionare i panini che sembrano assemblati a mano da Stephen Hawkings

Penosi a dir poco, ogni volta che vengo al mec di Crema fa schifo ultima volta davvero che verrò! appena venuta al mec drive panino freddo e duro se non ero già a casa ve lo tiravo addosso il panino!

Il peggiore tra tutti i mc dove sono stata..a parte un ragazzo alla cassa che purtroppo non è il responsabile,non c'è nessuno che sa come muoversi dietro un banco...

Always embarrassing, endless waits, and subpar products even by fast food standards (you can't even get the sauce on the bread, which then drips and makes the box soggy). The staff is incapable of taking and processing orders, and they wander aimlessly around the drive-thru pickup points because they don't know who to deliver the order to. Everything needs to be reassessed.

We came to McDrive, ordered 2 menus, chicken bbq menu and Arche big menu. First, we had to ask 10 times if we could be heard, the person taking the order simply remained silent, and then said to wait and remained silent. We repeated three times that the menu was ordered. Payment was only available in cash. We received only burgers, without fries and Coca-Cola. When we returned for the second round and ordered 2 fries + 2 Coca-Cola. We paid for a separate Coca-Cola and fries, not from the menu, although we ordered from the very beginning of the menu and this was not our mistake. In the end, we again received an order of 1 Coca-Cola, 1 fries 😤😤😤😤😤 I want to clarify that the order was made in Italian, my sister has lived here for a long time and knows Italian. Your employees are not competent at all, the service is terrible. In Ukraine, they would have apologized to us a long time ago, and given us potatoes and Coca-Cola for free, since it wasn't our mistake... never again McDonald's in Italy!!!!

For the umpteenth time, after a good 10 minutes of waiting, they bring our order and the sandwich is cold... Luckily, at least the fries were warm... I seek consolation with a chocolate Sunday and... €3.10 for two fingers of ice cream!!! I won't comment further...

I was there this morning. We ordered, took our drinks, and sat down at the table. We immediately noticed the presence of numerous flies around, and I mentioned this to the employee. She responded very annoyed, invited me to look at the other tables, and said, "Look! There aren't any flies at the other tables, you're the only ones who have them." "So?" I replied. She turned away and left. It was a terrible place where I'll never go again.
