A chain sushi restaurant. The waiting can be long especially at dinner time so it's better to call and make a reservation or arrive with some time to spare. They offer 2x1 on sushi rolls from Monday to Thursday. Service is good.

Every night at 6pm they have the promo 2x1 sushi roll. They have a lot of options and the sushi we order were delicious minus one. The thing is that the wait time was long. It did look like they were under staff. But I do recommend here.

The sushi roll franchise of Mexican/Japanese sushi , has kept it's quality and consistency across it's multiple restaurants, this one is no exception good food with somewhat quality ingredients make it an ok eating experience , the assorted rolls and tempuras are to be noted What's unfortunate about this particular place in Forum Cuernavaca is that it lacks air conditioning inside it's premises , with the heat in Cuernavaca , you will be sweating inside , dunno if it's a temp thing or just how this place works

They have good service but the chicken teppanyaki I ordered had little to no taste. The have plenty of tables and a nice setting.

The food took so long just for it to taste bad. Me and my family were waiting for our food for 1 hour. Literally no one had their food yet and there were some waiters not doing anything and laughing mean while multiple people were maybe starving. One of the waiters brought my order to a different table because they got confused and thought it was someone else’s. The person grabbed MY food with their hand and put it back on the plate because they realized it wasn’t their order. The same waiter brought the same plate to me that the person grabbed and I said “no to make me a new one” because obviously that’s disgusting. 10 mins later they bring me the same exact plate.
