EXCELLENT, friendly, funny customer service with delicious breads and drinks! Variety of savory and sweet pastries. This place gets crowded after school, around 3pm. Short to moderate wait time. This location is smaller than the other locations and there is not a lot of seating. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The breads I recommend are the Jalapeno Cream Cheese and Potato Croquette (my favorite, they have a deal if you get 2). The drinks I recommend are the Mango Slush and Peach Green Tea w/ lychee jelly as an add-on. I go here very often since this place is right next to my high school. They have a Service Guarantee (if you are not 100% satisfied with the drink, they will happily remake it for you).

Not Portos but worth 5 stars anyway) Interesting choice of coffees and teas. Their cakes (with frosting) don't look appealing to me but bakery stuff is yummy and fresh. This location has a lot of young teens due to proximity to school and college.

Super fresh and tasty bakery items. Best part about them is nothing taste overly sweet but just perfect. I like their Egg Tart, Garlic bread bun, cheese tart, coconut tart, hawaiian pizza. Egg tart is my most favourite of all.

Seating area needs to be wiped down and swept. Limited bread selection depending on time. Recommend Ube, berry tale, egg tarts. Drinks and cakes are good.

The pie taste really good. Wish they have a service to warm so it can be crispy on the edge. Vietnamese coffee is also good. I like red bean and taro bread the most. The red bean filing taste is not very consistent. Sometimes too sweet, sometimes less sweet. The milk tea is pretty light. Not very strong flavor. It is more milky. The prices of every items is reasonable.

This was my first time trying out this bakery. I gotta say it was amazing to pick up what you want. Most of the baked sweet and savory you can touch and feel the warmth and softness. The cakes are refrigerated and they looked very fresh. My fav was the spicy sausage bun, chocolate bun, coconut bun and half moon almond bun. All these buns were super fresh and fluffy. It shows the quality and standards that they maintain. They are also affordable and I will keep this location in my To-go list.

Pretty awesome bakery with lots of tasty bun flavors, cakes, and bubble tea. Very clean inside with nice asthetics. Had the Hawaiian BBQ bun which was a delicious savory bun almost like a pizza flatbread with baked bun base instead. The mango mousse cake looked great but only tasted average.

Not sure exactly why but this outlet seems better than the other 85C Bakery Café s. I tried their sea salt coffee which was very flavorful and warming. Baked goods are good but a bit too yeasty and gluttenous. I think the teas and coffees with the Asian flavors and tapioca balls are very good for beverages. Prices are high as compared to other Asian bakeries.

I like this location as it’s near my parents’ house and I go to this location whenever I’m in town to visit. However, this location doesn’t have all the selection of breads and pastries compared to other bigger locations. For example, I was here twice this week in two consecutive days already looking for the pork sung bun/bread and it wasn’t available either day! Staff told me that they ran out but both days?! I came in late one day which was understandable for running out of the popular bun but the next day I was there at 2 pm and still none was available…quite disappointing to say the least! This store doesn’t always have chocolate chip cookies either so I had to go to another location and they had a ton!

TERRIBLE service from the cashier that according to the other employee her name is Lydia. She got my order wrong, and after telling her drinks were missing the boba, she proceeded to charge me extra for it again and FORGOT to send the order to the kitchen so they didn’t know they had to make another drink with BOBA. Terrbible service, 0 customer service skills at this 85. No wonder the Cerritos location is always packed.
