I returned to Long Da after about fifteen years, having not worked in the area for some time. It was a real pleasure, and luckily, I haven't found it to have changed much. The same commitment to keeping the place clean and well-decorated remains, and this is a great achievement, considering that many other Japanese restaurants have recently opted for a minimalist and increasingly anonymous style. On the back wall, there's still that beautiful, enormous decorative panel with a bas-relief of intertwined Chinese dragons, and on the floor of the raised dining room, there's a large open aquarium with an antique-style model and several swimming koi carp. The Chinese people who run the restaurant are friendly and helpful, and the Italian woman who served us is also very knowledgeable. This time, orders are placed directly from a tablet (there's one for each table), scrolling through the virtual pages and selecting dishes. But for those who aren't sufficiently modernized, the woman is always available to provide assistance. The presentation of the dishes is imaginative and impeccable, and there's a fairly wide selection, both for Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The flavors are truly excellent and particularly surprised me: the natural flavor of the tempura vegetables, the deliciousness of the fried futomaki, and the freshness of the sushi. The price for the all-you-can-eat menu was a surprise, being significantly lower than the average for similar establishments. In short, it's fair to say it was a return to Long Da, this time in good company, and one that will surely have a following.

A spacious and quaint restaurant, with an open aquarium under the floor of the upper room. Good service, although I would have preferred them to bring the first courses all at once rather than one or two at a time, so that one person wouldn't have to wait for the other to start eating. Excellent food, including a good variety of Japanese sushi. Courteous and smiling waiters. Highly recommended!

Clean and bright place. Friendly staff and quick service. Extensive menu, with options for sushi, Italian, Thai, and Japanese cuisine. A curious feature is their aquarium full of carp under the transparent floor...a true spectacle to behold. Highly recommended! Must try!

Unfortunately, today, after ordering (with Glovo) one of the many Poké (6 today alone) that I've been ordering regularly here for some time now, we found the tuna wasn't particularly fresh and didn't have the best aroma. Honestly, I'm disappointed, because I've always had a good experience here. However, I think it's important to check the quality of the product served, especially if it's raw. Despite this bad experience, I'll continue to frequent the place, as it's the first of many good ones.

Al cibo do tre stelle solo perché il servizio sushi è ottimo. Per quanto riguarda i piatti della cucina invece è un incubo. Immangiabili. Stracotti. Non c’è nemmeno l’aria condizionata. Mi sembra orrendo far lavorare anche i dipendente in quelle condizioni.
