We had an awesome experience driving through the newly renovated Taco Bell today. William took our order and had the best attitude and energy. He seriously brightened our day - such a light in the world these days. The food was quick and good.

I mean.. its a "5" based on comparisons against other Taco Bells. Of course it isn't a 5 against nicer places. You should already know what you're getting into food wise when you come here. lol. I use the mobile order app and the food is always waiting for me when I arrive. Since it isn't ever too busy, it is best if you confirm your order about 3-5 minutes away max. Cheese on the nachos was slightly funky tasting last time I went in, but shame on me for ordering something with liquid cheese to begin with!!!

this location has nachos fries that actually taste good and fresh. i live in aliso viejo, and the one here gives me mediocre nacho fries, while good, dana one is better.

My service has never been so fast, and a fast food place has never had such a happy environment. the worker were clearly happy and our cashier Kathy V. was INCREDIBLE! She deserves a host/waiter position seriously! her conversation skills and extraverted attitude are on the spot! Shout to her constant freindly, entertaining, and kind personality!

I don't know what is with the team here.. BUT.. EVERY time I come here I go through the drive thru.... Every time the team here is so genuinely nice and polite!!! Tonight my service was provided by Luisa. My order is always right, but the service is honestly so refreshing!! It's taco bell... you know what you're getting as far as food goes. Just wanted to give them a shout out and Thank you 😊

Ive been going here for years and had to leave bad comments in the passed bc management that didn’t care and cold food. It’s seems things have gotten better over the years. On a recent visit I talked to a manager(white guy w/ an “A” name) on a whim and he was friendly and kind. Yesterday I did the drive thru and had like 6 coupons I wanted to use “Isabel C” took my order and worked with me so I could use almost all my coupons even doing 2 transactions to get most of them to work thus saving me money and keeping me happy. Literally a $27.30 order ended up being $7.30! Thank you for caring and helping me get the best price. I’ll be back to use the rest my coupons soon👍🏻...lol! Last time was a 1 Star this time 5...thanks!

I used to loath this taco bell. I would intentionally drive further away to avoid this location. After the remodel its a totally different place. It's not disgusting like it was previously and it's actually cleanly inside. I have been twice and the food was fresh and my order was correct.

This Taco Bell seriously has the nicest most competent employees of any fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. They are very quick, always friendly, and even make an effort to get to know their customers. The food is always fresh and the orders are always correct. I seriously go here way more then I probably should because I always know that it will be quick, accurate, and fresh.

I like Taco Bell for fast food. Solid Mex American fast food and affordable options. I usually eat for under $10 and enjoy the meal. The menu has a lot of choices to fit whatever mood I'm in, as long as that's Mexican... Tacos are always a favorite and dependable.

Pretty chill taco bell. Good ratios on the food and was pretty quick. The managers were cooking and were polite. The water machine is a little broken where a little bit of the gatorate goes into the stream of water. Could have just been that day. Other than that, it was really great!

One of the better Taco Bell locations! It's always a good experience this place is kept clean and food is always ready relatively quick.

Need to take time to clean there tables and spend more time with their clients. Corporate is to busy making sure everything is timed and that leaves no room to do anything else that even more important.

Their breakfast burrito is cheap and better than other fast food chains but their coffee is not good. If they can serve better coffee and open up an hour earlier they'll do a lot better.

Typical Taco Bell food. Good for when we need quick, cheap drive-through. Never had a problem with the food nor the employees. The restaurant itself is literally falling apart inside, though. Everything is pretty dated and run down to the point that some eating areas are not even useable. Not the cleanest Taco Bell nor outstandingly dirty..... just run down.

I’m about 20 years out of college. This place is not meant for people like me anymore. I went mainly for the Mexican pizza. I’ve never had it…. And I personally don’t see the appeal. Maybe I didn’t have a good one… I don’t know. I was sad to find that the double decker was also removed some time ago. That was my go to since high school. I used to be in their target audience… it’s just different now.

Ordered online, still had to wait awhile, piled everything into 2 bags... tacos, burritos, chalupas and 12 pack Cinnabon. Messy. Left out my nacho bellgrande. No answer when I tried to call x 3 times. I was the only customer in line....

Been going here since I was a kid. They really started skimping on their portions a few years ago. I prefer other taco bells that actually put some beans and cheese in their burritos i still go after a night out 😂

Don't bother coming to this location if you're looking for "fast" food. Waited over 20 minutes from ordering the food to pickup from the drive thru. Not to mention that no one bothered answering or acknowledging me as we drove up to place our order. Also, after placing my order, they read my order back only to get it wrong three times. It wasn't a complicated order. Literally just 4 items off the menu. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

Literally thought they were closed , I was waiting by drive through , said hello like 2 times and just drove up because once again I assumed it was closed ...to just find out there was a car waiting for food and there was indeed some one who was “suppose” to be answering me . A simple can I have a minute would of been nice instead of me waiting like an idiot ... mind you I still had to wait a good 10 mins by the line to take the order by the window . . Where the register girl seemed like she was confused as hell..

No one here cares about your order. They all just sit in the back and talk and joke with each other while lines form and everyone waits for their food which is poorly made. My suggestion is to go down the street to Del tack. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Especially the night crew. I waited over 15 minutes for 3 tacos while the employees goofed around in the back. Terrible service.

After standing at the counter for over 5 minutes and being walked passed by three different employees finally a tiny little woman who seemed to barely speak English came up and try to take my order . But she failed . Why does every Taco Bell in the world make in eccherrito's except for this one???? screw these people... not ordering in this restaurant that's for sure

I have been to this TB several times and they often mess up. One time my order was stone cold I'm assuming it was product that was just sitting on counter Bc I've never gotten cold food at any other TB. Another time I was only one in the drive thru and they totally messed up my order and gave me 2 potato tacos when I had ordered 2 other items. I didn't notice til I got home and didn't want to go back over $2 so I delt with it. My advice is Check your order before leaving as they often mess up!

Went thru drive thru and ordered a burrito supreme and nachos bell grande. I had a coupon for the burrito I redeemed. When I got home they had only given me a bean & cheese burrito. This is not right and should not be condoned by management.

I almost always have to get my food remade because it is wrong. And it usually takes twice as long for them to fix it. Correction- I ALWAYS have to get my food remade. There’s no reason using the mobile app here. They ignore what it says anyway.

Stopped by here briefly for the first time in years. The place was a mess. Bathroom was in absolute shambles. Counter tops are faded and old. Windows were dirty. One of the chairs was broken. All that was left of the chair was a steel pole sticking up out of the ground, covered by a clear plastic trash bag.

Very run down! Seats are falling off posts, bathrooms are a complete horror story (use you're imagination) and wait times are long. Definitely room for improvements!

a couple little angels came through the drive through and were met with utter hostility and disrespect from one of your employees (middle aged hispanic male with glasses) he gave me the wrong drink and i tried to ask for the correct one and he proceeded to SHUT THE WINDOW IN OUR FACES. unbelievable. next time i am bringing tomatoes to throw.

Painfully slow service. The workers were more interested in serving there girlfriend free food than actually helping customers. Ordered a quesadilla and a taco and took 25 minutes to get order. And we were the only ones in the place. Took 5 minutes just to take our order. Also this place is worn down. One of the dirtiest taco bells I have ever been to. One star is generous.

I normally enjoy this location but I'm going to have to give it 1 star. If I could 0. I went today to redeem a free nacho cheese doritos locos taco in the taco bell app from my rewards. It was the worst and soggiest taco I had ever recieved from Taco Bell. Completely cracked too. I wanted a taco not a taco salad. Were the employees unhappy because I redeemed a free taco from my rewards? It doesn't affect their paycheck anyways. 🙄

This is close to the worst food I have ever gotten. I don't know what's so hard about making a quesadilla and making sure the cheese is melted but you don't leave it on a grill for 3 minutes thinking that is going to be melted. I tried calling but it said that they could not take my call because it was their peak time, there was nobody in line. If you're going to make a quesadilla make sure the cheese is melted. I gave it to my dog at lease she liked it but then again she likes anything involving food.

If this isn’t the worst Taco Bell in the county I’d hate to see what is. They gave me taco supremes without sour crème, and the soda machine was so watered down it was more like a iced tea machine. It also cost as much as the real (not fast food) Mexican restaurant around the corner. Go to a different location if you can.

Hello I’m a customer that visit the restaurant yesterday the manager Pedro R was very disrespectful an incident happened and he started screaming in front of everyone at me like if it was my fault that what I ordered when I was the one that didn’t make the mistake I had my son with me and he didn’t care he kept yelling being very ghetto i fault very uncomfortable when I was leaving the restaurant I had asked for his name and I walked out as I was walking out he kept telling things like what your not happy as I’m walking out. Him as a manager is not right for him to be treating customers in any way like that. Also the food was stale and old I have pictures of the old food. He ruined my whole night and on top of that the food bing old and stale.
