Had a taste for combination Lo Mein so I decided to go to Lin’s Express. I live 10 minutes away I placed the order on the App and by the time I got there the food was already bagged and ready for me. The quality of the Lo Mein was superb and was enough for 3 people and it was just a single order. Also I ordered the crab Rangoon with the red sauce and it was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 5 star fire delicious enough for 3 people. I didn’t know it would be so much food. I had to add the spring rolls and they were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and delicious in the inside. The place is nice and clean, customer service is excellent. And all the food was great quality, tasty, and well packaged. Thanks for the two meals in one🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Very delicious and HUGE portions! We had the Gyoza appetizer (yummy), the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice (delicious), and the Happy Family (shrimp, fish, chicken, and beef) with Lo Mein. Both dishes came with 1 egg roll and 2 Grab Rangoon. We finished with a Brown Sugar Tapioca (fantastic). The food came out super fast! Everything was wonderful 😋.
Actually good! Has Boba tea! Good amount of food!! Got potstickers a plate came with small tea and boba tea was about 23$ great price. Plate was full!
I order the combination lo Meiji for my lunch, it tastes good, I will recommend it

I got the Tuesday lunch special of Mongolian beef and it came with a crab Rangoon but it was placed in the same plate and so it got soggy with the sauce. The beef was soft and tender, delicious and savory. I highly recommend the lunch specials they have three every day lunch specials and then a rotating one for the daily. I did a drive-through pick up, easy Peezy. Excellent everyday (including weekends) lunch specials under $10 from 11-3. Minimum of 4 choices includes entree, rice, soup, appetizer and tea. Drive through convenience. Fast service. Almost never any lines. Other locations don’t offer lunch specials. Crunchies for the soup have to be asked for as well as chopsticks and sauces if you want them, you have to ask.

Best drive-thru Chinese we've had! We usually do the typical Orange chicken and Kung Pao. Definitely on the spicy side, not sure if you can customize that but very tasty. For dinner entrees you choose fried rice or noodles, you also get crab Rangoon and egg roll. Tasty food & quick service!
I order shrimp and fried rice. My rice is sweet. Why is there sweetener of any sorts on my rice. I don’t like sweet rice of any sort. I guess I’ll eat some bologna and crackers.

Lin's Express has been our go-to Chinese takeout for several years. We frequent both the Alamo Ranch and the Culebra locations. We have suggested Lin's Express to family and friends as well. Their food is always good. However... Today, January 11th, 2024, we called in an order to the Culebra location. Included in our order was 2 orders of chicken fried rice. I personally love this dish, here. I order it often. Something changed. The chicken fried rice does not taste the same. I don't know if they added some new seasonings or they are following different recipes. But, I did not enjoy it, unfortunately. I tried calling the restaurant at least 4 times, but each time it went to voicemail and the voicemail is full. I wanted to ask if they hired new cooks. There is no other way to contact them. Too bad. The portions are plentiful and I really enjoy stopping there whenever I wanted something tasty. They are right in the neighborhood. But, I don't like the new taste. Maybe it's just me. But I won't go back. Sorry, Lin's Express 🫤
I don't know why there is such a big difference in food quality between this location and the one off Alamo Parkway, but this location really needs to get some quality control. We had stopped getting food from this location because of poor food quality before and just drove the extra 2 miles to go to the other location. In an effort to save time the other night I tried going back and when my wife got home and saw the food, she immediately asked if I got this from this location because she noticed the quality was subpar. Dear owner, work with the kitchen staff. You have a great menu, but the kitchen staff at this location is failing you. Anything deep fried is over cooked and often burned, the rest of the food is massively under seasoned.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a lemon chicken plate and a drink and the total was $18 which is insane. When I get to the window I used Apple Pay and it WENT THROUGH but the girl said it didn’t. I show her it went thru and she insisted it didn’t saying I had to pay again because sometimes it happens and I have to contact Apple Pay to dispute it. Why wouldn’t you warn the customer it might not go thru if it’s happened before. Scammers. Instead of trying to make it right for the customer they just said oh well. They can’t refund me because it didn’t go thru on their end. They couldn’t credit me and or anything else other then tell me to dispute it with Apple Pay and it shouldn’t go thru but guess what it did! And Apple Pay won’t issue a refund. I hope this type of customer service is beneficial for you in the long run. First and last time going to any Lins restaurants. Mind you $20 for one meal just to have subpar and idc customer service skills.
Stay away, the owner is a con artist. I went in and asked a few questions about their lunch specials and ordered 2 plates from the lunch menu. While pointing at the lunch specials and ordering with the owner. I was told the 2 plates came out to $43 and I asked “for 2 lunch specials?” Then the owner said “oh you wanted lunch specials” like he didn’t know. After that he was still charging $9 extra for the eggroll saying it wasn’t included. I pointed at the menu showing it says eggroll is included. The owner looked at the menu, and said no it’s not there like I’m the one losing my mind. (Menu is posted here) I’ve had good experience at the other locations but I will not come to this one. I walked out and went to bill millers instead.
I just had a horrible experience when I tried to order a lunch special. I called in and ordered L10 Schzeuan Chicken - Lunch special. I was charged the full a la carte $19.47 instead of 10.99 plus tax. When I asked why I was not charged the lunch special amount the employee, who appeared to be the owner, simply said we don’t have Szechuan Chicken as part of the lunch special which is a blatant lie as you can see from the image of the menu, “L10.Szechuan Chicken” - I am glad I went inside and picked up a menu. He also tried to cut a deal by asking, is it okay if I give $6 discount and you keep the order. I said okay but while he was trying to process the refund I went inside and saw the menu which clearly has Szechuan chicken as the lunch special. Stay away!
Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had! Usually eat at the Alamo Ranch location. So figured it would be just as good at the Culbertson location. Was I so ever wrong. We went through the drive-thru. We ordered two entrees and an order of egg rolls. When we arrived at the window discovered egg rolls are no longer included with the entrees. So we asked if we could add an extra order of egg rolls. They assured us it was no problem Well the food came out. They handed us the bag. Well we were short an order of egg rolls. The girl at the window started to argue with us about it. We had to literally hand the bag back and let her look. So they quickly put another bag of egg rolls in. Ok all was good again. Well we arrived home to open our food. The egg rolls were literally burnt to a crisp. They were en edible. Both bags were the same. Our entrees were not much better. Neither my husband or myself were able to eat even half of it. Take the extra time and go the Alamo Ranch location. This locations is horrible!

I truly wish the employees could stand further away from the drive through when they take a smoke break. I could barely breathe while trying to order because smoke was flying into my window. Super gross and has been an issue with this location since it opened. Please consider having the employees who smoke go further down and away from where customers are trying to order!
The customer service is awful. I pull up to the window. The lady don’t even give you time to talk. She just hand you the food and walk away. Call her back to get some sweet-and-sour sauce and she pretty much just threw it into my hand disrespectfully then I called and asked to speak with a manager And she seen me get the number and acted like she was a manager and didn’t take heat to anything that was said this place is very disrespectful and rude
Lin’s Express used to be hands down, one of my absolute favorites to go to. The food is delicious BUT the quantity/portion has gone down tremendously! My go to is the lemon chicken, 1/2 the serving and the chicken is super thin. Not to mention, the lemon sauce container wasn’t even 1/2 full. So now, It’s a bit pricey considering how little they give you. I thought it was a once or twice “bad day” but over the past couple months, I’ve gone quite a few times hoping they’d go back to what their portions were. Sadly, today will be the last day that I support this business.
I ordered lemon chicken. They gave me a cup of lemon flavoring and chicken nuggets. It's vile and it's incredible they're attempting to pass this off as Chinese food. The chicken nuggets are flavorless. The lemon tastes artificial.
First and last time we will eat here. Ordered for carry out on Friday hoping to make this our spot for Chinese take out, the bad reviews are very true! The fried rice was bland, even adding soy sauce (and we know soy sauce can make food salty quick, yea that didn’t happen! I had to keep adding)…. And that was until I felt a crunch! Yea egg shells and not a little, I dug into my rice and found a crushed up shell piece the size of my thumb…. Great I stopped eating it. My sesame chicken had such a weird chew! Zero crispiness from the breading, and the egg rolls were also bland, small and tasted like they were made the day before…. For the price and experience I wish I had never spent a penny here!!! Tip: go to Trader Joe’s and get a full spread of Asian inspired foods! Dumplings, fried rice, Asian stir fry veggies, yummy orange chicken, all full of flavor and taste fresh and vibrant compared to this place, it is not good.
We hoped this place would be our go-to spot for Chinese takeout, but that's not happening. The food wasn't good overall. We ordered Orange Chicken, General Tso, Lo Mein, and fried rice ($66). The food wasn’t fresh and did not have much flavor. The fried rice was very bland. No one in my family liked their food or even finished it. We ended up throwing the majority of it away the next day.

I just picked up an order for triple delight no more lunch specials and the triple delight tasted like sweet-and-sour sauce. I won’t be going there for a while. It used to be so delicious. I don’t know what happened.
