I've always had an amazing time here at kaliente club been coming to this club for years love the drag shows and the drinks are very good and the bartenders are always very courteous and friendly for the comments that I read this is a gay bar so that's why there is not a lot of straight people that go there but for the straight people that do go there I've had friends that are straight have always had a good time there and a lot of my straight friends and gay friends still love this club and I am gay July 6 2024

If you are looking for a good time with Latinos this is your place. There is usually a cover but its well worth it. The music is great and some nights they have a drag show. It's well worth a visit.

I’ll only ever come here with my friends, but I had a great time.

Atmosphere was good the music wasn't too bad could be a it better. There wasn't to much parking spaces available, but over all it's a pretty good place to spend your Saturday night at!

We came here to have a good time and there was a miss understanding with the entrance with one of our friends which caused them to get kicked out. Then they started picking on another friend and said their ID was not theirs when it clearly was hers. We had to call the cops just to prove it was hers and yes it was her. She ended up with a big scratch on her arm because of the security pulling her out the coat room which everyone goes into Be warned that they need to be trained how to handle situations like this because the way they handled this one was all wrong.

The prices here are upside down and honestly feel like this bar is taking advantage of Hispanic customers. A beer here is $8 when the same beer at most other places is around $5. A Paloma here is $15, while at other bars it’s usually about $7. That price difference is ridiculous. It doesn’t make sense that a bar that’s supposed to cater to the Hispanic community is charging so much more, while regular bars around the area have normal prices. It really feels unfair and disappointing. What makes it even worse is that when I asked about the prices on Facebook, they blocked me instead of responding. That’s extremely unprofessional. I was just asking a simple question about why the drinks are so much more expensive than at other bars, and instead of explaining or addressing the concern, they chose to block me. That only makes it seem like they don’t want to be transparent about their pricing.

The management seemed disorganized, creating awkward situations for both customers and staff. While the employees were polite, they looked uncomfortable asking customers to leave tables after sitting for hours. Clear leadership and better organization could make a big difference in improving the experience, but I don’t plan on going back again.

Please don’t go there staff are so rude we drove 5 hours from San Antonio Tx to Dallas to spend my friend birthday at kaliente club abt we arrived at 10; 15 pm and they finde let us get I cause they staff me member said my grid was drunk so we end leaving the place I understand it’s rule and regulations but she wasn’t drunk at all we was t drink at all we was at group of people of 10 people and it’s March 20 ,2032 at 10;15 pm please next time assign professional people since They been so rude and not professional at all with customers!! They told us to go to another clubs are around the area!!! Thank you and please management help!!!!!!

HORRIBLE. MY FRIEND GOT HER ID CONFISCATED AND WHAYS CRAZY WAS… IT WAS REALLY HER! Staff does not care. They were being petty and waited almost two hours for cops to get there and all the cops did was give her her ID back. Like never again will I step foot in this dirty ugly establishment.

Come to Kaliente if you wanna get your real ID confiscated and then get thrown around by the staff! It’s upsetting me and my homegirls cause we feel like well damn if you can’t go to Kaliente for birthday drinks where the hell can you go?!

This is a Latin club that supposedly caters to all Latinos (NOT) and are extremely biased to certain Latinos, especially ones fluent in english. 4. The owner is not much help either. He told our group well, if you don't like my club or my staff, don't come back. Hmmm instead of disuading the customer you need to encourage them to come back and give the club another chance. Awful club

New to Dallas. Was going to try the place out with the hubby; $10 parking (the guy actually chased me down when parking at Jack in the Box to collect) plus a $7 cover. I already drove out of the gayborhood to try the place; no thanks! I had a blast with free parking elsewhere; tab was $96..money well spent!

I was minding my own business with my friend who's first time was at Kaliente and a group of friends and we were interrupted from having a good time by a group of latinas who decided to pick on us. They began saying ridiculous accusations such as us saying that they were 'trailer trash' and a litany of other slurs that we had not said. It was terrifying to think that we would have had to have had a physical confrontation with ladies just to leave the club because they felt that their lesbian reputation was threatened. fortunately, security let us leave. yes that was a concern. I speak spanish and have never felt as unsafe there as I did when a group of women decided I had said something offensive in a bar that was considered 'theirs'. It can be their bar and they can do whatever they like with whoever they want but they should not be able to threaten other people to the point of having to leave just because they thought they heard something like 'trailer trash' I personally grew up in a trailer park and find it offensive that they :A thought I said that and B find that particular living situation offensive. The entire staff of the bar seemed to think they were regulars and that this kind of behavior is ok. So dont visit this place if you aren't a regular and know all of the clientele and are sure that you won't say anything remotely offensive.
