A Z is always friendly and attentive when we dine in at this location. Food also comes to us hot and the order is correct. The place is also very clean.
The worker was nice, polite & very accommodating and when I asked for a special order they went out of their way to accommodate me with a smile. I highly recommend this McDonald's
I caught them minutes before the close of business for the day... and they were still friendly and attentive. And the Mc Doubles hit the spot as my days was also coming to a close with only 45 more minutes of travel time, then home, a shower and bed. Thank you guys for being there, then.
Every single time I go there they take for ever by the time I get my food it's cold and my burger was so saturated with a lot of Greece and my bun so saturated with that Greece I throw it out I spend a lot of money at McDonald's my kids love McDonald's on Transit across the street from hillview School I asked if they would make me another burger with out the fatty Greece and I got nothing but attitude this was last week Wednesday evening around 630 7 o'clock 8 /22023 but take pic of this sandwich the fries were cold
Honestly I like this place a lot amazing customer service and great place to just eat and enjoy I highly recommend it great employees and managers as well
I enjoy visiting their drive-thru for a large diet coke frequently. The price is only $1.00! Once a week I visit the drive-thru to purchase a mcchicken sandwich and a large diet coke. Until recently I had no problems with my order. One day I was told to pull up and wait. I told the employee to refund my money. A woman behind argued that I didn't know how long it takes to cook it. I said just give me my money back. She kept repeating what she had said..infuriating me. I was never going to go back. But decided I would because all the employees were wonderful before that day. I later found out the woman's name was Monica and she is a District Mgr. from Columbia. Well, I think she needs more training about how to treat a customer. And not to argue when the customer is already disgusted. I went back today, in fact, and had the same young wonderful and smiling faces greeting me!
honestly, this is the best mcdonald's i’ve ever been to. it’s very clean, good service, and nice employees. the ice cream machine is always working, and the food is always hot and freshly made. they’ll go out of their way just to make their customers happy.
The best mcdonald’s i’ve ever gone too. Stupendous customer service. felt like i was at an actual restaurant! Manager kept checking it make sure we didn’t need anything.
Little skinny Blonde girl with glasses and a red rash on her face ripped the order out of my hands today because she thought it was a different orde? Super weird never said I'm sorry. Believe she was the manager she just acted supper unprofessional. Straight weirdo.
It’s a McDonald’s. Quality wise, you know what you’re getting. Beyond that, I have to say customer service experience at this location is way above average…. And totally appreciated! Not only can they clear a wrapped drive they in no time but they’re polite in interactions; even when there was an oversight in my order- a weird side, other locations aren’t always kind about it… extra pickles on side despite always disclaiming I’ll pay any amount- I drove from window and saw it was missing from bag. Deciding if this was a hill I really wanted to die in, I ended up parking, grabbing a couple dollars cash to just order it again in store without referring to store error, and ran inside. At counter as soon as I said “pickle,” a staff member from drive their RUNS to me with a soufflé cup and is apologizing, the apologies weren’t necessary at all. It was just a brief, yet vital, interaction that sets the tone of the overall CS experience… despite how minor an issue how they reached out to address it was beyond optimistic and promising.
It go to this McDonald's pretty often. The only bad experience was I went in for my take out and the employee's had a tablet hooked up and they were watching it and the other side were playing rap music and dancing. They could not get out of there quick enough. They knew I was very uncomfortable so they threw a ton of extra free stuff in my bag

Updating my review. I don't know if this location got new management or new workers but something has made this location turn it around! Great food, great staff and overall nice atmosphere
Best McDonald’s location in the WNY area. The manager, Mark, is fantastic and has really improved my perception of McDonalds. I have had issues with this location in the past, but Mark has provided friendly service with a smile while ensuring accuracy.
I feel silly writing a view for McDonald’s but this location deserved one. All the McDonald’s in the buffalo area should take notes from this location. The fries were fresh, the service was quick and the staff were the nicest people. You don’t find that at many fast food locations. They even go out of their way to put a sticker on the bag with the GMs contact information if you have any issues. For McDonald’s I was very impressed.
The gentleman that served me on 3/8/2025 was extremely hospitable. I wasn't sure what i wanted and asked for substitutions but he displayed expert knowledge, execution and patient, service. The food was "picture-perfect" mcdonald's, ty.

French fries are always very warm and very good maybe the best. Coffee could be warmer or fresher the rest of food is good. Staff are very friendly and place is clean.

This location has always had a quick drive thru in my experience. For the most part, the lobby is clean with the exception of a table with trash on it and paper from the stars laying on the counter where you get your drinks. The staff is busy and they may not have gotten to cleaning it as quick, but patrons should also be mindful and pick up after themselves.
The place is so new and good decorated, the chairs and desks are in good condition. The services are great with great staff and fast service of foods. The foods are fresh, hot and full of cheese , the Mac-chicken is great and delicious.
I'd definitely recommend this specific location not just for good service but as a mom this location is the best for children with autism. From the lights to the small noises of cash registers ect inside that are normal can overstimulate children with autism. Not sure if they created this area specifically for that but once I saw it I loved it. Safe, tables , in the shade, and far from street. There is a picnic area in the ..... basicallythe backyard. Totally awesome by the way. And now it'll be the only 1 i take them to ☺
Pretty impressive for a fast food place. They were very friendly and followed every procedure. If you wanted a true McDonald's experience as they intended, this place delivers. I've never been to a franchise that did everything the company promised before. It was very refreshing. If I lived there it would be my go to place.
They got my order correct the most recent time, and the food was fresh & tasted good.
Pretty good service. No refills on pop. Other places you do. My cheeseburger was so squished that I got a new one. Very clean place but the house in the back is an eye sore.

Great and prompt customer service! :) Also served my food promptly :) Issue is the hamburger buns need to be plastic covered when not busy. 1 of my 2 burgers had going stale buns & fries were not fresh kinda hard. Please follow specs regarding time holds etc. Otherwise good 5 star. I see other complaints also so GM get team leaders to enforce time holds. Sincerely, a retired GM 🤠

A pretty decent place for a McD. Service is usually pretty fast and the food is generally hot. It's a modern times restaurant and it's kept pretty clean. Most of the staff are nice but as always there's always one every so often. Update: 1/9/18 Today's service was adequate at best. The fries we're cold and the meat like substance tough and grizzly It had It has a smaller seating area and one table had what looks like managers paperwork and then 2 tables down someone was asleep. They've dropped on the ratings.
Standard chain, but great employees. Make visit enjoyable. Good food prepared as ordered. Cashier pointed out small change in order saved us $$. Usually can order right away and wait is short. Love their Cafe drinks!!
Some times busy but they are always very pleasant and one of the only locations that gets my order correct with a dairy allergy
2023 - They must be under new management. My kids want me to keep taking them here. The last 4 times, they have gotten the order correct and in less than 10 minutes. Big improvement! 2021 to 2022 - This is the worst McDonald's ever. Only come here if you would like to wait 30 minutes for a happy meal, then open it and find out 3 of the 5 items are missing, and wait 15 more minutes. I have gone here 4 times in the past 3 months because my kids love their nuggets. Twice in the drive through, both orders were at least 25% wrong (nothing like a double cheeseburger with only 1 patty and no cheese or condiments). My last 2 dine in experiences have both been 25+ minutes for very small orders (a happy meal). I don't mind paying the higher cost they are charging for fast food, but when it takes as long as going to the store and buying chicken strips, then coming home and baking them, it's just ridiculous. Come here for a meal that's sure to make you unhappy.
They say they want feedback because customer satisfaction is top priority but every time I go there is something wrong with my order. Forgotten sauces or today it was Only mustard on a ketchup only cheeseburger. It’s always something with this location.
Its fast servicebut many mistakes are generally made. Stupid mistakes. Like a partial order. This last time i went back even tho it made me late . But i ordered different food for5 people and i checked it and dam i was mad and went back. I had to. Oh im sorry it was sitting on the counter and we didnt know if it was yours or the next car. Then why didnt you check. Youknew it was a big order... I get mad just thinking of it. Live and learn!!!
Prices are decent. Service is always just a bit slow and employees barely make eye contact. Some employees "cooking" were not wearing masks bit did have gloves on. All counter staff and customer were wearing masks and cleaning was occuring in dining area.
Got 4 Susage Burrito's 2 for me 2 my hubby, they were cold! I mean like outta the refrigerator cold.. to far away so we just tossed them in the trash 🗑
Although, drive thru wasn't busy, I went inside. Inside there weren't any customers. I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich, but was told it was after 11:00 am, I settled for 2 of the value menu cheeseburgers. 10 minutes or so later I was given my order. My ride was waiting patiently, we left. I opened the bag and the burgers were haphazardly thrown in the bag, with 1 burger that was out of its wrapper. My ride decided not to eat a burger. Busy or not busy both burgers should have been put in the bag with care. Its food, someone will be eating it and they want it wrapped not at the bottom of the bag unwrapped. Fast food workers work hard I know, most take pride in what they do, so be more careful. No one wants to eat food that isn't covered. This location was clean inside and followed covid-19 regulations. Dividers were up at the counter, with a pick up window for app orders.
After a long wait for a simple order, obviously being efficient is not a top priority. Received my order and the 2 Big Macs were not even warm and also realized they overcharged me for a small order of fries ($2.99) so disgusted with this establishment I will NEVER go back again
Ordered a strawberry shake and the top of the shake was barely pink, vanilla mostly through out a large strawberry shake! I was so disappointed that it had barely any strawberry flavor to it. Never going to this location again for a strawberry shake, that's for sure!
Generally speaking, this is an alright establishment. As long as you don't tell them they didn't give you your whole order. This happened to me for the first time today. I was told by a manager "I know for a fact it was in there" Yet, it was missing from my bag. I guess they serving invisible food now.
10 minute wait behind only 2 cars to get one cup of coffee. Asked the cashier at the first window if she could just go grab a cup, but that didn't happen. Two stars instead of one only because the coffee was very good - but not worth the wait
Made a mobile order, had to wait at least 10 minutes in drive thru, looked like the employees didn't know what they were doing. McDonald's ain't cheap any longer! Going to have to consider other options at these prices and with the poor service.
Something is ALWAYS wrong in the drive thru. My husband goes there mainly to get food for the kids and brings it home. So when it's wrong and missing something it is very disappointing to them and frustrating for us. For example missing dips for nuggets, wrong pop flavor or the pop was out and she gets flavored pop water and recently missing apples.
Went through the Drive-Thru. Service was extremely slow and I was not told my order total over the intercom when finished ordering, simply, "Come get your total at the window." As well, which window was not specified so I got to the first window and found no one there and no sign, which was rather confusing. Finally, when I got to the second window (after figuring it out), I was greeted with an abrupt, "$4.67," and taking my debit card for purchase with no polite greeting or sincerity whatsoever. Not a very enjoyable experience.
We ordered cones using the drive thru and were told the "ice cream was too soft to stand up in a cone, so it would need to be placed, upside down in a container / cup. Having ordered cones from McD's in the past I did not bother to look at the price on the outside LED display and continued to the pay window. We were greeted with an exorbitant total of $5.20 for 2 ice cream cones. We were given the option to cancel, but we decided to continue with the order since we were interested in having the sweet. Having received the two, somewhat flaccid cones served upside down in a dish, we felt royally 'boned' by the over inflated cost of the cones.
Rarely get your order right. I guess it's to be expected. It is McDonald's after all.
Im tired of these guys saying they can't do ice cream products on thier menu because they don't want to dirty the machine its becoming something that happens almost daily now its getting annoying. How can the machine break all the time but be working by the morning. Just say no sorry sir im to lazy to have to clean the machine again.ill just drive the extra 2 mins to burger King ive never been denied a milk shake there
I despise coming to this location. There is never good service. Employees are rude. They gave me expired apple slices for my kids. The employees are wearing earbuds listening to music and can hardly communicate with the customer. They won't sell individual toys from the happy meals. The cheeseburgers are stale in the happy meals. I hardly go to McDonald's, but if I do go I try not going to this location. I always regret when I'm desperate and in a rush and I go there. They didn't even have the Disney toy my son was excited about and it just launched. I think I've learned my lesson.
I used to go to this location all the time because It was on my way to and from work. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Happy meals and two McChickens. I was given my two happy meals and was told to have a good night. I asked the gentleman who gave me my food if the McChickens were put with the Happy meals. He seemed aggravated that I asked and told me I didn't pay for two McChickens and asked if I wanted to order two. I told him no I ordered them at the drive-thru. He yelled at me that I didn't pay and he would get them my receipt to prove me wrong. The other employees there were staring. He then realized I did pay for them but seemed mad that I even questioned anything and angrily handed my receipt to me. I was trying to be nice about the whole thing because I worked retail for 6 years so I know what it's like. I Just wanted what I paid for I wasn't asking for anything extra or trying to cause an issue. He likely was just having a bad day so I don't want him to get in trouble, but hopefully things get better.
Ordered online and went through drive thru. Watched them give my food to the person in front of us and then when asked if this was the same food they denied it. The food was warm so maybe that's true.
I went through the drive through and right away noticed my food was incorrect. I went inside and an employee looked at me blankly and mocked me to the manager while repeating my issue. The replacement food was cold extremely greasy and sloppy. For over 10 dollars they could at least try. Very disappointed.
Last few times I’ve came here I spend less than $10 and wait a half an hour when there’s almost no one else here. Just wasted my half hour lunch plus 10 minutes waiting, I was first in line. Got back to work they forgot half my order. Like this for a while now
We placed an order and a off duty employee came in ordered food, did not pay and got food right away. When we mentioned we would be doing a review the Manager said “I don’t care”
Awful service. Mobile order was messed up with no apology, and ordered hash browns and they were put in the bag upside down and by the time they got to us it was a jumbled mess in the bottom of the bag. Great job McDonald's.
This location isnt consistent with how well the orders come out. Dry, soggy, perfect. And they dont understand when you ask for them not to put something on the sandwiches (not everyone likes onions, people!) so yeah.
They turned off all the lights while there was still a few people in line. Sign says the drive thru closes at midnight. This happened at 10:50. At least tell the people in line you're closing. Don't literally leave them in the dark.
If you want rude service and workers to blast music on their cell phone while taking your order, come here. I feel they purposely make it a mission to disappoint at this location.
I had been craving all day a chocolate Shake... My big mistake was waiting in line for 15 minutes at McDonald's because their machine will be up, right? Sadly i knew better, i don't know what i was thinking there machines quote on quote never work… or should I say when it's really busy.... i've lost faith in mcdonald's and the ability to provide the customer satisfaction... buyer's beware
Literally. The WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I had to wait at the counter because nobody was around. Then when I got my chicken sandwich it was dry as a piece of wood. They apologized and I got a big Mac instead and they gave me a free hashbrown. Which was freezer burned. Also the temp of the dining room was so cold We all had to sit and eat with our hat and gloves on.
Most expensive mc donalds in the area, $6.89 for a bacon breakfast bagel? Added extra breakfast sauce got charged 20 cents more and there was less on it than a regular bagel should have. Place is a overpriced rip off. Never again. If you want to charge top price make the food right. Study the Sheridan & sweet home location, cheaper prices better service.
Ordered 2 happy meals through the drive thru and the total came up to over $14. I told the cashier that wasn't right and she said well you ordered 2 happy meals and after tax they come up to 5 and some change. So I asked her how that equaled $14? This chick could not do basic math and these people want $15\hr?? Long story short, do not go to this place unless you want to be overcharged for some lousy happy meals!
I was in the lobby by myself waiting to pick up food. The manager approached me and told me I needed to wear a mask to be inside. While I very much appreciate the precautions, I told him that it was not mandatory until Friday. He told me it was his rule. He told me this while not wearing a mask himself and the person preparing the food in the back was also not wearing a mask.
Very rude workers didn’t have lemonade so went to a different McDonald’s to get a lemonade for a half sweet tea half lemonade and I asked for a cup when I got back they wanted to charge me $2.5 for the cup because I was using the Lemonade I bought at a different McDonald’s to make it!
Couldn't get a word out without the drive thru attendant cutting me off or trying to finish my order not to mention the attitude they give you is absurd its mcdonalds its not a hard job I did it for 10 years the employees here are horrible I won't be back half the time my food us completely cold from here I'll be calling corporate too. Waited in line at the drive thru for almost an hour. When I finally got to pick up my order. I was informed that they were out of the one beverage. I had placed my order ahead of time...went to this McD because it said they had what I wanted.....
Would not go back here or reccomend. Their drive thru cashier told me he was just getting off from being sick, coughed all over his hand with my card in it, and then handed it back to me. Plus I asked for a deluxe mcdouble with no onions, so it should have been made fresh. The lettuce was so rotten it was almost see through and extremely slimy. If a cook seriously put that on a fresh burger ...that's disgusting and they need to be retrained. Now it's a waiting game to see if I get sick from who knows what. So gross.
20 minutes wait for two breakfast burritos. Still got the order wrong. Went in to see what the wait was. No one even bothered to see why I was there. Guy in front of me has his order wrong. Everyone there at about 5 pm on 10/12 should be fired.

Apparently no more 2 for 4 sandwiches, ordered a mcdouvle and hot n spicy came to 6.50 . It clearly says on the drive through sign 3 dollars a sandwich but right above it says add a sandwich for a doller making it the 2 for 4 , apparently they don't do it anymore . Not worth 6 dollars for greasy preservatives, I'd rather spend another 10 bucks and get take out from any restaurant and have leftovers and feel semi healthier . Lessoned learned RIP mcdonalds 2025 . I devote myself to never eating mcdonalds again
The mobile app NEVER works here, so you'll stand at the counter trying to find your order that has been lost in the nether, and 15 minutes later somebody might be by to blame you for not using the app correctly. The fries may or may not be leftover from yesterday.
it's just McDonald's. we understand. our expectations are already set accordingly. an employee simply needs to take an order and fill it correctly. sometimes they get it wrong. but the indifference of the manager to the complete incompetence of the "team" he likely trained is simply another harbinger of the total collapse of Western Civilization. there are plenty of great joints in WNY to get a decent meal. go to any of them rather than here.
Mobile order took over 15 minutes to be provided. Only 20 nuggets and fries. Had to pickup at counter due to height restrictions on drive thru. Food was Luke warm at best. Horrible service.
Went to grab breakfast this morning and after about 45 minutes of waiting, finally got home and noticed our ENTIRE order was wrong. The manager was not friendly at all and made it seem as though we were unconvincing him by giving him business. Needless to say, the food we did get wasn't that great and this location is slowly going downhill. Sorry they were short staffed like every other business, but really needed to not take it out on the customers and input and read orders properly.
This is the WORST McDonald's I've been too. I got a quarter pounder that ended up being raw. Tried to call the stores several times and kept getting a voicemail. Horrible!!
Their self cash out was not working properly. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes to cash out my order that was now “pay at counter”, no one came up. Meanwhile this miserable young woman was mopping and didn’t offer any assistance. She just continued to mop with an attitude look on her face as I stood at the counter waiting for someone to do their job. Also, prices at this location are 20-30% higher than any other location within 5 miles. Only McDonald’s I’ve been to to charge $1.79 for a mcchicken. The one in front of Walmart 2 miles up transit is $1.00. Never going back here.
Would love to give zero stars but, at 10:00PM (closes at 11:00 on Google, 12:00am on website) no one took our order in the drive thru. Sat there for a solid 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and when we finally left; drove by and 2 people were at first window scurrying away from view. Why be open til 11:00 or 12:00 if your employees are going to ignore customers and not even take orders. Labor cost has to be astronomical if you’re just paying them to stand there and do nothing.
If you like your fries soggy Luke warm and miserable this is the place for you. I am not sure what I am drinking nuts it's not coke lol I think someone accidentally mixed my drink with another drink not sure but at least it's cold. The burger wasn't hot but it didn't taste that bad so that's good I guess.
Awful service, ordered curbside pick up on the app ahead of time, 1 cheeseburger 1 mcchicken, waited about 20 minutes on the spot, and keep in mind that the drive through was dead. Like how do you hire lazy workers? And I had to call them and they were like oh we are bringing out right now.
It's one of the worst locations I've been to. I was in the drive-through, and it was taking forever, so I pulled around and went inside. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes or more with zero acknowledgment. No sign of leadership. I left there with nothing.
I don’t know why my order is incorrect EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have never ever ever even received a wrong Mcdonald’s order before coming to this location. This is twice back to back. I will never ever ever come to this location ever again. Calling this the worst location in the area would be an understatement when I have been all over the place and can confirm this is the worst Mcdonalds location in the entire country.

Ordered a McChicken meal that includes 4 chicken nuggets. Received a 4 piece chicken nugget container full of sauce.
Ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal & Big mac meal , bacon quarter pounder had a bottle of ketchup on it with no bacon and the girl had an attitude like she could care less and both meals had rolls that were hard as a rock & had been left out . At 1 point the manager had to come out to make sure everyone had their food because the cashier wasn't even paying attention & gave our food to the wrong table and the kids sitting there just looked at us when I tried to tell the cashier that placed it there & walked away 🙄. Definitely won't be back there !
If I could give it no stars I would, I came here the other night an ordered a McChicken with tomato an cheese added. I get home an they must've gave me a McChicken that was sitting there for a few hours an put fresh tomato an cheese on it. So I went back , I know it was only a McChicken but it's the point , I was super hungry after work an had to deal with that, anyways I go back an I asked for a manager (turns out to be the same guy that took my order) I ask him politely if he would mind remaking my McChicken because the one they gave me was old. His response was " No. And you can leave if you don't like it" I had to sit there a second hoping I heard him wrong but when my son said "damn ..no he didn't" I knew I heard him correctly. I honestly was speechless , so I asked if there was a manager besides him an he said No, Now leave. I calmly had to keep it together an left. I went to the other McDonald's on transit near Genesee an explained what happened an the kind woman that was the manager there took care of me an told me they have so many customers come there from this store because of the rude an incompetent workers there.
Highly disappointed. Who does not send syrup with pancakes, forgot multiple things on my breakfast order online. Waste of $30 as I did not eat any of it.
"Maria" that works there should probably be fired. she refused to give me my change back claiming that it was such a little amount implying that I wouldn't want it back but I did want it. She just didnt want to open the cash drawer or something. when I asked her for it back anyways she just closed the window on me I told her that technically she was stealing from me and she did not care and walked away terrible customer service. Obviously I would never bother the police over something so little like this but she should be reprimanded For her poor attitude and stealing from paying customers. The poor guy originally cashing didn't realize he made a mistake and didn't speak English. I know it's hard to find good employees but come on. Such trash. This Macdonald is suck. I ordered Qtr pound cheese deluxe meal by Drive Thr, but there was NO tomato, NO two cheese, only a patty and veggies. But also there was NO salt on the fries. So bad! and the price is really higher than other places. The customers those who use Drive Tru, this road is no way to go back. Seems Very on purpose. Why did you put the sticker Qtr Cheese Pound delux Mill then? IS THAT THE WAY THAT YOU EARN THE MONEY SELLING CONSCIENCE?
Poor customer service. The lady that was working the counter did not seem to be helping out working with the young man working the drive through. I waited for around 15 minutes to receive my food. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. I waited, drive back around to the drive through after being told to wait on the lot. The lady saw me at the window and instead of handing me my food, she sat it on the counter and went into the back from where she told him to "give him his food." First and last time going to that location.
