The piadina dough is very good, it's a shame that they don't have much filling. We ordered a piadina with ham and there was only one slice of ham, the same thing with the Nutella piadina. If I had ordered an empty piadina it would have been the same. As for the atmosphere, it's very nice and the service is quick.

I often go to the Erbusco and Antegnate stores of this chain and have always been satisfied. Here, I have no complaints about the products, but the service is. The place wasn't crowded, but I waited 20 minutes from receipt to delivery. What bothered me was that I saw people who came in 5 minutes after me ordering with the app right in front of me while I was already waiting and they were served first.

Clean place in a busy location with available parking. Personally, I think the prices are too high for a piadina with chips and 1/2 liter of water. For the same price, most places offer a fixed-price menu served at your table. The piadina was good; the tomatoes and cheese were tasty. It's a shame that most of them were at the bottom of the paper bag. I wanted to try it, especially considering the constant advertising that encourages you to try it, but this time I wasn't entirely satisfied.

Like everyone else in the chain, they're slow. The service here is a bit disorganized. They don't have a system for recalling orders, so they call. But you know, people are lost and don't know their number. I wasn't really satisfied. The location is really nice. Large and well-furnished. The kids' area could also be eliminated.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review after years of loyalty to this piadina shop. Up until now, I've always had a good experience, but this latest experience was the final straw. My father came to order two piadinas with regular dough, but we were told they weren't available. So, we opted for whole wheat and added two packets of chips. When we got home, we noticed a packet of chips was missing, a mistake that, unfortunately, wasn't an isolated incident. This isn't the first time we've found ourselves with missing food, especially chips, and this repeated inattention has undermined the trust we had in this place. After this further disappointment, we've decided not to return as regular Saturday night customers. It's a shame to see the service deteriorate so much over time.

Ci sono andato per un pranzo veloce, ordinazione molto comoda con i palmari, abbastanza veloci. Ho ordinato una piadina con bresaola, formaggio cremoso, crema all'aceto balsamico e zucchine grigliate…

I paid €8.70 for a piadina (basically 18,000 lire, Prime Ministerial Decree!), only to find it dry, hard to chew, and almost completely empty. Nonexistent toppings, ghost mayonnaise, zero flavor. For that price, at least fill it properly. A disappointing and frankly shameful experience. We won't be back.

On Thursday, I went to a piadineria for lunch and witnessed a pitiful scene. I was dictating my order to the girl at the cash register when suddenly another girl (perhaps the manager?) came out of the kitchen to scold her in front of everyone, talking over us, interrupting us. To make matters worse, she continued to yell from the kitchen, market-style. It was humiliating for the girl but also a pitiful scene for us, the customers. I'm giving 1 star for the service; I feel sorry for the girl at the cash register because she was calm and courteous with me. This is an environment to avoid.

You can't make a piadina like this, sorry, raw vegetables, not grilled, chopped? It doesn't seem like everything was thrown together like this, I've always had a good time but not tonight and there weren't even that many people you say are full, it's okay, but it mustn't happen otherwise with this raw stuff I won't digest it even for tomorrow.
