This Chuys was great. We sat in the bar. The service was quick even for a Sat night. They were friendly and attentive. The cheese enchiladas were the best. My wife had the frozen blackberry margarita. She said it was the best margarita she ever had.

We ordered fajitas to go, the separated everything for us. The manager spoke with us and actually helped us double check the order for accuracy. The chicken and steak was wonderful, very flavorful, juicy and tender. The flour tortillas were amazing! I would recommend taking the time to stop in and give them a try!

Visited Chuy’s around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. Although the waiter estimated a wait time of 20 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within just 10 minutes. Immediately after being seated, we were welcomed with chips and salsa. The chips were delightfully thin and crispy, though the salsa was somewhat ordinary. We also ordered queso, which is a must-try at this location. For our main dishes, we chose the chicken enchiladas, veggie enchiladas, and veggie fajita. The chicken enchiladas and veggie fajita were outstanding and left a memorable impression. However, the veggie enchiladas were just decent; I would suggest opting for a different sauce to elevate them. The ambiance at this Chuy’s is undoubtedly its standout feature, exuding relaxation. Our server was attentive and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're in the Denton area and have a craving for exceptional Mexican cuisine, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Long waits. College freshman run the place. The door greeter is probably still in high school. No one knows what’s going on. I think the lady cooking the tortillas is the smartest one there. We left before we were seated. The noise level is like a college football game as well. The times in the past that I have eaten there I don’t understand why they don’t make their chips. Thicker. The chips are paper, thin and break every time you get any amount of salsa on them. Hard to believe that a chain that big would not have the same feedback across the nation and corrected that. Oh well, it’s always the customers choice to go somewhere else , which we did.

Careful when trying to order….i tried first using their online ordering, which failed, instructing me to call them. I call. They don’t take delivery orders over the phone and suggested I use a food delivery app, which I then did. Didn’t get any notifications, so after the delivery time, I opened the app and they cancelled my order!!!!! I like this location, but it has been so slammed recently that they do not care about your delivery orders…enough to just cancel it. Either you do delivery or you don’t! Make up your mind!

You know you have great management when you have a problem and they say " well what do you want me to do for you" in a rude tone. This place was close and an easy go-to but it seems like they aren't appropriately staffed and their manager is not very nice or helpful. Heads up. If you pay 52 dollars for a 12 count taco kit, they won't double anything but the meat or guac and the tortillas. Make sure you order two of the 1/2 dozens instead unless you like paying $26 for 6 tortillas and an extra bit of the meat or guac. Also my food was supposed to be ready at 515 and wasn't ready til 535. They begrudgingly gave me some but not all of the other things and that took an additional 15 minutes. All my other food is cold.

The enchiladas were poorly made. Sauces were extremely salty. Cheeses on the cheese enchiladas was burned. Those that had chicken enchiladas could not cut or chew the raw tortilla. They took cold chicken wrapped it in a raw tortilla and covered with cold salty sauces. Poor preparation! Rice and beans were cold on the plate. This was the worst presentation and prep of food I have ever experienced..spending over $160.00 for a birthday meal. Will not be back.

Got there at 6:10, Host was just on her phone leaning down and didn’t notice us at first, she was dismissive but regardless we were sat. Waited 20 minutes, multiple servers walking by. No chips, no salsa no drinks all while people around us were getting served. Before you say why would you wait that long before saying something, I was giving them a chance since I myself am a server. After seeing the same server walk by multiple times, servers just talking in a group, the manager just standing by the door, hosts just on their phones we got up and left. Poor customer service
