They have the best and the only brown sugar shave ice I can find. 1. Brown sugar wolong tea without milk 2. Lychee green tea without milk Are some of the best drink! I will come again when I come to file police report of violence of Broadcom employee.

This is my favorite boba place for black sugar drinks and grass jelly. Whenever I crave it, I always end up wanting to go here despite living 15 mins away (haha). They have so much drinks to offer and they also have great food. One of the better popcorn chicken around and also, try their chop pork over rice it's so good! If you want both, I think they have the meal. They've made ordering easy now and you can even order ahead. Also, they don't charge for no ice like some places do, which is great for me since I like taking home a drink for later. Overall, this place won't disappoint. I've been going here since 2018 and their drinks still have the same high quality taste as 5 years ago! (I think I still have an old stamp card somewhere that I never got to redeem 😂)

I finally tried their popular popcorn chicken bento and yes it was delicious 😋 yum yum! Wanted to get the avocado smoothie but out of stock so got dry bean curd for hubby instead. He liked it. Will definitely come back to try the other food items and hopefully avocado smoothie will be available by then.

Ordered quick takeout for lunch, not too busy on a Friday afternoon. Popcorn chicken & half sweet jasmine tea combo was excellent, pretty decent these days for ~$13. Parking was ez in the plaza.

Great milk tea. Order the oolong milk tea and it had a strong flavor with the perfect amount of milkiness. It seems like they might use creamer so if that is an issue for you, be warned. All in all, am excellent milk tea with perfectly prepared pearls. It's my new favorite spot now that ComeBuy is closed. We also shared an order the popcorn chicken with Thai basil and that was absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy with a strong flavor of Thai basil.

The snacks are tasty and well priced. I recommend the fried mushrooms and tofu. The pmt is quite delicious and the boba is chewy and sweet. The staff makes the food pretty fast and there are always new menu items appearing.

Surprisingly good milk tea 😚..

Love getting the taro smoothie with pearls but I hate using the machine to order since it’s time consuming and they charge an extra fee for using it. This is a good boba spot, just wish the workers weren’t so serious.

Classic homey boba spot, coming here for many years, hits every time. Did split cup and very good value. My favorite drink is the honeydew mt. Lots of tablespace, and good food like the popcorn chicken!

Drinks are good with a lot of options to adjust to your liking. The rice bowl portion was a bit small for an $8 item that is mostly rice.

This place charges a nonsense "Service Fee" even when you use the automated machines to order. This is on top of a tip prompt - There is no waiter/server service here so why even prompt for a tip? Avoid these kinds of businesses. Giving a middling rating only because the drink was somewhat good...

Lowest sugar level is 50% and that's really sweet for the peach tea. The slushes are ok. Taro balls are a little hard. Bobas are nice and chewy. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. There are tables. Overall the place seems a bit dated. Bathroom smelled bad.

Pretty busy place with a big menu including lot of snacks. Good amount of seating and a few tables outside. Can get very noisy inside when at capacity. Cream top tea has no real flavor neither salty nor sweet.

I had a terrible experience today at Tea Era. First of all, it took about 10 minutes in line afterward we wasted 15 minutes for a drink Overall, it was too sweet and horrible service. Normally, when we go there, they have good drinks and ok service but this is unacceptable!! The women who works here is so rude!

The service deteriorates so badly recently. I purchased the crispy chicken and it smells, obviously made by far from fresh chicken meat. Now both the food quality and attitude are bad.

The amount of items buy without combo is ridiculously small. I think people came here because they got varieties but from seeing the size, I won't come back. There's no wifi here and the cashier wasn't as friendly. They sounded angry. The tea is alright there's better ones down the road.

The tea taste here have a bite. The issue I have with them was the hot grass jelly special that they have for winter. This traditionally comes with at least the beans inside but they sold it with just the liquid. I feel it’s to make more money off a drink but if they were really making a special, they can up the price a little and put at least a small portion of 3 toppings in it so that the customer have a better experience of this traditional drink.

I am the first one in the queue and they make other people order first. They said it’s ready and cannot cancel. They never said sorry! Bad attitude. I wait about 25 minutes. Will not come again. Tastes too oily. I never give any 1 star before but you don’t respect me, you worth it.
