Glad to have 1..... 1.....subway in Houston I can stop at before I go to work. With a 7an start time i drive 15 mins out of the way to come grab breakfast
Wow ! super cool " happy birthday to me " Yep , sometimes it the small things that makes a B-day - lil more memorable ! Staff was helpful , attenuative ( as could be in said situation ) & hell, its a 24 hr drive thru spot ! in short ? was not asking for bells & whistles OR BIRTHDAY SONG - been thru 63 of them - kinda ? ANYWAY .... Staff was - as rendered above . Made - in part- an otherwise mundane 19th day 'circa 59! Could not have been happier w/ overall food, service from a VERY YOUNG crew ! I don't know who's working this shift tonight or who prepped or who prepared my meal but to have an online order 10 minutes ready before estimated time of delivery and not missing a single ingredient and having the sandwich hit amazingly 10/10 on point please give these people, women or men a raise and more hours. 👍🏾
Good, clean place open 24 hours. We went there at 4:00 AM and received fast and friendly service. We noticed they did not have a limited menu for this time of night as well. (It seemed that way) we plan on coming back again.

I love this location friendly staff clean never have to wait open 24 hours. I will say you do have to stick up because their appliances that are running behind them make it hard for them to hear and they're not ignoring you I promise.

Now open 24 hours 7 days a week. I work until late at night or early am. The employee there late night is the man. Always makes your sandwich as if it was his and exactly the way you ask for it. He deserves 5 stars for his perfection.

My local choice for subs. They are always helpful and usually fast. Wish they would bring back the artificial crab sub and one of the wheat breads they just got rid of this past year.

Drive thru girl is the SWWEEEEEETEST!!! I never see anyone helping this girl and she never stops!!! My orders never wrong, and although she’s the only one running the drive thru she’s very fast!!! Lunch is my favorite part of the day because of her! KEEP HER FOREVER!!!!! She’s so nice.

This is the one yall! This subway is open 24 7! Like the good Ole days 247! You want a subway past 9pm ? Yes of course you do. Who you going to call? No one, the 90s is long gone. You going to get on your subway app like civilized folks. That sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the Philly cheesesteak is the jammy jam, jam band! Seriously, get that sweet onion teriyaki on the steak and thank me later for it!

This location has an awesome young man single-handedly manning the store. Honestly, his service is worth that of three normal workers. Will definitely return because of the great experience I had with him!

Came in for a quick grab since i work on the strip. One gentleman took my order and kind of got busy with the Drive Thru, as well as helping train a new employee, and Dillon came and took the lead on my order. Dillon's customer service was Exceptional! Very sweet and great conversing. Definitely made my day and made my sandwich like if it were his own. Thank you Dillon! And please Restaurant Manager, don't get rid of the Salt & Vinegar Chips!
Placed an online order and went to pick it up in the middle of the night. Upon arrival the employee couldn’t find my order in the system. A bit confused but after explaining and showing her my order was placed on my phone (screenshots) she went ahead and made my sandwich, drink and cookies 🙂 Great customer service I highly appreciated that.
Never a bad order. Only thing that gets me is that the drive thru is closed at 2 am when you would think it'll be safer for the staff. Makes no sense to have to go in at 2 am. This needs to be fixed for safety, ASAP. Other than that, good everything else.
I always love this location for the drive-thru aspect AND the odd fact that their staff is always so friendly and gets your orders right. I say odd because that doesn't happen often...you can find a place and go back to find a helpful/friendly staff member has been replaced with a who gives a damn staff member. BUT these guys have always been nice and attentive when I go. Thanks for the yummy sandwiches guys! Keep up the good work🤘🏼

I have had sandwiches from this place several times. I have used the drive through and ordered online and picked up in store. It gets busy during lunchtime. Ordering online helps as you get to skip the long queue. All my orders have been fulfilled correctly. The store itself is small and has seating but limited though.
I just want to give a shoutout to an employee that works at this location i wish i knew his name he is a white male with alot of tattoos. I just want to start by saying this location would be lost without him he is calm and keeps his composure at all times. Im a regular and he knows exactly what i want and how to make it. 2 days ago i went to get my lunch and he was off or on break and it was chaos and the line was backing up people started to leave. As a business owner i would love to have an employee like him. Hes respectful fast at his job and is always muti tasking and helping his fellow co-workers.
Their walking and drive-thru orders are great. However the catering not so much. Attempted to get four sub platters. Most of the order was correct except for the fact that they decided to add tuna sandwiches to my order instead of the subway club. Also the dipping sauces did not look like they do on the internet. They gave me packets of mustered and light mayo without the ranch I ordered. They also said they were out of napkins.
My order was taken un drive thru. I was immediately told they no longer carry oat wheat bread. That was ok. But why didn't they put the cheese on my sandwich that I requested? Also ordered a pretzel. They let out the cheese. Today i didn't see any male staff. It was females, which generally are more careful and particularly to make sure order is correct. That didn't happen today. I feel they should pay more attention especially when you're stating your order clearly. Do better!
Ok, experience. Food was great. Service and atmosphere not so much. Two employees aren't very good. Baloo talks too much and simple jack tops around like a wannabe. No receipts as they were apparently out. No bags as they were apparently out. No ice as it wasn't working. Out of doctor pepper as well. Dining area was dirty. No clean tables. Floors with food all over. Star rating would be lower. But the 2 ladies last night made up for it.
I’m not normally one to complain but this is ridiculous I ordered two footlongs sandwiches a tuna and a steak and cheese both with double meat. They put double meat on the tuna but the steak in fact they didn’t double anything on the steak and cheese. They’re stingy with their ingredients and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this issue
Went at 10pm on a Monday and the employee was very unfriendly. She gave me a less than 6" sandwich more like 4.5" and the bread was stale and hard so I had to pull off almost all the bread ; was a crumby mess! I've been here before many times and this is not always the case.
Placed order said didn't get it pending in my account so going through oh didn't get shit pmace is a joke
I recently gave 5 stars, but things have gone downhill. I went there at around 11 during my break. The guy in front of me was cool, but then this girl comes out and starts taking my order. I chose the wrap, but she didn't ask or put it in the oven. She said they can't do that anymore because it makes it hard to wrap. I was like, "Oh, okay, is that something new?" (I go there a lot, you know?). She took off her gloves, and walked away, muttering something about it being something new. Then another girl came out, put my wrap in the oven, and finished my order. I don't get why she got so mad when I just asked a simple question. She could've just offered to heat up the meat, which would've been fine. Also been a few time either no drinks in the fountain or no ice.
The lady working at night didnt understand what we were saying and kept asking the same thing over and over. She also shortened us on the meat for our subs making them taste like eating a salad on bread with a tease of meat. Overall not a grear experience this time when I normally have a grear experience from this location.
It’s Saturday night, and we ordered our food through the app, should be ready at 10:30pm. It is 11:35 and we are just now leaving with our food. ONE (1) person is working and completely backed up. That is unacceptable, if someone called in , the manager needs to fill in and cover their store. Or if it was purposely scheduled to have 1 person working that is ridiculous as well. The employee seemed new, did one sandwich at a time and averaged approximately 6 mins on each one. When I worked at Subway it was an expectation to make a sandwich in 45 seconds. And only seasoned employees would cover shifts alone. This poor guy didn’t know where the salad bowls were at, and the promotion of Happy Gilmore cup promotion going on. Just an observation from waiting an hour for my order and his interactions w other waiting.
So rude here around 11pm. I tried to go through the drive through and the rude lady Cindy said she refused to take my order and to come inside. I go inside and and treated like dirt. Cindy refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it made. She said “IM NOT PUTTING YOUR SANDWICH IN THE TOASTER WITH SPINACH” every other location does except this one. Then a black couple come in and she’s yelling at them. Told them “DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ON ALL YOUR SANDWICHES I DONT HAVE TIME TO BE WASTING WERE BUSY.” I was the only person there. She was just disgusting and too much to write. But the other associate who helped me with my order wrote me a note apologizing for her coworkers behavior. Obviously she saw the way Cindy was treating me.
The bread was very dry and tasted bad. Ordered a BMT ON WHITE 6 INCH. won't be back
This review is about the food quality NOT about the employees. Honestly this food franchise has gone WAY down with the food quality. Last time ever eating at a Subway. Disgusting meat, soggy vegetables… what happened?
I don’t know what is going on with the AC in the place!! This isn’t the first time I have been in this facility with a broken AC unit, it is ridiculous I could only imagine how the workers feel in there with ovens for hours.
Next time I will just walk away without getting a sandwich.... nothing like eatting bread like rubber and almost no meat sent someone to get me a sandwich she told them exactly what was wanted and didn't get it that way and then only 3 slices of meat for a club and one slice of bacon because I wanted bacon added ... one slice of ham one slice of turkey and one slice of roast beef

The dude in the drive thru was rude for no reason. I could tell he hated his life this day so I drove off. Nothing personal to him or subway but I dont need to give my money to these type places
I went there August 20 th 2024, I’m very disappointed I order a tuna sandwich my bread was so hard I couldn’t even eat it Then it was only tuna and they didn’t even put enough tuna on which was I guess ok I will never go back there again it’s a shame you pay over 10.00 for a sub that the bread would put a dent in the wall if I threw it pretty ridiculous when they’re open 24 hours and they can’t even do their job right must be a bunch of Covid people that still left on this earth that can’t do their job right
Open 24 hours so I can get food early, but I will not be going back because I am charged a different price every time I order a breakfast bowl. When I mention it I just get attitude from the 2 ladies that work early mornings. They can keep their attitude and I will keep my money.
Tried calling the store but it rang and rang.. after about the 20th ring I just hung up. Drove up to the store and had to wait 30 minutes to order a sandwhich. I remember this restaurant being my first job as a teenager about 17+ years ago and from what I remember great service and promptness was mandatory. Everything is pre- prepped so I don't know what could be the issue. The lady inline before me finished her order and as I was gonna order the employee turns on her headset and starts taking the drive thru order. I'm looking around like what just happened as are the other 10 customers inside waiting in-line
I tried going through the drive thru and no one spoke to me not even to tell me to wait a few minutes nothing.. even when I pulled up to their window I was not assisted. Do not go to this location.
They have messed up our order on two separate occasions in the same exact way and honestly it’s the most irritating thing. The girl wrote down everything we said and STILL messed up our order. It’s like they didn’t even care to try. They did not put any of the veggies that we asked for on any of the sandwiches. And we ordered 4 sandwiches and only received 3. Seriously the worst Subway I’ve ever been to.
Whoever works on the night shift is very rude, and nasty. You guys need to hire someone else that is aware of where they work and their line of service. No one should have to deal with that. Especially with the surrounding refineries just trying to enjoy a meal on their lunch break!
Placed a mobile order 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and when I got to Subway there were no other cars in the drive thru, but I ended up waiting 10 minutes for my order. From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was almost 40 minutes. What is the point of a mobile app if your workers aren't capable of filling the order in a timely manner?
I've come here 3 days in a row now at around 2am, and have been told by the young brunette that the "computer is down, so I can't ring you up". 3 days in a row. While there's multiple cars there, and what appears like her friends inside talking. This was May 13-15. I work a night shift and get off around 1-2am. This is the closest 24 hour subway to my house, and I've never really had problems before. Seems like an employee problem, but I'm having to go to the Fairmont location now due to this.
Had an awful experience here. The bathroom was a complete disaster and the toilet was clogged and appeared to be that way for some time. I waited 20 minutes to be told they only had whole wheat bread. It would've been nice if they shared that nugget of information before making everyone in line wait.
I hate to leave bad reviews but I have given this place multiple chances due to its convenient location near my office. Unfortunately, the experience continues to disappoint. Especially after my last visit, where I sat at the drive thru speaker unattended for at least 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window to try and get someone’s attention but there was no one in sight. I finally went inside for them to tell me the drive thru was closed. No sign outside, nothing. The service is consistently poor—and the staff is often rude or indifferent. The food itself is mediocre at best, and on several occasions, I’ve noticed that ingredients don’t seem fresh or well-maintained. It’s frustrating because it’s so close and convenient but the lack of customer service and attention to quality make it hard to justify returning. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as I would love to see improvements.
If you go through the drive through verify your sandwich is good before you leave. They didn't heat up an obviously sandwich that was supposed to be hot, and put all of the wrong stuff on the other sandwich I ordered.
Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes, went inside where 3 people were just standing there. No greeting. Dirty looks. After rude, horrible service the cashier tipped herself on my card, without my consent! Then got home and my sandwich was completely wrong.
If you look at my reviews I almost never write a bad one. But, this evening (Oct. 19th) I went into the store and at first I was the only customer there, as I tried to order, the music that was playing over the speakers was so loud that neither myself or the employee could barely hear each other. I asked if the volume could be lowered and she told me that they were not aloud to change it unless manager was there to do it. Two others customers came in as we were speaking and they to agreed it was to loud. I was so frustrated that I couldn't even concentrate and messed up on my order. One other thing is that I'm not even sure if the music was appropriate to be played in the store. It's just wrong to walk into a place to get a dinner in a good mood but leave disappointed and mad from a unnecessary issue, I fault that on management.
Girl helping me didn't speak any English at all . Didn't ask me what chese . Just put some cheese on it and threw in the toaster while I was telling her no . The meat didn't look like what I ordered. Then she started scraping the incorrect cheese off with her fingers. I said no , you can keep it . And walked out. I'll never go back to this location again. Hire people that speak English!
They had a fantastic lady that worked at this location but was ether transferred or left! This place has not had a phone that works in over a year. I place large orders and can never place an order without driving there the day before.
Food poorly stored, veggies were half frozen and they over coated my bread to pretty much croutons. Horrible service and food, a waste of my money. I was very disappointed.
I order here because it's close to me and relatively cheap but the quality has gone way downhill and they almost always screw up my order somehow. Just paid 4 dollars for some double steak as a little treat and it looks like they put less than the normal amount on it.
If i could give this location a 0 i would this will be the last time they get my business and i will tell all my friends and family. There was a little girl there interviewing for a job as soon as she left the staff was talking about her basically profiling her saying she looks like a thief. This pissed me off i dont know the crew members name but she was a tall heavy set white girl with glasses. This is my go to place for lunch and will be my last. That is poor leadership and disrespectful especially when you have guest waiting on food and thats all they hear. I wish i knew the little girl that was getting interviewed so i can have her file a complaint. So unprofessional
This place is going down hill.. I went late Friday to get a chicken Bacon Ranch… while making my sandwich there’s no Ranch. Ugh wished I knew that as that is the part I love from the sandwich. Went again today 6/19/2024 ordered online for the bogo sale and of course wrong bread, no cheese and no pickles.. had to go back to the restaurant after driving home to enjoy my lunch since I went home for lunch. Evelyn asked me what I wanted.. great customer service!! 😡

I have been coming here 3 times a week for the past 6 months. Had a couple issues every now and again nothing crazy. But today I draw the line. I ordered a footlong meatball sub of the day. She asked me did I want it toasted I said no and she looked at me funny. However english is barely spoken here so no communication. Got it to work to eat and the meatballs and marinara were ICE cold not even luke warm! Subway has always kept their meatballs hot. I will drive one mile more down the street to the newer one and try them. I cant even complain to the staff because they don't understand english. Aggravated and will also not bring co workers back here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought my son subway on the app for school for his final exams. I go to pick it up at 7am and the guy refused to give me my order. He said he never received my order. I showed him my order receipt and where it took the money out of the app and he told us it’s not his problem. I didn’t get my food or my money back. He slammed the drive thru window on me and my kids. Subway just stole money from me. he said his name was soloman not sure if it was a lie since he had no name tag and just a plain black shirt on.
6:27 pm got in line two customers in store thought they were waiting on orders as they were standing off to side told me that they were actually in line. I asked if they had even been acknowledged and they said no. (Remember when they used to say “Welcome to Subway”?) Looking over the counter it seems the employees were focusing on online orders and not acknowledging customers in the store. I left. Someone else will be getting my business. Do better, lots of competition out there. BTW, I just got a “welcome to Jersey Mike’s”…
I made an online order tonight against my better judgement. I've ordered from there 4 or 5 times now and they have yet to get my order correct. I ordered a 6" wheat Titan with double meat. When the app showed they were making it, I left to head up there. When I get there, my sandwich hadn't even been started. I tell the young guy order is mine. The older lady is in the back corner on the phone talking to someone in Spanish. He starts to make my sandwich then he himself gets on the phone, I'm assuming to his manager. He tells the person on the phone that hhe just cussed the lady out for disrespecting him and she needs to be fired. He tells the person he's about to walk out. He is still attempting to make my sandwich and at that point, the cops walk in. Seems the lady called on him. They talk to both employees and then he walks out. She's left by herself. She asks which sandwich is whose, as several more people walked in. I tell her which order was mine. She grabs the sandwich (that isn't made correctly) and bags it up and hands it to me, even with me telling her that wasn't what I ordered. I open it in front of her and explain that I ordered a sandwich with turkey, this was ham and asked her to remake it. She does, again...incorrectly. I just grabbed my sandwich and walked out knowing that it was wrong but not wanting to continue to wait, I'd been there a solid 20+ minutes. I won't go back there and will probably just delete the Subway app from my phone.
I've been ordering from this location for years and has always been good. I went today and was told they only offer white or wheat none of the other breads anymore. I asked for pepper jack cheese and got regular American so my order wasn't even right. I noticed when I got home. And the employees acted annoyed to have to do their jobs. I asked for a little extra sauce and ended up with my sandwich drowned in it. It's either time to find a different Subway or just stop eating Subway all together I guess!
