You just don’t know what you are missing out on at Salar! Today started the Salar Brunch Season and you need to make time to visit! From the Bloody Mary with Black Lava Salt and the lightest, tastiest Brunch Empanadas to the spectacular Eggs Benedict and expertly executed French toast, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and so will you. The staff at Salar are welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. Salar, yet again you provided a delightful and delicious meal for us!!

Absolutely LOVED this place. There are few times when I’m able to say that everything I had tasted at an establishment is 10/10. Well, this is 10/10. I recommend this place a million times and more. Keep doing what you’re doing, Salar. No notes!

Incredible. When spending money at a fine dining establishment, you should expect expertly prepared food and cocktails. At Salar, you get this level of perfection, and then some! Starting off with a cocktail or three, (the whiskey smash was excellent followed by a couple old fashioneds - they do not skimp on the alcohol) let me just say WOW! Something I've never seen is the menu offering that if you can't find a cocktail that suits you, tell the bartender the taste you're looking for.... and they'll create one for you! The presentation of the charred Ceasar salad defines fine dining while the salad, itself, provided unique tastes that were...WOW! The main course was the double pork chop. Cooked to perfection, the spices tickled my taste buds and really brought out the flavor of the chop without overpowering it. The mashed potatoes and leeks were delicious! WOW! Dessert was a butterscotch mouse that I shared with my wife. My only mistake was not ordering my own! WOW! Service was top-notch! I literally enjoyed every bite and sip!

I have been a frequent patron of Salar and have always had positive experiences. The food and cocktail options are consistently excellent. On my most recent visit, I arrived approximately 20-30 minutes before closing time. Despite the lateness of my arrival, the staff graciously offered me the full menu. However, I opted to order only an appetizer. I selected the calamari and paired it with the Salar Sangria. And they still brought out the hummus and pita chips. Great experience per usual!

Went with a lot of the recommendations from other reviews and they did not dissappoint! Scallops parmesan, manchego and ham croquettes, pork chop(!), lamb, short ribs, and more were amazing! One of the few spots open on a Sunday eve in town. Beautiful and large space; our server was awesome and helped fill the gap on desserts and cocktails.

I made a reservation here for my partner and I to celebrate Valentine's. The atmosphere, service, and cuisine were all top-notch. We enjoyed the Salar and Violet Lavender drinks to start. The Beef Empanadas were delicious and the Lamb Shank fell right off the bone. Highly recommend this spot!

I had an excellent time here for my birthday! The atmosphere feels cozy yet luxurious and the food/drinks are even better. I got the Salar Sangria which was phenomenal. My table got the beef empanadas, spicy passionfruit wings, lomo saltado beef, northern peruvian style braised lamb shank, and the pannacotta. Everything exceeded our expectations and the portion sizes are fair. Highly suggest for anyone looking to try new food!

Made reservation got there. Table was ready in dining room but I was on a knee scooter so they put us in bar area, because host said there wouldn't be enough room in dining room area for it.

Cute date spot and amazing service, just a little slow. I love the mocktails, the bumblebee tastes like cold ginger tea and the lady caterina had a tomato undertone that complimented the fruitiness of the passionfruit. The seafood and beef empanadas were okay, and the bass left a slightly bitter aftertaste but not much else flavor outside of spice. The asparagus was both burnt and undercooked and stringy. The lamb felt a bit bland and overwhelmingly gamey. Overall great for the drinks and the vibes. Maybe their seafood is better.

Solid Peruvian Spot with a Few Misses We visited this Peruvian restaurant and overall had a good experience. The appetizers were mostly very good and set a positive tone for the meal. The calamari, however, were a miss. Dark in color and tasted like they had been refried. It could have been a bad batch, but it’s probably something to avoid. For mains, the short ribs were very good, and both the surf & turf and ribeye were solid choices as well. The only real disappointment was the beef lomo saltado with mushrooms which was tasty but noticeably too salty. Everyone at the table agreed, and since we ordered more than one, it clearly wasn’t just a single off plate. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience and we’d be willing to come back to give it another try. The restaurant is spacious with multiple rooms; some are significantly louder than others, so keep that in mind when choosing where to sit.
