I absolutely love coming to this L.C. I may have to wait for my food but it's always fresh and delicious compared to the other location in North Syracuse. I rather drive an extra 10 min to come to this location. And I know it's just not me but my kids notice the quality of pizza because there's never anything left over compared to the other store. I was in and out. I had ordered online(nice and easy). I went in and had to get it out of the heated locked shelving area. I've never picked it up like that so it took me a minute or two to figure that out. Really hot pizza and really good. Stuff crunch crust pizza

The food was good. The wait while 2 employees were in the back chut chatting while there was a line of customers up front which was not ideal. Waited like 10 minutes before anyone came up

Under new management/ownership. I've never had a problem with the food or quality of service except for one time when they were having oven issues, but they obviously weren't the employees fault. Good staff, if they make something wrong they'll fix it with a smile.

I don't think the location has ever been clean in any of the times I've been here. The section you order in is a little goofy because a machine that holds orders for pickup greets you when you come in and that same machine blocks a whole section of the menu. The reason I gave 4 stars is the staff. Albeit I have had multiple experiences here where you clearly get a new hire on register a d they stumble through your order, but they still make a consistent product and have me coming back for cheesy bread.

Nice workers friendly if Little Caesar pizza so it tastes pretty good they're credit card machine was down when I was there wasn't a big deal. I like to sign that says no pictures for social media while inside the store. That made me laugh.

They were super busy. Online orders, drive- thru and walk-ins on a Friday evening. My online store pickup order was late, 45+minutes late. I could tell why, it was visibly apparent. They were short staffed due to a no-call, no-show (quit/fired?) and 1 that had decency to call in. Pay these employees more please. They definitely deserve it. If they were paid more, they'd continue to show up.

Edit: 1/8/23 The drive through window is inoperable now but the crazy bread was better than last time! 2 stars -> 4 stars This little Caesars has been in business as long as I can remember... the quality of food has nose dived over the past five or six years. This last time I went there I ordered crazy bread. It really was crazy bread, I mean c’mon look at this it looks like a body part.

Drive through was extremely slow. Told pizza would take 2O minutes for a hot and ready deep dish...they forgot about me and I had to go inside to retrieve same when no one brought it out to my car after waiting half an hour .

Service is always great but what happened to the crust? About 6 months ago it changed from Amazing to very odd and yeasty tasting. Bring back the old recipe please!

The food is usually correct. But when it is wrong, it is very wrong. Branch appears to be frequently understaffed. Does not consistently utilize the online features/instructions (food is ready, but they do not use the system to send you your notification it is ready). Staff do not consistently answer the phone.

Good economical pizza, good for kids that don't care. Hot and ready does not always mean ready and the drive thru, is a joke waited 15 min for service and the counter inside ,not much better. Probably best to order ahead like the old days.

Food is Great HOWEVER pizza is Not Ready! Always a line of people waiting for their order. Great business, really should get the service straightened out hire more help if needed keep the pizzas up in your hot oven so they're ready when people come in

Placed an online order and needed to adjust it so I tried calling for over an hour. Yes I understand they are busy but I have also worked in a pizza shop myself and know the phones can get answered

The wait is always unusually long, so I've gotten used to ordering 45 mins in advance. If you go inside it's not unusual to find some kind of drama related to slow service/stressed staff. On occasion, this can make your visit an interesting conversation. In marketing language, you get a lot of time to know the staff and the food is always fresh - sometimes free entertainment.

I wasn't very impressed with this location. Our pizza wasn't cooked very well, the workers act like they don't want to be alive let alone make an effort to be courteous or nice. No playes or napkins either. The parking lot is rediculous and dangerous but they do have a drive thru and my family's food was cooked on time. Ordering online was a pain in the flask but we were able to call and get through after trying a few times. 3 stars and the only reason why it's not 2 stars is because I'd sell my youngest nephew for some Lil Ceasars ;)

After ordering online and getting an email stating my food was ready, I arrived only to be told it wasn't ready. 15 minutes later it was finally done. Several other customers were waiting for 10-15 minutes for the same reason. I know they are understaffed but at least acknowledge the issue and let customers know there will be a delay. Pizza however was still good, they are very consistent and still make a decent pizza, cheesy bread was good but wings were rubbery. If you are prepared to wait, you can still enjoy consistent pizza.

The guy who took my order was polite, and respectful. The only thing I really don't appreciate is that same guy taking money from customers, then going to make people's pizzas without even washing his hands, or wearing gloves for that matter. He just went back and forth between taking people's money, and making pizza. Even pre-covid, that's disgusting.

Disgusting store, lazy staff. Grated it's a take-out pizza place but still, you need to earn that $15/hour. Out of everyone I've dealt with there, there's only one guy who's great with people, everyone else just doesn't care.

Put in an order online using their new pickup service. Was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up 45 minutes later after doing some shopping (never got a ready alert) and had to wait an additional 10 minutes.

My cashier today was Will C. He took at least 10 minutes for me to get my 2 Buttery Garlic sauces and 1 pepperoni pizza. Which i believe is absolutely ridiculous, because he passed the front counter (which i was standing at) at least 4x. Is to why i only gave this store 2 stars to my visit today here in liverpool.

Wow... I waited 35 minutes after my order was placed to actually receive my order. On top of that this is one of the most disgusting looking stores in terms of cleanliness and health. I love Little Caesars but if you want to pay your employees $15 an hour then maybe they should actually do $15 hr of work

When during lunch on a Wednesday, did pick up in drive thru. There was 1 person and I sat there for 10 minutes before I ended up going in, there was 1 person doing everything. Definitely do the pick up were u can just get it out the machine so u can just walk in and walk out.

They take forever and don't know what they are doing. Tyler took my order and he is not good at customer service. I waited 20 minutes when I was told a 3 minute wait. Then they gave me the wrong order... so i had to wait longer. The manager tried to make it right and give my money back, (which is why I increased this to 2 stars instead of 1.. so good job to her) but I would have preferred just having my order done fast and correctly. Never making the mistake of coming here again.

This was our worst experience with Little Caesar's ever. First, no one greeted us or said anything to us for about 10 minutes after we entered even though we saw an employee. Then then pizza was really bad. It had very little sauce, and the cheese was dry and over brown. The crust was weird and hard to chew. It was close to the worst pizza we ever had! Now, we do love Little Caesar's, but we will not be back to this location.

This location specifically has a drive-thru which was convenient for me to visit because I was in a hurry to get home with dinner. When I pulled around to the drive-thru there were about 4 employees all outside smoking right next to the drive-thru window that I was pulling up to. They all went inside and one of the kids came to the window to take my order with a big ball of dough in his hands (no gloves, not sure if they are required or not but when handling money that is gross) and walked away after my order was taken. One of the girls had come back outside for another cigarette just while he was taking my order and he came out, still with dough in hand. he then proceeded to throw this dough up in the air multiple times and several times it fell to the ground. He also threw the dough onto the van that was parked behind the building (I'm assuming belonging to one of the employees since I was the only customer at the time). I would seriously, seriously hope that this dough was thrown out afterwards but regardless that is so highly inappropriate to do while in customers plain view. I did take a picture of him outside with the dough. I wish I could of gotten a video of it but I was worried that if any of them saw me taking pictures or video taping him they would do something to my families dinner. I honestly can't even remember at what point they ended up giving me the pizza and bread sticks I had ordered since I was in such disbelief at all of this behavior. I then had to wait for my marinara sauce. When other employee handed them to me there was sauce all over the outside of the containers and since I'm in my car I had to dig napkins out of my glove box to attempt to not make a mess in my car. I will never, ever visit this location again as I am appalled and disgusted. i have a photo of the kid with the dough in his hands outside

Messed up my order. I had to bring it back. Was offered a refund. Thanks, mistakes happen. It's been 3 weeks. I have called the store 4 times, only to get the run around. Will never use them again

Slogan is "Hot n Ready" every time I go here I'm waiting over 15 minutes. Staff was arguing the whole time. Staff members arguing while waiting for my pizza after my 15 hour work day is the last thing I want to listen to.

The guy with short curly blonde, brown hair that works the counter. Got nasty with me and my mother telling us to get out the store when we were gonna order food. Lost customers. He needs to be fired for his poor customer service.

Poor service made and order and was told 15 minutes. I come back my order was not even put in they make me wait another 10 still nothing no one paying attention my order still not processed. Had me waiting at the counter for almost ten minutes I asked for my money back and left after wasting an hour in half waiting for a simple order.

The reason why I gave this place a 1 star is because I walked over to their place. I had plenty of time to get there before they close at 9pm. I got to this location by 8:35 pm I know this because when I got there they locked thier doors and one of the employee told me to go through their drive thru. I told the guy I did come in a car. There is plenty of time before they closed. So instead of Unlocking the door for me to come in to buy a pizza and a drink to go they just sat there and stared at me like I was an idiot. The sign on the door says closing at 9pm. With this I will not go back to this location so I went to avicolli''s in which had thier doors open and I was able to purchase some food. I've seen more business do this and I don't know why. If I was that location owner I would be furious that they turned away business just because they want to go home right at 9. If they don't want to work thier are so many other people that do. This was an horrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all don't give them the business. This is the second time I went there and they could not make a stuffed crust pizza or a sausage pizza because the didn't have stuffed crusts or sausage!! This is the worst location I have ever went to!! They lost my business for good.

Like the other post said place was great 20 years ago. Now it's terrible. It would be better off closed to save people time and money. Pizza is always undercooked and the staff are horrible and rude. On their phones ignoring people. They tell you to pull out front and they will bring you the food. Instead you have to go in and ask where the food is 30 minutes later.

We went there earlier in the week and called a head to a meat lovers and a sausage since it's the only way to get them they told us 20 to 25 minutes . We waited for there in the time it was to be ready my son went in and he was waiting another 20 minutes and we still didn't get what we ordered. We got the meat lovers but they misplaced the sausage.. how the hell do you miss place a pizza a ordered pizza. Of course there's one way it had to of been sold bc noone pays attention. So in its place they offered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. My son accepts .. but if I wanted pepperoni I would have asked for it. The employee took responsibility for the missing pizza which he shouldn't have cuz if his co-workers . But every time I go in I'm waiting . So after this I'll never go back to this location.

Tried to order food from the drive through and the manager stuck his head out to scream at 2 employees who were late. He even proceeded to threaten them with punishment in front of me. He also took my order, left the store and didn't inform the associate that I had already placed and paid for an order. Waited in the car for 25 minutes

Order was not in the pizza portal when I arrived as I received an email saying they weren’t able to put it in there even though there were numerous spots open in it and the email said that order was ready but go to the counter to pick it up. After waiting in line to get to the counter I find out that my order wasn’t even done yet and she said it would be a few minutes as it was coming out now. Literally 10 minutes later and 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time I ask again where my order is as the person who drove me already had his order which was getting cold at this point and she then told me that the person making the pizzas was backed up and it was just going in the oven now. She then offered me two regular cheese pizzas or an extreme pepperoni pizza instead.

Got there after ordering on the app. Went to the pre order waiting machine because we were told our pizza was ready. There was no pizza. We had ordered a stuffed crust pizza with olives. We got the pizza and it was burned and had no stuffed crust. When we were walking out a worker in the back was swearing and the kid up front is screaming at the top of his lungs at the workers in the back.

Our pizza wasn’t even cut plus our crazy bread wasn’t even fully done or cut either! This is not the first time this has happened.

I drive up to the take out window. It's apparently is broken so the note tells me to to inside. There's another note on the door when entering that says we only take cash. I go in and the employee is sitting on the check out table and tells me we only take exact cash. I leave with out anything. Doesn't deserve any stars!

This property is not able to accommodate dietary restrictions. I was told they have "strict policies"on garlic pizza even though they have ingredients to do so. Not everyone is able to enjoy red sauce. Unfortunate experience. Although we have been accommodated in the past that is no longer an option says the store manager Gabby. I spoke with corporate as instructed by her and they said there are no policies in place to restrict this request. She merely did not wish to provide a special request.

Just picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza. All of the cheese from the center of my pizza is missing, what obviously happened was they got the cheese stuck to the top of the box, and decided to just toss it in a clean pizza box instead of just trashing it. On top of which you just look in there and the entire place looks dank and dirty. I’m a fan of little Caesar’s but I can recommend this one. Dirty restaurant and apathetic and lazy staff.

One of the ladies that work there is super rude and incompetent. Everyone I try to do a pick up order she always has an attitude or says they don’t have the order or whatever. Last time they ran out of the Twix brownie thing. She told me they don’t do refunds so go back on the app. The app DOES NOT have any refund option anywhere. You can go online and send feedback but that still doesn’t really do anything. It’s just annoying when everything is going up price wise and you have ignorant people who shouldn’t work in costumer service. Also I’m pregnant so not having the Twix brownie or my refund is extra annoying.

I would give a zero. Place was so dirty. People were in line complaining for 20 minutes or more. Pizza was dry. Crazy bread was undercooked. Kids wouldn't even eat it. You're better off cooking pizza at home than getting food from this place. They couldn't even give me a receipt for my purchase. Like is there any kind if management or owners or they just don't care at all?? How is this place still open?? Just go to Avichollis or Domino's down the road. I promise you'll thank me. Ordered a deep dish cheese pizza and that's not what i got. It was an ex small pizza shaped like the deep dish plus it was undercooked the dough under the cheese was raw. Absolutely inedible disgusting.

Order 2 pizzas online. Did them separately because I had a promo code for each. When ordering it has you type in your phone number. Get to the store and they didn't bother making my second pizza because they thought I accidentally ordered 2. As much as I appreciate their effort, they didn't bother to call me and confirm my order of two. What's the point in providing my phone number if the store employees won't use it to contact you? So I ended up needing to wait 15 minutes for my second pizza to be made because they never bothered to make it in the first place. This is not the first issue I've had at this particular Little Caesars but this is by far the biggest issue I've had.

Absolute worst place to get food in Liverpool. I ordered through the app. And was told the food would be in the portal. When I got there, my order was bot ready and they messed it up. The deep dish wasn't cooked properly and the crazy bread was wadded up like a ball. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple bucks more and order from Domino's just down the road.

Ordered online. Drove all the way from Syracuse to Liverpool and when I arrived the food wasn't ready. It was hot out so quick dinner for my kid. I went in and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. Some pizza & wings already prepared. I got a flat pizza with cheese (cheese was about 1/12 inches from center, 10 pieces pepperoni on it. Pizza = cardboard, 8 wings tiny, barely warm, dryer than a popcorn fart. Service was exceptional! Horrible customer service today. Lost my business! I went inside to place my simple order of one Italian cheese bread, all my kids will eat. I was told that I had to get in the very long drive thru line, they were not taking orders inside because they were “short”. There were at least three employees on from why I could see, which is typical from when I am there weekly. So why all of a sudden they can’t help me inside. I am nine months pregnant and five kids waiting at home, I don’t have time to wait in a dozen car drive thru line.

Ordered through the app. Received an email that the order was ready to be picked up. Went in and they couldn’t find my order. They said they made it, but couldn’t find it. My order had to be remade, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. The crew didn’t care, awful service. I strongly recommend any other place but here….

This location was great when I was a kid 20 years ago, but now it is the furthest thing from a decent establishment. The employees are simply rude and always seem bothered to do that thing that’s called “their job”! The food is almost always burned or from time to time I get undercooked breadsticks, so that’s awesome too. My pizza is always soggy with grease or burned. It’s a lovely surprise as to which one I end up with each time. It’s as if they don’t care about anything, and it’s a shame because I can’t imagine this business sticking around for much longer with the way things are going. People aren’t going to keep putting up with less when we are the ones paying for it, and can literally just go somewhere better. Gets your heads on straight, or just close down and do us all a favor.

I love this store, but tonight the cashier short changed me because she didnt have quarters. I said I would take other change, but she just starts to count a small amount of pennies that is clearly less then the amount for my change. Don't get me wrong this location is fantastic!!!! I ordered from the app and was expecting to pick my pizzas from the portal. My pizza was not done in the time allowed. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. Go to the drive through. This is the second time in a row where there were problems with the portal. I will never use the portal again!

Placed an order for delivery at 7:40pm for the delivery time to be pushed out 5 separate times. And ultimately to be cancelled at 9:15 because the store was “closed” but the hours posted say open till 10pm? I called the order help line at 8:40 to be told to call back, Once the order was received, but it was still coming. So which is it? Oh and 10-12 DAYS for my refund? So not only is it now almost 9:30 at night, I can’t go anywhere else because my money is tied up? The Little Caesars on RT57 is absolutely the WORST. I feel bad for the 5 delivery drivers who all drove to the store and wasted their time & gas. Because they won’t get comped for it.

I came there for a door dash had to go threw the drive thru an waited at drive thru for about 10 mins so I knocked cause I didn't know if she heard us. She came to the window with my door dash opened the window an with a nasty attitude said I'm the only one here am didnt give me my order an slammed the window an put a stick in it to lock in then shut off all the lights off. This was at 913. That's very unprofessional an she does not deserve to work in customer service !!!! That was a horrible experience!!! I called the girl that ordered little Ceasars an she is very upset. She said I don't understand why she accepted the door dash just to not give it to me!!!! She needs to be fired. You lost business because there were also 2 other cars behind me an they had to leave !!!!

Bought an undercooked by about 5 minutes pepperoni pizza bought cheesy bread overcooked by about 5 minutes. The sauce for the cheesy bread was literally rock hard! You couldn't even begin to put the bread into the sauce. It was like hitting a brick wall. I tried the pick up from this place after ordering online from the app, you wait almost an hour then they tell you they are missing an ingredient and give you an undercooked doughy pizza of something you didn’t really want and they didn’t even cut it. I called and big guy answered told him what happened and he said sorry next time I come in pizza on him. lol . Anyways I always said I’m not going back to this one we will just pay an arm and a leg at one of other places, instead, we door dashed and of course got an undercooked doughy pizza again where cheese isn’t even all the way melted. Someone has to read these reviews as a dm or territory manager and these comments have to raise concern. No responses to these people and they still open. Dont give them anymore money!!!

Place needs to be shut down. Absolutely awful. Had not had Little Caesars in about 10 years and after tonight I will never have it again. Was needing something quick and stopped by to get a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Crazy bread was not cooked all the way and the pizza was overcooked and had obviously been sitting in a hot box for a very long time. I should have listened to the hundreds of other negative reviews.

Ordered online for pickup at 6:33pm it was marked to be ready by 6:55pm. At 7:14pm it was still not ready. There was only 2 people working, clearly the company has chosen to cut labor at the expense of the quality of the product. The two guys working were great and obviously working as quickly as they could to get customer orders out. However our italian cheees bread was missing the seasoning. The deep dish pizza wasnt the same as normal. It was rushed because they didnt have enough employees on staff to fulfill orders. This is not the fist time the liverpool location has disappointed me in 30 days. Im not blaming the employees they were working hard to get orders out, but someone higher up had been miss managing this location. I definitely have not been given the pickle.

I started to drive to get my food get there and notice it’s still not in the oven to remind you I placed the order at 6:04. So I get there at 6:29 and now it’s been put in the oven so I pull up and wait at this point it’s now 6:50 go back to the window wait 10 minutes for the guy to say they don’t have any of my food available. I said not even bread sticks he said no and to call customer support to get a refund. Today is 10/21/24 and still no response back to remind u I paid 35$ and no food this is not ok. Almost 2 hours later I am sorry I am not waiting and can’t tell you what I would suggest because I never got it

I will say right off the bat I do enjoy their food and prices. However, 3 times in a row this has happened, at least today. I did an online order for 2 pizzas at 4:52PM. We go there early and the customer service is not up to par. I waited around 50 minutes for my order. Also, 2 customers that came in that ordered in store after mine, got their order before me. One guy worker was walking around grabbing sodas and food and didn't even look at me to ask if I needed help. Then later, a female worker eventually asked about my order and told her what it was and it should've been way done before that, and another guy worker asked too. I work retail and customer service is very important. Bad times can be remedied with great customer service. I don't understand how 2 new customers got their order before mine. I wasn't yelling or being angry at them, just patiently waiting. The food here is good, just be prepared to wait longer than what you should have to to get your order.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! Can I give zero stars? The staff here are incompetent. One hour and ten minute wait for an order? Their explanation? “We’re short staffed, and we were busy.” Really? Is that why your employees wander around doing nothing, while checking their phones? Didn’t even get my order right and had to drive back to the store. Never again. Even had to finish cooking the pizza and crazy bread at home.

I know it is little Caesars so I shouldn't have high expectations, but I decided to try the new fancy pep pizza. It's just different pepperoni, no cheese to the crust, as described. Very disappointing. I've had similar issues with their deep dish.

They say they only have extra cheese pizza available and i have to call ahead for a "regular" cheese pizza.... Got home and opened it and saw no extra cheese and barely any dough. I wouldnt even pay 5 bucks for it let alone 8... Im going to fast trac from now on. 10 bucks for a large pizza with a good amount of cheese. And their cheese bread sucks. Barely any cheese. Might as well call it bread with sprinkled cheese.

NEVER GOING THEFE AGAIN. ALL I WANTED WAS THE RIGHT PIZZA AND BREADSTICKS AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT. THE GIRL LITERALLY TOLD ME IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER THAT SHE PULLED OUT FRESH BREADSTICKS FOR ME. I JUST TRIED CALLING THEM AND I GET HUNG UP ON. LIKE WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING

Did you guys forget how to make pizza? I paid $6 for a half-bread, half-topping disc. The crust is literally an inch and a half from the edge before I see any sort of topping. Prices keep rising, and so does the *crust* on this loaf of bread... Dominoes is right up the road. You've about matched their prices, and now, they've got the better pizza.
