Es un restaurante que desde el primer momento me asombró su variedad de platos en la carta además del buen conocimiento por parte del servicio al conocer que platos llevaban gluten y cuáles no. Incluso adaptaron un plato que pedí sin gluten para poder comerlo sin problema. El trato excelente. Pude entrar incluso dentro del restaurante con mis mascotas sin problema. Platos exquisitos, con buena presencia, de buen sabor. Platos healthy y variados. La calidad precio es más que excelente viendo que los demás restaurantes tienen un precio de menú similar y no tienen tanta calidad y profesionalidad en su servicio. Empleados muy atentos y serviciales. Volveremos.

Una experiencia que hay que vivirla , el rossejat con el magret de pato en su punto y una reducción de vino tinto que estaba deliciosa y el curry de pollo con el picante justo , cremoso y brillante . Such a wonderful place. They have an amazing terrace if you like a bit warmer and inside super air conditioned. But, importantly, the food is amazing, delicious, a lot to choose from. The service is real great! Our server was Romano, nice attentive and awesome guy, but we were attended by his co-servers that were as well attentive when our server was busy. All in all, recommended!

Great little find. Dog friendly, had the choice to sit inside or out on the terrace, we chose the terrace as the sun was shining. Food and service were excellent, dessert were stunning! We had the set menu, starter, main and dessert or coffee. Will definitely come back here again.

I've been here on a weekday for lunch and I had a "Menu del dìa" which included a starter, a main and a coffee (or dessert) for €15.90. Everything was really good, from the flavour to the presentation of every dish - their touch for details left us amazed! We were sitted in the inner yard and the athmosphere was lovely and the service as well was very professional and extremely polite. Ps: Top recommended: mussel in salsa brava! Their version of the classic sauce was so crazy good we had to finish it with bread!

If you like creamy rice, arroz meloso, this is one great place for it. Also the prices are very reasonable. It's a bit like eating Grandma food and travel back in time. Deserts are worth keeping some space for them.

Wow! Best steak I've ever had! We were invited for a birthday to L'Escoleta and this place is just amazing! For starters we had patatas bravas, Iberian ham, and carpaccio to share for the whole group and as a main I had the Solomillo Angus tenderloin. Wow! The quality of the food is far beyond what the price would suggest! Everything was super delicious and also plenty. The meat was so tender. Grilled to perfection! The restaurant is also very stylish with little accents everywhere and the waiters were super friendly. I will definitely go here again and can only highly recommend this place!

Excelente la atención, además son pet friendly y hemos podido disfrutar de la cena junto a nuestro perro en la estupenda terraza interior que tienen. Hay opción de menú degustación o de carta, en nuestro caso pedimos de carta. Platos elaborados y sorprendentes. Bonito local en la calle más sabrosa de Denia. Mejor reservar mesa. Excelente servicio y carta muy bien elaborada. Hay un menú con varias opciones de primeros y segundos, todo riquísimo. Recomendaría la brocheta de pulpo. De segundos pedimos parrillada de carne (sinceramente, no estaba muy tierna) y meloso de sepia y gambón, que le faltaba algo de sabor. Los postres muy buenos tb. En plena calle Loreto, un local antiguo muy bien decorado. La chica de la puerta, además de simpática, te recibe con mucha educación. Te puedes acercar a cotillear el menú o la carta y en ningún momento te acosa con los típicos "tenemos menú, nuestra comida es la mejor, todo es fresco...", a diferencia de otros locales. Pedimos el menú del día. Muy abundante y con gran variedad de platos. Nos ofrecieron el típico pan con allioli. Muy bueno, aunque no era una mahonesa suave con limón y algo de ajo. Pedimos de primero un ensalada de salmón marinado y un espencat con bacalao. Los dos estaban buenísimos, aunque los camareros vinieron a retirar los platos casi sin terminarlos para sacar el plato principal. De hecho, yo aún me estaba terminando mi ensalada cuando se llevaron el plato, sin preguntar, ni un "disculpe" ni nada. Deberían saber que los segundos platos no se piden hasta que se ha terminado el primero. Esto no es una competición y los comensales no tienen tanta prisa. Lo mismo hicieron con el agua. Vino un camarero, terminó de vaciar el agua en los vasos, sin preguntar ni decir nada, y se llevó la botella. De segundo pedimos un arroz meloso con sepia y gambón. También estaba muy bueno y había bastante más de dos raciones, pero, señores: Si les piden un arroz con sepia y gambón para dos personas, no se pueden poner tres gambas, por favor!!! Nos comemos una cada uno y con la tercera qué hacemos? Nos la repartimos? Nos la jugamos a los chinos? O el más fuerte gana? Parece mentira para un local así!! Sitio muy bonito, comida muy buena, servicio de mesa mejorable.

Overall was a good experience. The food was good but not outstanding, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is really nice, the interior is well decorated. We have the lunch menu (16,90€ p/p) including first, main and dessert. Bread with ali oli and drinks were not included. Of the starters we enjoyed very much the mussels with brava sauce and the chick peas with cod. The chicken "meloso" rice was outstanding, really tasty and generous quantity. The cuttlefish and shrimp "meloso" rice was a disappointment, a lack of flavour and too salty, and the "crema catalana" dessert wasn't well prepared. Overall we enjoyed the visit because of the good atmosphere and service, and a pretty decent food.

We had a nice food experience, we all had different dishes, to start I had the Apple Salad with feta and nuts. Was very nice, and for seconds I had the fish stew, it was with Monkfish and Prawns, really comfort food. The spaggetti starter was a hit with my husband, and steak for afters, my daughter had first plate two fried eggs with cured spanish ham and small potatoes, she enjoyed that. The service was good, we met a nice waiter from Columbia :) We will return soon.

Love the interior of this restaurant, the use of lighting, bodegas, bar styles, plants bring the place alive, great exterior patio. Food a bit pricey with one stream priced at €120 for 900gr! Did not try it but I guess it really has to be good at that price 🤔. Five of us ate, two had the taster menu at around €45, two of us had the fillet steak at €26, and one went for the fish. We had a couple of bottles of wine a few G & T’s and the whole bill €180.00 so not bad, food was very good. Worth a visit for ambiance and food 👍

Local con buen ambiente y decorado. Tienen bastantes camareros y buena atención excepto cuando pedimos hamburguesa punto menos y vino como un zapato, uno de ellos dijo que se lo diría a cocina pero hasta hoy. Estaba de vacaciones, pero lo suyo es que si te preguntan el punto y lo traen así se lo lleven y te lo cambien. El resto de la cena con luces y sombras, el steak tartar rico, aunque no muy bien cortado, atún a la brasa sin más, y la milhojas de foie con poco foie. Dentro aunque tienen aire acondicionado había veces que se pasaba calor, no se si sería por la ubicación de la mesa. Y para rematar cenando a las 21 30 se quedan sin menú degustacion y sin macarrón, en plena temporada alta. Todo dicho... En resumen por calidad precio hay mejores restaurantes.

A slightly strange experience and mixed feelings about this restaurant, but let me explain. On arrival, we were greeted by the maitre d' but it seemed that they weren't sure about our reservation. They disappeared and reappeared to show us to what they were keen to describe as their VIP area, so overall that worked out well, eventually. The menu is quite extensive and lots of choice to work through, which is great, but we were initially rushed to choose drinks and place our order while we were still just getting settled. Once the order was placed I was able to relax a bit and take in what is a beautifully decorated restaurant and obviously a high-end establishment. Also, the quality of food is beyond question, pushing for Michelin star levels in my opinion and most of the group opted for the taster menu to experience it to the fullest. However, the service needs to match the quality of the food and after all the initial attentiveness we struggled to get noticed by our serving team (it seemed one did food, another drinks which was a little confusing). Another strange aspect was on this particular Friday night, while the inside area was very civilised and high-end when I went out to the inner-courtyard area there were stag and hen parties going on, with a distinctly different ambiance. Overall though, we had a very enjoyable evening and I can certainly recommend L'Escoleta for a special night or occasion. You won't be disappointed by the food, the setting or the team there. My intention though is to offer this honest feedback in a constructive manner to help the restaurant achieve the highest levels they are clearly striving for.

Optamos por el menú degustación (casi 38€ por persona). Está rico pero no es algo espectacular ni que no puedas comer en otro restaurante con mejor calidad-precio. El servicio educado, respetuoso y atento pero tardaron mucho en ir sacando los diferentes platos. Además, no explicaron qué era cada uno, ni lo qué llevaban, que es lo que esperas cuando estás comiendo un menú degustación. En definitiva, no volveríamos a ir a este restaurante, al menos no con menú degustación.

Experiencia nefasta. Caldereta de rape con dos mini trozos de rape, todo pata. Entrecot incomible duro y correoso. Precio del agua escandalosamente cara 4,20€ una botella pequella. 5,60€ una punta de pan duro con alioli de bote. Ambiente malo ya que con frio nos sentaron en la terraza y deja mucho desear por su deterioro. Como es de esperar no volveremos

De lo peor. Comida sábado a mediodía, para 2 personas. Con reserva previa. Pedimos la "ensaladilla rusa sobre gaviota", que tardó 45 minutos en llegar; "solomillo angus con salsa de tartufo y patatas baby" . Lo pedimos muy hecho, pero vino tan poco hecho, que parecía que era vaca recién cortada sin pasar por la plancha, y se "olvidaron" de las patatas baby; y "carrillera de cerdo con torrezno y foie", que vino sin torrezno. Por un momento pensamos que nos habían servido los platos de otra mesa. Además los platos son pequeños, te quedas con hambre. De bebida pedimos 3 fantas de limón. Con la mala experiencia no quisimos ni pedir postre. Total: más de 80 pavazos. Y de los camareros mejor ni hablar, que se llevan los platos sin preguntar si hemos terminado, y que estás comiendo tan tranquilo y de pronto aparece un brazo sobre tu cabeza para llevarse una botella vacía. Es para no volver ni gratis!!
