It use to be good to taste now it’s just bland. Have to all a lot of soy sauce and pepper oil just for some kind of flavor. Rice overcook or under cook now. The egg rolls are really spring rolls which also have no flavor. Sad about how the changes are not good. Pray it gets better. Customer is okay

We always ordered food for delivery from here. In August I ordered food when working from home and I received my food without any issues. Exactly 2 months later I ordered food for delivery. I called to find out when my order would be delivered. They told me they hadn't done delivery in a year. That's impossible because I have my receipt in my email and it shows I paid a delivery fee and tip in August. I asked for a refund. The guy on the phone was mad because I told him the facts. If he was have just been truthful and said they just stopped delivering then I would have understood. Dishonest practices is horrible for a place of business. Don't try to play with my intelligence.

We will never EVER come here based off the fact they refuse to care about littering their garbage flyers in no soliciting communities, after being repeatedly told by both staff and residents at various locations that the trash on our door or car is not appreciated. The "gentleman" putting them out was exceptionally rude when it was explained there are NO SOLICITING SIGNS very clearly posted. We're tired of it, I'd never order from a place with no common courtesy or respect

The food is very unseasoned the crab Rangoon is imitation crab very sweet not good at all. The shell that it’s in is not fluffy like it should be. It’s very thick and hard wouldn’t come back

Will never go here ever again. These people added their own tip to my price. This is fraud and if you read other reviews, I’m not the only person that happened to. I will never swipe my card here ever again. Neither will I even come here ever again!!!!!

I ordered my food fresh and when I got home the shrimp fried rice tasted old, chicken wings were fresh and made to order but not seasoned at all. I also ordered egg rolls and got spring rolls that also lacked any salt or pepper. I called just to let the owner know and see if I can get a refund for the friend rice and he said No lol… just told me nobody else complains and I’m the only one complaining. He said he is the owner and doesn’t do refunds. Do not go here for food, especially my people of color since he wanted to highlight he is Hispanic and took my order. I felt like his comments towards me was unnecessary knowing I was black.

Check your bank account after coming here. Got charged twice on my debit card. Still waiting for them to reverse the charges. Second charge was done like 30 minutes after the first charge. Why? Going on over a week now. Got charged $50.00 and some change but was not on receipt. How strange. Theft?

These clowns have a straight "C" with the Better Business Bureau. Trust me, you don't want to eat here. If you got stiffed by this place, you're not alone. Work with your bank or credit card agency to dispute the transaction. This is the most important thing you can do. You should NOT be charged for awful service.

The fried rice is the only decent menu item. Crab rangoon taste weird and the eggs rolls don't have any eggs. Their website has the option to add tips when you order through there, but everytime I try to add a tip, it doesn't go through. I always ask to leave the food outside but since the tip never goes through, they don't follow instructions and continue to knock, even when I'm not home and then they rudely demand I tip them for the 4 minute drive. Won't be ordering again.

1st time,& last time..... They have spring rolls selling them as egg rolls. It’s supposed to have cabbage, carrots, onion and chicken but it doesn’t. It has a breaded filler. When I brought it back and asked about it, they said they don’t make it with vegetables anymore because they turn brown and go bad! 😳 do you just substitute stuff and not telling the customer? So then I was offered another appetizer; I wanted egg rolls..... so I requested a refund. They said they couldn’t refund me cause the manager wasn’t there. I asked them to call him..... they didn’t. But they offered to make me some with the ingredients it’s supposed to have. I don’t know how long they been doing this but they said a while. I don’t know about y’all but I have to be conscious of what I’m putting in my body. I want what I’m ordering, not what’s convenient for you. The pic with the egg roll with the white center was the 1st batch they gave me. The others pics were remakes.
