I love going to this place. It's been years since we started going. The pizza is really good. Just be sure not to eat when it's fresh out of the oven. They have different varieties of pizza, but they also have sweets, soup, and you can also make your own salad. Staff is always friendly. 100% recommended.

Food was fresh and hot. They kept the pizza coming in spite of all the people there. I drive from Fayetteville with my daughter to ear here. She loves it!

The best Cicis in Atlanta. They generally have better pizzas on the bar and are well staffed and friendly. Definitely recommend this one if you are hungry and want pizza. Don't forget you can get at least one personal pizza at every Cicis's pizza buffet with the buffet.

CiCi’s Pizza is fun and fresh. We have been enjoying pizza here for several years. They have a great salad bar, pizza bar and also pizza to go (or delivery). There is even a game room for the kids. The people here are nice, prices are good, and service is efficient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came to this CiCi's Pizza location on N. Druid Hills Rd. to celebrate our son's 11th birthday, and we had an awesome experience! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the dining area was clean and well-stocked. The pizza was fresh and tasty, and everyone in our party found something they liked — but the real stars of the show were the apple pie pizza and the cinnamon rolls… seriously, the bomb dot com!! We went back for seconds (okay, maybe thirds), and they were just as delicious every time. Thanks for helping make our son's birthday such a fun and yummy day. We'll definitely be back!

Hot pizza and dessert are ready to go as soon as it's gone they replaced it with a fresh one. The salad bar was well stocked. There is plenty of seating. My son requested a BBQ chicken pizza, and it was great. For 5 of us 2 kids and 3 adults all with drinks out total was $53 something thats not bad for an all you can eat.

Cici's is just as good as you remember 20 years ago. And the buffet price is truly 8.99/person. Definitely go and enjoy!

The place was okay. It was clean enough and not too empty. The bathroom was clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because some of the pizza they let sit there for too long and it got brick hard. I guess they try to waste as less as possible but doesn’t really look good to customers. Also, it was a small location so the buffet line didn’t have all i i expected it would have from the commercials. Also, the salad was fresh made. It was store bought garden salad out of a bag like i buy from the supermarket. I thought it would have been freshly tossed salad.

A winner when you and your kids are hungry! This place hasn't change a bit, since the early 1600s (well, maybe the TVs lol). A staple in the Shamrock Plaza, they keep the pizzas coming, so you don't have to worry or hurry when you get there. The only thing I'd like to note is that it sometimes smells like a daycare center with the bathroom odor carrying over into the dining area. If the staff could just keep those bathrooms clean (with clean mop water... this is key) then I'd be more than willing to up my atmosphere rating. Other than that, Cicis Pizza is clutch!

This place is always full, hey what do you expect, it's all you can eat pizza. They are slowly renovating. Tables and plates are new and the walls are also newly painted. I'm guessing the buffet area will be next in line for the upgrade. Their new policy now is that you clear your table before you leave. I guess some people can't read or they are just to lazy to clean up after themselves.

Dined here yesterday and the food was good as it has always been. Cameron was very professional and looked out for us. The food was fresh. I couldn’t believe that people still ate CiCis but it was a lot of families there. Yes everyone was social distancing. My kids enjoyed their food!

It's not as fun as it used to be before covid. Seems like they offer limited pizza options then before. The kids still love the pizza, so we still go.

Cici's Pizza is always a great place to go for when you're low on the budget and you want to have some good pizza, it's one of those places you can go. It's a buffet place so you can order and eat almost any type of pizza you want within reason! But as of the time I went to this place it was clean. The staff was very helpful because I do have a disability and they were able to help me choose what pizzas I would like to eat and try and the place was neat it was clean, it was organized. Now if you're a person who goes there when the kids are out then expect lots of kids. Lots of running around lots and lots of noise because kids are kids and there's nothing wrong with that but it's not going to be one of those quiet dying in places unless you go when the kids aren't there and yet you'll be able to eat whatever flavor of pizza you like to your hearts contend without the little kids eating it before you get to it LOL! Other than that I always love going to this place because they really do have some good pizza and especially when the people there make the pizza and it's not burnt or anything it's usually delicious. Is it New York style? Pizza? No, but it's a good pizza. That's hot, fresh and the best part you don't have to wash dishes.

Pretty kool. Pizza buffet. I really liked the breadsticks and Sicilian slices more than anything. Pasta was good after I did my seasoning and all. The first time here, I had the wings, and the cinnamon rolls. Salad is also available. which were pretty good. The owner was nice, and he isn't out to break your pocket with the $8.99+ tax.

Food was good. Hot and fresh. They need hand sanitizer out near the food. Some people come from outside and don't wash their hands and start touching the tongs. Nasty. And the restroom needs to be checked all the time. The men's bathroom had NO soap. Little kids need to be assisted because they touch everything and have the most germs

Much improved. Great job keeping the buffet stocked with fresh pizza. You clear your own table now and they come clean them, which makes things easier for them. I think that helps free up staff to keep the pizzas coming. Even the salad bar was better- fresher and cleaner. Good job!

Haven't had cici's since I was a kid. Tried going again with some friends for nostalgia. Food was pretty much mid-quality but that was expected. The fresh cinnamon rolls were actually delicious though.

On yesterday i had my 2yr old party here, its first come first serve so soon as i got there they pushed the tables together for us. everybody was so nice we paid for people in advance and as they walked in. The pizza was fresh and good, they even made a fresh personal pizza for me. I just didn't like nobody ever came to clean up the dirty plates. Other than that. Great experience! Oh and i never used the restrooms so i don't know if they were clean.

Pretty good spot! I come here often but lately there’s been an influx of people it seems like and when I come in they’re down on everything. The staff works hard to replace everything but too many people eat here haha.

The service is usually great, and the pizza is always coming out fresh. Last time I did need to wait several minutes before someone came to ring me up at the register. The salad options always look fresh. The pizza is ok, but the buffet is a good price point. I like the spinach Alfredo, hawaiian, and the pepperoni jalapeño pizzas. The dessert pizzas didn't look as good as normal this past time, so it can be hit or miss. I usually skip the pasta and breadsticks.

The food was good but there was a young lady that was working. At the cash register she was also responsible for the salad bar. This young lady as I watched. Did not wash her hands. She did not sanitizer her hands while refilling the salad bar. Nor did she put on any gloves. While I watched her dig and scratch her underarm and hair.

It's a pizza buffet. Nothing special to see here folks. My family and I gathered here for a birthday celebration. The kids loved the different types of pizza. For me, the pizza had a bland taste to it. I was never a fan of Cicis. So, my expectations weren't that high going in. The staff is cool, the guy running the register let me know about the family specials before ordering. He told me which was the better deal. It's not a bad place, but the food could definitely improve.

I hadn't been in since I was Tiny! And it hasn't really changed at all. It looks exactly the same as 20 years ago. The pizza is still OK. The toppings are what really make their pizzas, and as a person that isn't into super sweet things, their cinnamon rolls were perfect. We went there as a date, but it ended just feeling very nostalgic and not in the happiest way. I had happy memories there, but seeing nothing updated made me sad like it may be the last time I get to see the place. My sweetie said it's a time capsule. If you loved it when you were young, I do recommend going back, relive some memories while having endless pizza for cheap.

There is no service provided anymore. It's all self-serve even wiping your own table down before sitting and if you are polite after eating. I saw no ads online--nor on the front door telling us CiCi's closes at f i v e today. And when we informed the female cashier that we didn't enjoy being t r e a t e d with less than pleasant, customer service courtesy, she did indicate that she was sorry we didn't enjoy our interactions with her.

This place needs help, It has potential to be quite good but isn't getting the TLC it needs. Problems are as follows: Cleanliness: 4/10 While I see it gets the basic wipe downs and mopping many corners are cut, toilet seats are left in a nasty state and the restaurant has that tingle in the air indicating mold growth in the AC ducts, (I work in HVAC and can tell.) It appears to have had renovations started but they are far from complete. Professionalism: 4/10 The front service clerk, who seems to be the manager, is not even dressed in uniform and was the only staff not wearing a mask. Not a good thing to see as soon as you walk in the restaurant. He also opened the restaurant 10 minutes late and behaves in an unprofessional manner. Food: 7/10 The only good part of the experience here was the pizza, as expected I had to wait for the pizza upon entering as they just opened and make it fresh with the first dine-in customer which is great. Food was tasty but the apple pie pizza was overcooked and slightly burnt. They also have a good arrangement of soft drinks to get from the drink machine and the few sodas I had were very fresh. I feel like the ownership should put a little cash into finishing the updates to the restaurant with a focus on restrooms and the place would be in a much better place to grow.

Cicis was one of my favorite pizza places as a kid, now as a mom I wanted to share my experiences with my kids. The customer service was sub par and they don’t make what you ordered. For example I order a large pepperoni and bacon but when I went to pay I was told oh we’re out of bacon but was still charged when I asked for a refund I was told store credit was only applicable..what? This establishment is dirty and the employees don’t see to want to be at work.

I am prefacing this review by saying I love cici’s. I have been going to cicis pizza chains since I was a kid and have been to this particular location multiple times. There is nothing wrong with the food and the staff are really nice and clearly hard working. However, I cannot give a positive review or return to this location after seeing a cockroach on the wall. This is both gross and a huge hygienic concern. Management needs to do better.

Only reason for 2 stars is because my son ate the food and its decent priced but as far as welcoming and cleanliness....not so good. Wasn't very good smiling when you walked in......not much of pizza options.....the staff....well I think only one person understood English. The table we sat at was horrible. Wobbly table and the seat had been ripped and had red tape over it to cover it up.....saw quite a few like that. Just wasn't what I was expecting it to be like.

Cook did not change his gloves not one time. He started out cutting pizza putting it at the bar. Then started cleaning the other bar until more pizzas was coming out of the oven. then he started back cutting pizzas with the same gloves on

At 2pm on a Thursday It's smells like dirty mop water, the food wasn't too fresh, and none of the tables were clean or wiped down....The dude cleaning tables just walked around picking up straw papers off the tables, Juice and crumbs left on every table.....and workers handling the food on their phones and touching equipment without washing hands. I'm mad I ate already with out seeing the last detail I should've just asked for my money back from the jump. My loss and I'm not coming back.

The pizza and pizza choices were great. I gave it 2 stars for uncleaniness. Customers have to place their plates and throw their trash away and some do not. Unlike before they had servers who would clean the tables. We could not find any clean available tables. This was the second location we have eaten with the same problem in 6 months.

Whenever I place an order at a restaurant, I always try to be clear and precise to avoid any possible confusion. I specifically ordered a giant barbecue pork pizza with the bacon and onions, it even said that on my receipt. When I got home and I opened the box, I realized they gave me a giant regular pizza with bacon and onions, no pork and no barbecue sauce. And on top of that the cheese and sauce was very watery. The customer service was meh, not good, not bad. This reminded me why I stopped coming to this location and started going to the peachtree corners location. At the Peachtree corners location the employees always have a big smile on their face as if they are happy to see you and the quality of the food is much better. I should have just followed my instincts and took that 20 minute drive, it would have been well worth it. This is a mistake that I will never make again.

Be catious of the drink machine... I went here a few weekends ago... I wanted to introduce my little one to different pizza topping possibilities. While the pizza was ok, I was turned off by the cleanliness of the place - mainly the drink machine. It is loaded with fingerprints and stuck-on syrup like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. I worked in restaurants and you are supposed to clean it at least 1x each day. It looked filthy. I was weary of the cleanliness so i chose to get a soda that was not brown in case there was "growth"... sure enough, there were black debris in the cup. They were cool with giving me bottled water when I notified them about it but I was thoroughly grossed out by then. I am never going back.

The variety wasn't all that great, and the pizza was a bit stale. Cooks couldn't keep up with the demand. There were people waiting for the pasta for able 10-15 mins, I went to ask and they didn't even notice there wasn't any pasta. Kids were going up to get their own pizza and touching all the pizza with their hands in order to cut it. Place was also very crowded.

Very disappointing! It used to be a good experience going to CICIs. Very disappointing staff upon entry very poor attitude. Cleanliness was not there from the start, although I did try to tell myself maybe they are short staffed give it a chance. Let’s see drink machine was filthy, and there was a slight smell from bathroom not like normal public bathroom smell almost like sewage issue. The fact that the bathroom wasn’t really kept clean was also another turnoff. The tables weren’t clean upon entry we had to clean one for ourselves. Overall experience I’d say 2 stars very disappointing experience. I don’t see myself ever going back to visit not worth it.

DONT GO HERE the food was dry , it looked depressing, macaroni was un seasoned and tasted plain . Only thing that was good was the cinnamon roll. The brownie was cold and felt uncooked .

Today will be me and my family's very last visit to CiCi's Pizza. There were so many failures. One of the cooks stood on some sort of lift and pulled 3 packs of cups onto the floor. She then picked up one pack and placed it onto the counter with the soup, opened it and grabbed the cups with her filthy hands. The pizza and desserts were constantly out. The worst yet was they called the police on a family having a kid party. Sooo distasteful. The family wasn't doing anything wrong. It made us all feel very uncomfortable. My family and I left too. We will NEVER return.

Well I guess all good things come to an end. I have to cross cici pizza off my list of favorite places to take my kids and eat. I have been coming to this cici from the time I moved to Georgia in 2007 I have seen a lot of staff and management good and bad come and go. I have had to deal with all the changes and cut backs to the service as the price continues to rise. Reduced size in personal pizza to limited choice on pizza to even sitting on hard boards when in sitting in the booth but nun the less me and my kids made Cici pizza an every week daddy & girls get away. we would sit down eat and watch cartoons and laugh are butts off but today I was refused a seat in what we called are spot because the cleaning lady was closing down the rear section of the store at 7:30pm when the store closes at 9pm. There was zero reason for this area to be closing down I spoke with management who agreed with the cleaning lady decision and tried to fix the TV where we were bunched up and inconvenienced the paying customers as they try to squeeze us up in the front of the store many customers having to wait for other sitting customers to leave and for the cleaning lady to clean the table in the area being used to get a seat. And be able to start eating. I'm going to miss this CiCi I will just cut back on my visits and when I do go visit I'll go to the one in Peachtree Norcross.

Let start with one of the worst customers service experiences I have ever had pizza was old and cold. When asking if new pizza could be made I was told it's not busy enough...? The attitude of the female staff was horrendous and uncalled for. This will definitely be my last time coming to this location and maybe Cici's all together. This Cici location needs to be fixed, terrible service, the atmosphere inside is dirty!!! The only decent thing was the pizza, but it still wasn't enough to feel satisfied. Even Sam's club pizza was better than this garbage. CICI'S, fix this location.

Up until today I had no reason to dislike the place except a few ripped booth cushions and opening late. Today me and my family were eating and I noticed a bug on a chair across from me and upon further inspection I noticed it was a roach. After notifying staff they rolled there eyes and said “ok thanks”. The more I say and thought the more I realized how dirty the place is.

I eat here with my family and had a bad time. The new manager is rude, the employees act like they don't want to bring out pizza and when they do they only give you 4 slices. I spent 2 hours up there and they never once came by to pick up our plates. And they stopped making pizza and was cleaning up an 1 hour before they closed. This new manager needs to be fired and the new employees either needs to be fired or be trained. My brother worked at this cici last year with the old manager and the place was good. But this new manager let all the old employees go and made the restaurant go down hill. Never eating here again.

The quality has gone down by a shocking amount. We literally saw employees pass messy tables without trying to clean them. The buffet had spills all over it and we saw the employees standing in the kitchen area but not cleaning them. The seats looked busted and split from wear, multiple drinks didn't not have the correct syrup in the machine(taste like soda water). There were a very limited choices of pizzas out etc. I used to come here all the time and it was one of m y favorite places but my trip recently saddened me and unfortunately I will not be visiting again.

Unbelievable!!! A group of me and coworkers went there today and the place smelled horrible, was out of most of the pizzas and no desserts. I asked this lady several times to please wipe down the table and chairs because they were disgusting. Eventually I had to get wet paper towels from the rest room to clean myself. Of course I have video which I will be sharing on social media. Wish I could share the horrible smell. Disgusting!!!

Horrible experience. Customer service was horrible, had to ask 3 different employees to clean any table off so we could sit down and eat, that took forever. Front door lady was the only person who looked like she was doing her job. It was very slow so I thought everybody else was just on break, they were all sitting in one area, that was fine until all of the pizza was cold and only had 3 different options of pizza to chose from. The cold pizza was doughy and the ranch tasted very sour. I literally spent my money just to be disappointed. Will never come back here.

3.99 coupon but yet the meal was going to be 12.9 something. The cashier is extremely rude and said that I wasn’t allowed to drink water (which is all I drink I do not drink caffeine or carbonated drinks) that I had to pay for the pop in order to get into the restaurant and use the coupon. Happily walked out will eat somewhere else.

They ran out of pepperoni and sausage and did not advise us at the register, people where complaining but just ignored. Seems like management clearly doesn't know how to run this place. If you are coming here I recommend asking if they are out of food because they won't tell you

So I came here thinking they had the 4.99 special which they said ended I called but there phone was disconnected so we drove 40 mins. I walked in and the place had a horrible odor I mean bad. The cashier told me it was 8.99 for the Buffet I consider it but left because it smelled so rancid my nose couldn’t take it

Aside from this place being dirty with nasty sticky tables the manager was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful…. Our experience was unbelievably HORRIFIC!!! We had a birthday reservation booked weeks ahead, but I followed up days later to confirm, and of course it still wasn’t in their system. When we arrived on the day of with a party of 20+ they “ASKED US” to do “THEIR JOB” and move the tables together as needed, so we did with no issues. While we were in the middle of our meals a different employee asked us to move the tables another way. We refused, and they literally called the police on us only for the police to agree that they should’ve moved the tables themselves if they wanted them a certain way. The police then simply said finish eating and leave so they made a big deal and a huge scene for nothing. This is piss poor management at its finest and corporate needs to address this issue immediately!!! We’ve been eating here for 20+ years but today was the last day. Now I see why there’s only a few locations left.

Infested with roaches!!! I had to get out of there and get my refund!!! The back of the booth seat lifted up and hundreds of roaches fell out OMG!!!

Ordered a pizza to eat with my kids. Waited 25 mins, but our pizza was never made. We only ate salad and had our drinks. The manager on duty never apologized or tried to solve the issue. I did get my money back... not coming back ever

The worst pizza ever. I ordered two meats and most of the pie was naked.

I hate to sound cliche but if I could give this place zero stars I WOULD. The place had a foul order throughout. It smelled of mildew and dirty bathroom mop water. The pizza was stale and less than subpar. Along with the desserts. The salad bar looked as if anything had sat out all day and there was no cheese. The toppings seemed to be an odd selection as well. I really used to love this place as a kid but it's not the same unless I just really lacked quality taste buds as a child 🤣

A nasty mess! I went around noon and most of the tables were visibly dirty. The floor was absolutely horrid, there was food everywhere! The quality of the pizza has gone down significantly. The flatbread spinach pizza tasted like cardboard. So very disappointed not to mention a manager was there

See here’s the thing my mom has been bringing me here since I was a child. And I then had 3 kids so now we all go once a week. Well me my mom and my kids were thinking we were about to enjoy lunch until my daughter noticed the ROACHED. the manager gave us a refund but STILL people don’t pay for no roaches period. My mom said well we’re about to get on our zebra and go and get on our boats and float because ain’t no way. Period. Do better. I’m mad.

I used to come all the time to this CiCis but the service has gone down so bad. We waited 5 minutes at the front counter for the employees to realize we were there. And to top it off the whole restaurant was DISGUSTING. Food and trash all over the floor. You could feel how dirty the floor was when you walked around. The drinks were hot. The buffet was dirty as well.

In the holiday spirit, I tried really hard to find a reason to give this place two stars. But everywhere I turned, it screamed “zero” to me. Let’s start at the front door. I always like to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, so mission accomplished! Then came the confusion of how to ring up a sale. Seriously? Oh, yeah - in the holiday spirit, let’s admit that there were only two other customers there, so I guess it’s fair to assume that they forgot how, given the lack of opportunities for rote learning. Now on to the (sigh, ok, I’ll be generous…) lukewarm pizza. I don’t expect gourmet for under 8 bucks, but at least make it hot, ok? When the entire layer of cheese comes off as a single congealed mass upon biting into it, that should be a warning sign. In fairness, the pepperoni pizza did have a single slice of pepperoni on each slice, so I guess quotas were met for the day! On to the seating. Or should I say the remnants from the knife fight that seems to have transpired! Duct tape does wonders, guys. And adds to your ambiance. Try it! Finally, the event that caused me to leave. One of the staff came over to the “waste” and “plates” area, dipped a dirty wash rag into a bucket of water, and proceeded to wipe down the table next to mine. Then over to the “waste” bin, where it was inserted elbow deep, and then withdrawn to reveal all of its stains in their colored glory. And back into the bucket of water. Where is the health department when you need them? Needless to say, I left before purging myself on the premises. Well done, CiCis! May your holidays have the same memories as mine!

If you cant follow simple requests just take yourself off delivery service apps. The times i have ordered i always have to ask for garlic sauce on the pizza crust. Isn’t it supposed to come on there anyway? Even asking they still don’t put it on there. Want to ask for your wings to be crispy? Nope. Straight from the wing warmer you get. Dry pizza, soggy wings. That’s Cicis for yah. And don’t bet on them answering the phone.

I haven't been to this place in years. My daughter and I decided to go yesterday (2/3/25) for pizza. It smelled TERRIBLE!!! I tried to stay for my daughter, she was getting over a cold and said she couldn't smell anything. I just couldn't take it so we left. The pizza was mostly room temperature if not cold and the staff was just as cold. Nothing like I remembered. The Health Department really needs to investigate this place!!! AWFUL!!!! ☹️😔

After many years, I decided to try Cicis Pizza again with friends. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was openly rude and dismissive. When I asked for a customized pizza, one employee pushed me to another, who then pointed me to the manager. The manager was visibly irritated and spoke with unnecessary attitude, telling me to pick up the pizza from the counter as if I was doing something wrong by asking. The behavior was unacceptable. It honestly felt like they were acting as if the food was coming out of their own pocket. The counter situation was just as bad. There was barely any food available, long wait times, and zero urgency from the staff. They didn’t seem to care at all. It was obvious no one was managing the place. Cleanliness was another major issue. The restaurant was dirty, poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. And , It was a mistake I did not read the reviews , it was a complete disappointment. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and poor management. I would not recommend Cicis Pizza to anyone

Arrived 2 hrs before closing. Paid 58$ for a family of 7. My husband asked a employee to clean the table we were about use because they were dirty. He had to get loud with her to do it. The service is poor and the employees are lazy. The bar is almost empty with nothing for us to pick from but salad

I’ve been coming to this location for years. I come to this location often because it’s close to where I live. I come with my grandkids because they love pizza. This place has changed a lot. Every time I think it will get better it ends up worse. The food is not tasty, sloppy looking, it stinks in the restaurant, the bathroom stinks and is always dirty. There is a smell that smells like sewage. Imagine smelling that while eating. Please bring back hot fresh pizza and a clean environment.

Not going here again ! Myself my daughter and 3 grandchildren were here enjoying pizza and granddaughter looked up and our little lunch was over fast. Took issue to manager and we were given a refund we took off like we were running from the police lol . Be careful.
