The sandwich he prepared for me was bursting with delicious flavors, and the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. friendly and funny personality made the experience even more enjoyable. I can confidently say that I will be a repeat customer, eagerly looking forward to my next visit. If you're craving a tasty and clean Subway sandwich, do yourself a favor and pay this Subway a visit. You won't be disappointed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My Favorite Stop in Tokio, WA — 16 Years and Still the Best Tokio’s Big B Truck Stop is one of my absolute favorite stops off I-90. I’ve been coming here for 16 years, and I still stop 2–3 times a month on my road trips. It’s the kind of place you plan your route around because you know it’s reliable. This stop is built for truck drivers and long-haul travelers — tons of diesel pumps, strong air pressure, plenty of parking room, and a super convenient pet area. They even rent U-Hauls. They recently redid all their tanks and pumps, so everything is brand-new, modern, and spotless. The owners are fantastic — a true family-run business with genuinely kind people. When my daughter was stationed in Tokyo, Japan, I sent her a “Tokio, Washington” shirt from here. Everyone on her Navy base wanted one, and the owners went above and beyond helping me order extras and tracking down the sizes I needed. Inside, the store has everything you need for life on the road — truck and car accessories, snacks, drinks, and one of my favorites: Cluckers chicken with an egg roll. I grab that and a full tank every time because their fuel prices are consistently great. The restrooms are newly remodeled, very clean, and well lit — which makes a huge difference on long trips. Whether you’re a trucker, a traveler, or just passing through, this is one of the best, safest, and most dependable stops on I-90. Highly recommend!

Not sure of his name, (he had gauged ears and big rings) but the man who made our sandwiches was fantastic at his job. He put plenty of toppings and ingredients and the ratio was perfect. Not only that, but he touched nothing but our food and the utensils, and was very polite. It was the best sandwich and experience I've had at a subway. Would definitely come again.

The food is fine, typical Subway. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy that is always there is very curt and treats you like you are bothering him by ordering food.

Subway is usually a good spot to eat no matter where you're at, but when i see lettuce that is showing obvious signs of browning, I begin to doubt this location. Plus, I had my membership on my phone, and the employee would not acknowledge it . All in all, I still got an Italian BMT for lunch minus the lettuce, and it was good ! There was no place to sit and eat, so I took it on the road.

I will never come to this subway again.

And the cashier at the other side of the gas station tells me they're closed. It's run down here, the customer service leaves a ton to be desired and I'm surprised they're still operating honestly. They're lucky. Also the one time I did come through here to get a subway sandwich and I was lucky they decided to make it for me, the cashier on the other side of the store stared at me and the dude making the sandwich like someone was trying to pull something. It was weird, awkward and uncomfortable. So I don't recommend anyone stoping here for anything unless you're gonna run out of fuel and have no choice.

I should of follow my instincts and left - i could not eat my sandwich and should of left - i worry about hygiene of person who was making it and his full inability to communicate - on top he served us dry bread and smallest amount of meat i ever saw in subway - i was there today at about 1pm July 10th plus somehow our cookies that i added were $8 fur 4 so i not sure why he did not make it meal or at least warned me but i never knew one cookie at subway almost $2 so be aware! i would recommend drive few more miles to next subway to not feel frustrated

The guy making sandwiches is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I asked for a 6 inch and he literally pushed down my sandwich to flatten it before loading the ingredients. I asked for a different bread that wasn’t flattened and he did the same thing again. He kept whispering under his breath talking crap in another language the entire time he made the sandwich. It was so awkward. I will never stop here again.
