I ordered special instructions food. I asked for a plain McDouble (patties, cheese, bread) + double Mac sauce and an extra crispy order of fries. The crew there killed it on my food! Great job y'all!! 👍👍 Both items were just as I had asked for and handed to me by a young gentleman with a smile and a thank you ma'am. YA'LL ROCK!!
The games they provide on their table tablets was just what my little ones needed while their brother took his driving test across the street at the dps office!!! Thanks McDonald's!!

Fantastic customer service from one employee. Didn’t catch her name, but she has glasses and a heart tattoo! She deserves a raise or possibly the shift manager position that they are currently hiring for!

Friendliest drive thru cashier, she always has a beautiful smile, prompt and as her supervisor who is quite attentive with my husband's military discount which is then given into the Ronald McDonald House Dropbox.
Always a great experience going through the drive-thru. The young workers are so nice and courteous they are truly learning people skills by helping getting America fed. McDonald's jobs will take them far in the long run. Such great managers. Always willing to help.
Stopped for dinner, and the drive-through line was all the way around the building. I expected to be stuck in line forever, but to my surprise, it only took 10 minutes to get my food! They were serving a car every 30-45 seconds. Impressive! Food was fresh and hot. They must have an excellent crew working here. Best service I've seen at a McDonald's.
Their chicken sandwich is really good, the pickles are really crisp and the chicken is cooked like a big chicken nugget and it is AMAZING. Their strawberry shake is pretty good, I wouldnt order it over Whataburger's strawberry shake.
Food was warm, but not hot. Pretty normal for most locations. Nice atmosphere at this location. Clean dining room.
Like I have said in other reviews McDonald's sets the bar very low. I stop off at McDonald's when I need to kill some time and or shoot off a few emails. Having said this place was on the ball. The staff was friendly enough and I did not have to wait for my food. I was here during the lunch rush as well.
The manager was very rude to me when I was trying to explain The mcdonald's app was not allowing me to make payments to get food and she wanted to argue with me and say it was working.
I have an issue with a meal in some form nearly every time. Form missing items to just wrong. Order a 20pc...get a 10 etc.
Every single time we go the female cashier is only extra friendly to men only. Can yall please learn to say yall have a good day instead of being direct to one person especially you see several people in the vehicle. Its rude honestly. But this has to be addressed because they are just disrespectful
Avoid this location for large or corporate orders. The NFC card reader is faulty/overly sensitive. It charged my personal phone from a distance of ~10 inches, leading to an incorrect payment for 10 meals. Managerial response was terrible: 25-minute delay to assist (15 min wait for manager, 10 min ignored). Manager then refunded the wrong card, despite me clearly inserting the correct corporate card for payment. Manager refused to correct his own mistake and was extremely rude, telling us we should not be "that stupid next time." This process cost us significant time and created an accounting issue. Unprofessional service and defective equipment.
Make sure if you get the chicken sandwich to make sure it’s cooked all the way through. 11/9/2025 I ordered the Chicken sandwich at 12:04, and now I am dealing with either food poisoning or salmonella. McDonald’s, DO BETTER, it’s the lack of making sure everything is cooked properly, and I’m sure yall rushed because your employees don’t know how to handle a rush. Very very disappointed and will be letting everyone know not to go to the Cuero McDonald’s for chicken sandwiches. Point I’m getting to is check all of your food before driving off!
⚠️ WARNING ⚠️: this I came to this mcdonald's with the intention of getting what i thought was a cheeseburger. Oh no no no was i wrong. i opened the cheeseburger to check if everything was on it, thats when the disaster begun… what i found on the burger was horrifying, i found what i assumed was a males public hair in my burger. i went back to get a refund and was met with a man named joseph.. he was awfully rude and very unapologetic i will NOT be coming back.
If you’re unlucky enough to have Joseph take your order, do yourself a favor and walk right back out the door. His “service” is basically rolling his eyes, mumbling, and acting like customers are a burden. The food he handed me was a disaster — a raw Filet-O-Fish with some kind of slimy goo on it (I didn’t order sushi), soggy fries that looked like they’d been pre-chewed, and then he had the nerve to charge me $5 for sauce packets. To top it all off, I found hair on my bun. Joseph clearly doesn’t care about hygiene, customer service, or doing his job in the slightest. Honestly, this whole experience was disgusting. McDonald’s should be embarrassed to have him in uniform.
Lady at the window asked for the code from my app twice and then just stopped talking and when we said “hello” multiple times she said “yes” and didn’t even put the code in. Then finally took the order, and I had to ask her if she got the code and she said “no”. At the window I asked for ketchup and ranch. We received 3 ketchup packets and ranch. ALL OPENED AND DIRTY. It was disgusting. Sauce all over. Fries were super soggy. Don’t recommend coming to this McDonald’s. Probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. 04/18/25.
They should tell you when you are at the ordering slip so there will 7 stalls of people in parking spots that are ahead of you... (you don't see them they are other side of building) This is unreal. I had no idea I'd have to wait 30 minutes. They should warn you before you even order. Not happy! Then they forgot my order entirely!
****UPDATE**** After speaking with a manager yesterday who said I was going to have my meal replaced…”Alfonso” said I would just be getting a burger. Advised him I was told the meal would be replaced…he didn’t response or even make eye contact. Proceeded to go to register and fiddle away. DO BETTER!!!!*****Orders are always wrong. Also found hair in my food today. Called to speak to a manager, phone just rings with no answer.
