It's good ice cream..what's not to love?

I always have breakfast with my hubby on saturday mornings. We're so tired of paying forty dollars for breakfast. The line was long but the weight time was short. The four ladies working we're doing a wonderful job and they all had smiles. Our food was hot. And yummy. And within a very reasonable amount of time. We spent less than twenty dollars. For sure going back, I can't wait to have hot biscuits with sausage, gravy and some bacon and hot coffee.

This is my granddauhters' favorite! We love Becky the manager, the service is fast, the employees are friendly, it is bright and clean, plenty of seating, several large tables for big groups, and there is no push to get you out. The mini market is nice and well stocked. All of the ice cream flavors are available in cartons to take home. The best milk, egg nog, half and half, and whipping cream!

Very popular because of good food and desserts at fair prices. Expect it to be busy because it's that good. Drive through is very slow, two lines, served one at a time. You can see what the other line orders, on the screen on your side. The large waffle cones are rarely sold, so they can be stale. Order the small size to get fresh cones. Inside is always clean, cool and comfortable. Call ahead to be sure their yogurt machine is working and yogurt is available.

Great for picking up some hamburger 🍔 combos. Prices are not bad they affordable. Ice 🍦 is delicious 🤤. Not too crowded. Staff was super polite.

They're the best, great fat food joint with truly great ice cream and a nifty little grocery.

The prices here are very reasonable. It seems they avoided the insane inflation we have seen in recent years. The employees are very nice and helpful. Take your kids here for ice cream and save some $.

No high fructose corn syrup in Braum’s ice cream. I sure appreciate that! Blue Bell does include high fructose corn syrup! I think it will come back to bite them. Plus Braum’s price is over 50% less if you buy two!

What's not to love about Braum's? The ice cream is delicious, the service is adequate (sometimes great, other times just okay).

I was actually positively surprised by Brauns. I did not have high expectations and I was wrong. First, my wife and I each had a soft serve cone. Both were good. I still can’t believe how inexpensive they were. You could afford to take for ice cream here. Very affordable. Service was efficient and good. The place was very clean. Plenty of places to sit. They also have a market where you can buy fruit and many other things!! We will be back.

Good burgers, great ice cream. The location on I-35 at Teasley is doing a better job of sanitizing tables between guests. Much appreciated!

I've heard about this place for over 15 years and finally got to try it. The burgers are some of the best I've had and their dairy products on the adjoining grocery store are the best quality!

This place has such good quality food and service. They make your food right away both in the ice cream area and fast food that your order. Their burgers are very savory and juice, and for their ice cream they don't hold back on how much they add. Their prices are great.

Best BUTTER PECAN ice cream in Texas! I purchased their butter as well. The butter is so smooth and a wonderful base for sauces that require butter!

Not so good first, dining area is usually not very clean so I use the drive thru 90% of the time. The outstandingly Excellent part is the food is delicious! Reminds me of homemade food! I've never been disappointed with the food or ice cream. I actually prefer their burgers 🍔 to Whataburger! Yep, I said it!

Hands down best fresh ice cream spot, they operate within 180 miles of local farms so you know your food is served fresh as well as locally sourced. I take every new friend and family there now, it’s a staple for us. Their burgers are also 10/10 in terms of price and quality.

I had been complaining to my husband on how expensive it is when we had went to other ice cream or custard establishments. He just loves ice cream, and wanted some. We noticed a Braum"s and stopped in. I had a banana split which was huge! He got something chocolate and more chocolate! The total was less than 13.00$ Great experience! We will be back!

This was my first visit to Braum's and I loved it. They are not your average fast food joint. They have healthy options and the service and burgers were great. They also have B protein milk which is fantastic for those with stomach challenges with milk. Oh ya and their prices were phenomenal.

This is a happy place! There's always a delicious new flavor, the decor is authentic to its long history, and there's just space to chat while you enjoy your ice cream. Also, unlike many other ice cream makers today, Braum's still uses Milk to make their ice cream. If you want to look it up, go ahead and be a little more sad about the world. At least you won't be disappointed here. A lovely little place! I wish I had taken pictures, but every time I come here, I'm too much in the moment to take a picture. Maybe that's another star.

Went around 10 PM Monday night and the staff seemed to be in a good mood for it being late.. The bacon burger (#5) was really good! Bought a couple of tubs of ice cream and the vanilla is really good but not overly sweet. Not a fan of the A2 Whole Milk, but it works for scrambled eggs in the morning 👍

I regularly stop by this place for milk and occasionally ice cream. I only drink Braum’s milk, it’s consistently good quality. The staff is friendly, and service is quick, so it’s always an easy in-and-out stop

The place is clean. The service was quick and friendly. My wife, Me and two children each had a soft serve cone. In total, less than 6 dollars!!! The cones were excellent. We got vanilla and vanilla and chocolate swirl. The kids wanted water and we were given glasses for them. We had a great timing talking and eating our cones. We didn’t have anything other than cones but my wife pointed out their burger prices were very reasonable. It is refreshing to find a nice place, clean, with nice folks and great food at reasonable prices. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. We WILL go again.

Braum’s has the best darn ice cream I’ve tried in North Texas. I’d attribute it to them being a regional company with farms so close to DFW and the A2 milk they use which is easier to digest for my whole family. I highly recommend trying out any Braum’s you see at least once and compare it to other ice cream places you may visit. The location in Denton has great customer service, may be a little confusing to access if you haven’t been there before but it’s worth the navigation.

The burger I had was the only one that came close to my best choice in Denton. This was an amazing burger. The place is clean with super friendly staff. I need to mention a delicious vanilla ice cream and banana milk shake. Prices? You get more than what you pay for. Please try it and experience it for yourself.

First time ever eating here . Delicious strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The guy that helped me at the check out was super friendly and helpful. I also got the red velvet cake sundae and it was super yummy. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Visited this place first week of Feb 2020 to buy milk for my Kid. Milk quality is good at BRAUM’S. My kid like this milk. Purchased ice cream. The quality and price is excellent. I like BRAUM’S for their quality milk and milk related products. Banana split ice cream is very good. They charged 5$ which can be ate by 2-3 people. They have given 4 scoops. Very nice taste, good quality for the price they charged. Staff are customer friendly. No complaints

It's always good and you can do basic grocery shopping. Everything from Ice Cream treats to hearty burgers, chicken and salads. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a meal that's much better than typical fast food!

Best ice cream around! Burgers and fries are great, too. I usually go through the drive-thru because the inside is dated and not very inviting. The parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver during all of the construction, but hoping that won’t last long.

On a hot day in TX, Ice Cream is a wonderful thing. The service was excellent. Not too many flavors to make choosing difficult.

Been in Denton for a cricket match and happened to stop by on the way back. This place was crowded from the drive thru and there was a big line inside. Took us a while to get our smoothie.

Ice cream here feels so fresh. I tried their signature flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The store had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating, making it a great place to enjoy ice cream with friends or family. I am visiting here frequently.

Had the burger and fries my kid had th chicken finger meal. Decent and this place was packed.

Good food getting what you pay for;)

I can't speak for the food, as I've only ever eaten their ice cream. Yet, from what the others in my car said, the food is alright for a place like this. As for ice cream, it's a definite go-to. I love the cookie dough ice cream. A triple dip of that in a cone on a rough day works wonders. If you're looking for some great ice cream, stop by! If I get a go with their food or my grocery experience, I'll be sure to return and edit this review.

Pretty standard for a Braum's. A decent burger, could have been a little warmer. Unfortunately I think I got the bottom of the basket when it came to french fries. About 90% of mine were less than an inch long. Still tasted good........ Just a lot more difficult to eat. LOL 😂 But, overall, a fairly average experience.

Go by just about everyday for the morning drink special, any size tea,. Soda or cherry lime aid is just one dollar! I think their cherry lime aids are better than sonic's. Drink special us from 6 am till 10:30 am I believe...

My service and food were good, but they were having technical issues and it wasn't as clean as it should have been. The Strawberry Cranberry Chicken Salad is SO good. There were large strawberries as well as blueberries. I had it with the grilled chicken.

It was extremely busy but they handled it. One girl I noticed in particular was wonderful. I wish I would have gotten her name for a shout out. But one of the girls she was working with was not on it. She would use product till it was gone and didn't refill. So the awesome girl would do her job for her. Made things run just that much slower. The food was great as always.

Until my last visit I would have given 5 stars. Everything seemed rushed and cold. It was between lunch and dinner (around 2pm). Other than that, I've never had a better drive through burger.

Ice cream was great. Though we were the only ones in line to pay after receiving our (order for 10 people) ice cream, it took nearly 5 minutes to pay for the order. The atmosphere was ok.

This is one of the cleaner Braum's Ice Cream places in the area. It's a larger store for more customer seating and it's much less cramped when two people are walking down the grocery aisles toward each other. This location is also much cleaner than others that I have been to. The ice cream is great here. I always either get three banana split made more custom than the traditional way, but it's still good either way. I did just try a cherry sauce on my cherry and pecan flavored ice cream which was surprisingly tasty! I also like their waffle cones. They are thick and made with some sort of special batter that makes them 1.) hold together when soaked with ice cream, and 2.) it makes them able to go with any ice cream flavor while still being able to taste the cone! Their hamburgers are very savory as well as most people come in just for their ice cream. The chicken strips, however, are not even palatable to me and should be stricken from the menu. They are always hard, crunchy, and overcooked no matter what location you visit. Overall I would recommend this location for the excellent and quick service and their burgers and ice cream!!

The food was better than expected for fast food. Our ice cream was extremely sugar based and did not have much cream content. Evanya was very helpful as we have never been to Braum's before. My burger had junk I didn't want on it but they remade it quickly. Quick and gone. I'd come back if I were in a hurry but not for the ice cream.

I'd place an improved two star rating over previous one star on this location because though I've experienced no rude behavior over the past year, I really don't frequent much now. Cusine is good enough for fast food and burgers seem different enough from competition to warrant a chance and change once in a while. I suppose my issue lies in very spotty service from counter help who seem to lack communication skills and desire to accommodate. The second thing that irks me is all burgers seem to come with cheese and you pay for it whether you want it or not. Check the menu or drop by and order one for yourself to see. Thirdly and lastly, the 1/3 lb burger was replaced by a 1/4 lb version sometime back and it just doesn't seem to be the same. I understand some things to be necessary business changes in order to turn profit but people sincerely don't mind paying for quality and the burger/bun ratio here certainly leaves the sandwich lacking. Lastly, the fries are thickly cut crinkle style so they deserve to be crispy in order to give that morsel a chance to wow. Every order seems to be limp. I'd say if they show a little more desire to do what they're there for, offer burgers without cheese at reduced price from those with it and serve fries they would have for themselves, I'd give them a four due to change from 1/3 lb burger. Chili is good and they have nice salad options with fruit and or chicken. Ice cream is, of course, good old Braum's but splits and sundaes again require attention to assure a good one which is a people issue.

Not my favorite Braum’s. To be fair it was pretty packed when I went but the line was confusing we waited in the long ice cream line to get food because no one was at the register. Then the syrup was out in the soda machine. Very few drink options, and to top it off the bathroom was pretty dirty.

My husband and I love Braum’s hamburgers and ice cream, and we eat there about once a month. This was our first visit to this location in Denton, and I must say the ladies behind the counter were all really nice and very accommodating. We share a double cheeseburger so we ask them to cut it in half, so it was disappointing when we opened the wrapper and it was only cut through the top bun. How do you not notice that you didn’t cut all the way through a burger? My husband went up to speak to someone in the kitchen and she apologized but didn’t offer to cut it, so he found one of their little plastic knives and tried to do it himself. All that did was make a mess. We weren’t mad about this, but the thing that bothered us was the apron that the woman who took our order was wearing was simply filthy. Not sort of dirty; FILTHY. Yuk. Don’t they have clean aprons available? This isn’t the first time we have encountered this in a Braum’s. Come on people …. step it up a notch. We don’t want to watch this disgusting stuff fall into our food. How hard is it to have good hygiene in a fast food joint. 😖

Grew up in Texas going to Braums after baseball and basketball games. Remember the take home cookies as a delicacy. My buddy was down there this weekend we live in Nebraska I asked him bring me couple boxes cookies home. No resemblance, these were puffy and dry. They used to be chewy and fresh. Total change/quality of ingredients that is easily noticeable. Not impressed.

Ice cream was fine but the place is disgusting. Employees were dripping ice cream everywhere and there was trash all over the place. They need to have one person dedicated to wiping up. Couldn’t even see the ice cream in the coolers because there was dropped ice cream all over the lids.

Just visited and they charged me for a double cheeseburger but only gave me 1 patty.... thank you for not leaving out the pepper jack cheese though.

I waited at the front counter more than 5 minutes and not even 1 of the 8 staff there acknowledged me or assisted me. I was wearing a bright red dress so I know that I am not invisible. I've not gotten their delicious food for years since I moved outside of the region. What happened since their founder died? Did they lose their dedication to Customer service??? 😓 I will get my froyo at Racetrack instead today.

I had a disappointing visit to Braum’s recently. When I approached the counter, the young lady with glasses and a slender build immediately gave me attitude. I understand that they were busy, but there was no need for her to be rude. She rolled her eyes multiple times as I placed my order for five cones, even though I had mentioned beforehand that it was a large order. This behavior was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. If I could give this interaction 0 stars, I would! I’ve been coming to this location for years and it never disappoints, but this overall experience has ruined it for me.

I came this morning to order breakfast for 30 of my guys the woman on the speaker was rude I asked her for biscuits and gravy when placing my order she asked only the biscuits I said no biscuits and gravy please so with an attitude she raised her voice and was like yea I heard you the first time do you want anything else I said I apologize but you just asked just biscuits and I politely replied the biscuits and gravy because you said just the biscuits so I told her I would go somewhere else if she wanted to keep being rude she starts laughing and says ok bye go somewhere else then I’m posting this because the woman was extremely rude and disrespectful this happened this morning

The drive through worker was insanely rude and very short. She refused to read back the order and kept interrupting/ cutting me off when i was trying to place my order. Maybe its the speakers but either way this was not an enjoyable trip to braums.

We placed our order and when we got to the first window to pay the guy repeated our order and forgot to add the kids meal. When we asked him to add it, since he didn't the first time, he told us we would have to circle back around and place the order for the kids meal. The burgers are particle board now and their sodas were all soda water and no syrup. Hands down the WORST experience at braums I've ever had. Also this is the first time I ever wrote a bad review for ANY business but I'm disgusted at the service and the product.

Customer service was top tier but Ice cream was so nasty . Tasted old I couldn’t even eat my sundae. The employee also put so much fudge it over powered the taste of everything else . I will never return to this location .
