Incredible bar. George and his apprentice are exquisite and are truly passionate about cocktails they craft. It may be easy to miss this place but be mindful, as it is hands down one of the best bars in Dallas. The interior is classy, dark, and intimate. What else could you ask for in a bar? I’ll be coming here again and again.

One of the best speakeasies of Dallas, small but intimate. If your looking for nightcap or a nice place for a first date this is the spot. Gorge is fantastic and truly loves what he does as well as the other gentleman (didn’t get a name). Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area you wont forget it !

LOVE this place. I suggest reservations. Small intimate place with a speak easy vibe about it. You ring a doorbell to enter. The drinks are fantastic, and the bar staff is top-notch. Really a great way to impress someone.

Amazing experience! Great idea to showcase upcoming talented mixologists from Dallas! We came for Tony Villalobos! He is the best! Ever since we tried his mezcal, sotol, tequila cocktails we were converted and won’t look back. We loved each and every drink and also tried some of the Jettison drinks and had the cheese plate and potosinas. Thank you all for an amazing experience!

Recently went here with and the bartenders were amazing, made one of the best old fashions and suggested good whiskey. It is small and quite and the drinks are so good. I would suggest this as more of a relaxed chill speak easy style bar

The Avion is my cocktail of the year for 2022! It is a riff of of a Paper Plain (get it, Avion? I loved the name). How many times do you have a cocktail and then go out and buy all the ingredients so you can make it at home? The bar was warm and friendly and the staff was clearly knowledgeable. Went for post dinner drinks. Very cute, small place. Seats maybe 25ppl. Bartenders are amazing and put on a little bit of a show as they make the drinks. Drinks tasted top notch. You can make reservations on Tock. Great hidden gem.

Every drink on the menu is just so special and unique. There's a solid point of view here and the attention to detail is unmatched. The drinks were all fantastic, and one of a kind. The ambiance is intimate and refined, sort of a Japanese jazz lounge. The staff and bartender were so wonderful and friendly. I look forward to being back soon.

Jettison is a reliable, reputable Dallas speakeasy that serves a variety of classic cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, as well as special drinks with unique Japanese or Mexican twists. The atmosphere is cozy, every drink has care and thought put into doing it right, and the regulars seem like very nice and interesting people. I'd suggest getting a reservation (which they make really easy to do on their site!) if you plan on going there or building a cadence of visiting. Lastly, the men behind the bar (Giovanni & Bar Manager George) are great at what they do and class acts. I'd also like to add on the note about George & Giovanni: they really have gone above and beyond in their dealings with me over the last couple of visits. I recently moved to the block this speakeasy is at, and they have done their best to make me comfortable with visiting and discussing the area. I also feel bad because I recently brought a guest who said some rude/uncomfortable things to them, which they very professionally shrugged off. I learned that they certainly could deal with those types of situations with grace, but I'm aware that absolutely nobody *should* ever need to do so, especially in their own establishment. Despite that, they still treated me kindly afterwards and made me feel welcome in the neighborhood. I'll be sure to filter who I bring in there going forward, to keep the atmosphere nice. :)

The cocktails are artfully crafted and when the bartender has time, he'll bring the ingredients to you and explain them and what he's doing when making the drink. People come in wearing a wide array of clothing here but I'd definitely classify it as a "nice place" with most patrons in cocktail attire on my last few visits. You don't have to go all out but you'd definitely feel our of place in shorts and flip-flops. Highly recommend you try: One of These Nights, BLVD P.O., Jettison George. You HAVE to make reservations online. They are THAT busy and it's well worth it.

Once we got our drinks, it was the last interaction we had with them - no one came to check on us, refill the waters they gave us, or see if we needed another drink once our glasses were empty. And it was only us and two other people in the bar at the time and 3 bartenders. Then, when closing out, the tip suggestions were 25%, 30%, and 35%! For those amounts the service at least needs to be good and welcoming. I'm calling this trip satisfactory and will seek after-work drinks elsewhere.
