Who runs this place? They are doing it well! Food was FRESH and consistent. People here are genuine🙃 all items in stock and well staffed. Most locations have short staff and its seen in the lack of consistency, NOT HERE they have a well oiled machine 💪👊😤

In the realm of unconventional taste tests, dirt surprisingly outshines Taco Bell with its earthy notes and gritty texture. Just kidding! Taco Bell's bold flavors and diverse menu clearly take the crown in the taste department. Dirt may be rich in minerals, but it's definitely not a recommended substitute for a tasty Taco Bell meal.

Compared to the Taco Bell near our house, this place is light speed compared to a snail's pace. In and out in less than ten minutes, with one in line in front of me, and four cars at the drive-through. The Taco Bell near us would sometimes take fifteen minutes to even come to the counter to take your order.

It's Taco Bell. What can I say about the food. What I can say is that THIS location always has fresh hot food. Never skimpy on toppings. And the most friendly staff. This location I'm always greeted with a warm smile. They show care for customers. Which is hard to find in fast food. You can tell they take pride in serving customers.

This location has friendly, if occasionally weary staff, who consistently serve tasty food. It's a convenient location for me, so I'll go in a pinch for an inexpensive and typically fast meal. Speed does vary a bit depending on the menu item, and how slammed they are when you go, but a reliable staff clearly runs this place.

Nuggets were burnt... Like half black... Id say they resembled chicken jerky than nuggets. The fire ranch sauce is good though. Staff was rather short in conversation. Overall this visit was less than pleasing and at the price of fast food these days it really isn't worth the disappointment.

The absolute best taco Bell experience I've had in my 25 years of life. The food was extremely fresh and tasty and looked equally so. the service was prompt and quick and attentive. I went around 6:45 p.m. this evening for a quick bite and then ended up being one of the best taco Bell experiences I've ever had and I wasn't even that hungry or intoxicated. Lol. hands down this team is five stars props to the management and to all the employees that worked today in the evening.

Excellent 2X steak quesadilla, I really liked it. Comes in a box and is large, also chips and actual salsa which was surprisingly good. Employees were young and having fun, but made the food fresh and it was good.

Went there first try and they have $5 $7 $9 box deals We got the $7 & $9 box. They was both really good, $9 you get soft taco, hard shell beef 🌮 and burrito plus crunchy bites and a drink.

Very good service when I came to the counter. But that was after I came through the drive thru. Our food wasn't properly wrapped and was spilled all inside of the bag. We also had no napkins ... you could tell the order was rushed . Which is kind of crazy since it wasn't a lunch rush.

I had a pretty big order and they did decently, except on my order I asked for no sour cream and there was still sour cream on my taco which did not make my day. But other than that, they've been nice and decent for the general average.

They're great at interpretation of what's best for the customer. You order something with no sour cream, they put extra. You ask for something with no tomatoes, they give you extra. You want a menu item with something on the side, they'll charge you for that! Fantastic! Thank you for making me realize that I didn't need to eat Taco bell anymore. Your screw ups were a sign that fast food needs to be cut from my life. And fast food, I use that term loosely because it took 10 minutes for two tacos last time. God bless you for making things extra inconvenient and make me get extra steps and miles in to correct something I ordered but you pretended not to hear.

I would like to THANK. Eric R my cashier on 12/4/2021 at 12:45pm you were absolutely so polite and I’m sorry that either your shift manager or another coworker of yours who was working the window with you addressed an issue that should had been addressed when a customer was not at the window. No one deserves to be talked to in the manner she talked to you. The exact words “oh my god you just wasted so much product don’t ever do that again”. The aggressive tone communication is NOT how to handle/address issues in any line of work. Thank you Eric for my large Baja Blast.

The amount of meat in the standard taco is not much, about two tablespoons. That's probably what taco bell Corp is requiring for product standards, in my opinion it seems over priced for the volume of food. Staff is nice, polite, and prompt with service. Convenient location. If the money conserved by minimal food volume was redistributed to the hourly staff in ample wages, i would be content. Im assuming the franchise owner and taco bell Corp is probably making the profit margins in large part. I am speculating on wages. My experiences here have been 4 to 5 visits over the course of a year or two. I always get the 12 softshell tacos for $17. Easy pack for the four of us.

I have had ok experiences here but I have never not had my food messed up. I’ve tried ordering via the app and in the drive thru and each time my food is wrong. What the heck guys! Food is fine and tastes like normal Taco Bell and I can live with the food I get but they need to pay attention a little better. Thank you in advance.

There was no one for the register. I had to order your own food using the kiosk. My burrito supreme was not so supreme this time. The DeWitt location can be a good place and I have had a good burrito supremes here before.

The food was great! I went through the drive thru and it took 15 minutes before I got my food and left. I only gave a 3 star rating because it's supposed to be "fast food". 15 minutes is not very fast. I still DO recommend this place as a good place to eat.

This Taco Bell has incredible customer service and speed. I have not had an order messed up here, where i have at other taco bells. The manager and staff are very humble and welcoming to all of their guests. Really enjoy this location and staff over other locations

They were out of beef, then they were out of chicken Chulupas and we waited in line at least 25 minutes!! Then we checked our order that was given to us and they forgot our sides so we had to tell them and wait longer. I'm not sure what's going on. 🤷‍♀️

On Dec 31, 2018 around 5pm I visited the Dewitt store. Food was good, the manager was extremely unprofessional. She was complaining about an employee to another employee where customers could hear. Apparently an employee was having babysitter trouble, was still coming in but was going to be late. In my opinion the manager should not be talking to other employees or bad mouthing an employee in front of customers. Seems like some retraining is in order.

Food is decent, but the cashier was rude. They forgot one of my items. When I mentioned to the cashier I needed one more item, she argued. I corrected her and she finally called for the item. I went on to try to make sure the kitchen staff would be notified of the changes to my order, at which point the cashier cut me off and turned her attention to another guest. Avoid this location if you can

The wait for food was terrible. Nearly everyone in the restaurant was waiting for their order, with only two other people at a table eating. Not that busy, but a wait of 15 minutes for a power menu bowl and a chalupa taco combo? We would have been better off going through the drive through.

Second time I've been here. First time I went inside. Took me 40 minutes to get 2 burritos. Second time, the drive through was slow, I got a combo meal. which included 2 tacos if the the 2 tacos had 3 cents of meat combined I would be amazed. Won't be going back.

Food is always fast, workers are usually friendly, but my food is hardly ever correct. I used to work at a Taco Bell location in okemos, I know how the food is made. Onions and cheddar cheese don’t belong in crunchwraps and potato’s aren’t supposed to be hard.

Edit: we gave it another try and were missing food and what we did get was cold. Ordered three items and one was wrong. Asked for a soft cantina chicken taco and got a burrito that was the sloppiest burrito I've ever seen. And it was absolutely soaked in jalapeño ranch sauce. Not edible

Taco Bell, back in the day, used to be cheap food that was palatable and filled a hole. Now it is just as expensive as any other day food without having any quality worth the trip. Most diners, taco trucks, and local-owned restaurants have superior fare at better prices. I paid $13 for one combo meal! A day or two later, I got a much better meal for $12.50 from some hole in the wall take out place. For those who haven't noticed yet, fast food has gone up so much in cost in recent years. Take a look around and see that there are some nice food establishments serving higher quality and cheaper food these days. Fast food is a habit we should put on hold for a bit. At least until they realize we can't be so duped into subpar pricing. Though, we know they can and will get away with it. We lack the backbone to step away from the drive-through.

Taco Bell typically is a place we can go to when we want decent food at a good price and they are open late. This one was atypical. First of all when we arrived there was no sign suggesting lobby was closed. We walked up, found the door locked and the girl looked at us and then ignored us. We had already invested too much to leave (we drive right by as it was kind of back off the road) so we conceded that a dinner in the car would have to do. At least the food would be reliably good. Nope! The food was dry and tasteless. Smaller than usual and they shorted us 4 of the six items we ordered. The only saving grace was the young man in the drive thru was friendly enough and apologized for the error. If I were you I would not stop at this Taco Bell. Wait for the next one.

Its Taco Bell, its slow here, It was 6:52 when I pulled into the drive thru I was the 3rd car behind the speaker. When I placed my order it was 7:00. The person told me my total and pay at the window when I "Eventually" make it up there. It was 7:20 when I got my food and it wasnt even in great form. The quesadilla was smashed up and the crunchwrap was falling apart, and no napkins. I will avoid this one.

Half of my 45 dollar order was wrong and missing stuff. The two other times I have been to this location I have been missing thing. But I call multiple times to complain before they answer and they won’t refund the missing items. I can only come back do they can “replace.”

Went to Taco Bell tonight (12/28) around 2am and was greeted by a very unpleasant kid with glasses and scruffy hair. He told us “y’all are crazy for showing up so late, we close in 20 minutes” then proceeded to tell us how he has a countdown for it. It says on here they are open till 3am and we showed up an hour before close. I’ve worked in food service for 10+ years and have never been so rude towards a customer. Unpleasant experience.

Placed an order through the drive through at 2:00 am tonight (12/28/25 at 2:00 am), there was a car in front of us so we had to wait around 10 minutes to get to the window. The guy at the window said to us, and I quote, "you're crazy for coming this late, I have a 20 minute countdown on my phone for us closing." We let him know that Google says they close at 3:00 a.m. and we got here with plenty of time to spare, and he huffed and said "okay well I suppose you're right about that." It took us about 5 more minutes to receive all of our food. Extremely unprofessional behavior overall. Food was pretty good though.

Food was fine, service was subpar. Came through on the evening of the 28th, at 2. Hours listed online said they close at 3. As soon as we pull up to the window, the kid at the window said we were "crazy" for coming through 20 minutes before close. He had dark hair and glasses and scrappy side burns with scruffy facial hair. Food was decent and quick, could have just said nothing and had us out of there in 5 minutes. As someone working in food service, I'm not crazy about someone giving me grief for ordering so early before close; I couldn't imagine doing the same.

They guard their sauce packets like the last lifeboat on the Titanic. If there were an Olympic sport for forgetting sauces, this Taco Bell would take home the gold, the silver, AND the bronze. Every time I order, I politely request sauce packets — not as a casual suggestion, but as a vital part of my taco experience — and every time, my bag shows up as dry as the Sahara. At this point, I’m convinced they’re running an underground sauce cartel, hoarding them in some secret vault. Do you know what it’s like to bite into a Crunchwrap without sauce? It’s like watching a fireworks show with no fireworks. It’s culinary foreplay with no payoff. It’s wrong. So congratulations, Taco Bell crew — you’ve achieved the impossible: making tacos that are both spicy and yet somehow emotionally cold.

My local Taco Bell is much better. The rice was hard and the $5 chalupa supreme had barely any meat. I walked back up to the counter with it and they just ignored me..I was in a rush so I just took a picture and left. 2 stars because the order was ready when I arrived and had the correct items, even if they are crazy stingy with the ingredients. I'm not naive enough to expect the food to look exactly like the advertisement, but this is ridiculous.

sitting in the drive thru right now and have been waiting for almost 30 mins when I got to order the guy kept telling me to hold on so he can talk to the person at the window each time being very rude. telling me that they are catching up from a tech issue. took my order still very rude now waiting for my food for now 10 mins. this is not rare for them they are very slow here and very rude. and most of the time they either mess up your order or it looks like my 2 yr old made it. if u go threw the drive thru and get home and your food is wrong and u call them they ask you what would you like to do about it. this location is in need of new management and most employees need alot more training then what they have.

Service was slow, food was good. I was there near close and one of my friends accidently left his drink and nacho platter. They came out to our car and told us to go pick up our trash. I went and picked up my group's trash (already took care of my own) and the workers preceded to lecture me while I was taking care of it: "Really? Pick up your trash." and, "How would you like it if you worked in fast food?". I felt berated for doing the right thing. I will never be back there.

I have to double with Kristi here, October 28, around 3:00, time ordered was 3:05, time food was actually made: 3:39, that’s right, 34 minutes of actually nothing. Took them 2 minutes to actually make it. All the while just talking in the background, not a single thought put into actually getting stuff out the window or over the counter in a reasonable time. Just ate at the DeWitt Taco Bell. Terrible service, employees standing around talking. The entire dinning area was filthy dirty. Food on several tables and food on the floor underneath almost every table/booth.

I would give negative stars if I could.. I've been here 5 times since I've moved to the area and every single time something has gone wrong. I've had a Mexican pizza that tasted like it had been fried in 6 month old, dirty oil. I've had an order where they forgot a quesadilla and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. (I guess I should have checked the bag.. but still) and I've had a couple chicken power bowls.. one that had quite literally 3 tiny little pieces of chicken on top. One that looked like 1/4 of a normal size portion.. and the "best" one yet was the one I got tonight. Everything looked good at a glance. I mixed it up and started eating, and about my 3rd bite in I noticed something in the rice that looked like a big spoonful of red sauce. Tasted it, and it was just a huge chunk of seasoning that apparently didn't get mixed into the rice.. so I scooped it out and went on with eating. 2 bites later I bit down on a sharp chicken bone.. I have never had an issue with any other taco bell I've ever been to, but somehow this one has managed to screw at least one thing up every time I've been there. Needless to say I won't be going back.

We placed an online order for our staff at this store thinking it would be helpful for them to have such a large order placed ahead of time. However, when we got there to pick up the order the staff were incredibly rude. We could hear them at the window saying things like, "This isn't a fast pass lane." We were not impressed. Will be taking our $60 order elsewhere

Went inside to eat, immediately as I walked in. Hear a large woman in back working yelling at other co workers. Placed my order, only to wait another 30 minutes. During this whole time the lady is still screaming at her co workers, then proceeds to start throwing items around the kitchen,on the floor. Not 1 employee stepped in so I'm guessing that is your management. Definitely would not recommend.

I have been to this taco bell a dozen times and every single time I am waiting in line at the drive thru for over 20-30 minutes before i get my food. I understand that isn't a great length of time but this is fast food not a sit down restaurant. The food I receive is always a jumble mess of food as it is prepared as fast as possible which if I were waiting 5 minutes I would expect that, but honestly, after 20-30 minutes it should be better prepared. This happens at all times of the day not just in the evening. Today, the order taker said it is going to be at least a 15 minute wait and asked if I still wanted to order. Lol. Seriously?!?!

We got over charged but didn't realize it until we got our order and half of it was missing. It was right before closing and the employee wouldn't answer the drive thru or when we knocked on the drive thru window or the employee entrance. So we didn't get reimbursed, didn't get the rest of our order either of course. Won't be making that mistake again.

Every single time we go here the rude girl with drive-thru always say “just to let you know we have one person cooking, order sparingly”. I understood during some worker shortages but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Get the lazy and rude employee off the drive-thru lane. She shouldn’t be employed. Anytime she is there I leave cause I am not going to be told what I can and cannot order due to there only being 2 employees.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 pops and 1 burrito! After the wait the guy says "had a huge grub hub order" !? What about the people in front of you? Not cool... he offered a $1 off as compensation but the entire meal should have free and then some. Hope the management can address how something like this should be handled in the future.

Just went through the drive thru and spent almost $40 on dinner for myself and my 3 kids. Got home and only had 1 cup of nacho sauce when there were 3 orders of nacho fries, and while one of the Dorito taco meals was correct the other one with sour cream and no lettuce had lettuce on every single taco and a minute amount of sour cream which they charge 0.79/taco for. Typically I check the bag to make sure everything is correct, especially if they’re busy, but we were the only car at the drive thru and I was in a hurry to get home to watch a neighbor’s child as well as trying to get my kids fed at a decent time. I know it’s typically high school kids that work there but our order wasn’t even complicated. Definitely not wasting my money at this TBell location again.

to start off I work in the food industry as well and I’m not usually one to complain but the experience I just had at this taco bell was SO uncalled for! We pulled up and ordered a number six with two waters and a chicken quesadilla with hot sauce and fire sauce (We think it’s simple) we had to repeat the order many times then we pulled up to the window almost got the wrong order so we told them then got our food and we never received a receipt or the chicken and cheese quesadilla so we pulled back around and had 6 cars in front of us we asked for our order to be corrected and to get a receipt with the hot sauce and THEY THREW AWAY THE RECEIPT AND COULD NOT PRINT A NEW ONE and they forgot the sauce so we pulled away upset let’s just say we will not be returning to this taco bell

First off. I watched them hand my order to the car in front of me. The person put their hands in the bag and handed it back to them. They took it back... Then they just gave me that same bag. (Not a big deal but still not sanitary) there was even a manager at the window... She was NOT pleasant. No greeting. Did not ask if i wanted any sauce handed me my (already gone through) bag and rushed me away without even acknowledging me. Looked at my food after driving a way and it was a complete mess i ended up throwing half of my food away because it tasted old/stale!! It was an overall bad experience. They weren't even busy and it was well past the lunch rush. There is no excuse for this.

Issue with the app for my order pickup. App froze after taking my payment but apparently didn’t relay the order to the store. Charged my account and when manager was shown I was told it wasn’t their problem and to contact my bank. It’s Taco Bell, it should be your problem. Location needs new leadership with a sense of customer service.

Slow service, rude workers. Workers were more worried about flowers they received then getting my order and acted inconvenienced when I asked for my 2 drinks when THEY forgot them to begin with. In my opinion that's the best way to lose customers or get bad reviews like this.

October 28th about 2:15pm. After waiting for a few minutes in the drive through people ahead started leaving the line. So decided to go inside instead. 10 minutes after ordering food. I noticed a couple sitting at a table were still waiting. After speaking with them I learned that they have been waiting for 25 minutes. I watch the kitchen to see what was going on and there were 2 people prepping food. One in particular was appearing to not be in the slightest bit of a hurry. I'm going to guess that is why people were leaving. I asked for my money back and left. In the 10 minutes I was inside only 2 orders of food was served. That's including the drive through.

I have never been treated so poorly! I told the gentleman one of the drinks was incorrect and his response was, “I don’t care”. I then asked for his name three times and he refused to give it to me so I took a picture. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs!

I went to Taco Bell in Dewitt MI. this morning desiring some savory breakfast. Awaiting in the drive through they informed me they did not serve breakfast. The website states breakfast is available. There were no signs on the building observable from the street that breakfast was not served. If they state they serve breakfast online they should do so! Poor customer service all around and not acceptable.

This Taco Bell is the worst run in the area, had 2 tacos and a pop order to be done based on the app at 12:22 PM it's now 12:40 and still not done. No customer service. The one in Bath on Saginaw by Meijer is always fast and great service. Don't use this one

Obvious employees off the clock crowding the front counter gossiping about other employees instead of taking my order. Area coach sitting in the lobby on her computer did nothing to address the situation. Every table was dirty and the entire condiments station was empty

Ordered through the app. It wasn't busy at all, I was the only one in the drive thru and nobody was in the restaurant at the time either. Tell me why my food is still cold!? And they just throw everything into a bag (even the combo "boxes"). So because of this my chips were all over the bag, and crumpled. I don't mean to complain but for $15 worth of cold food, and bad service? Nah. I can go to Cheddar's (or almost any other sit down chain) and get great service, and a good, "hot" meal for less. Y'all need to do better. Wish I could post the pictures of these soggy tacos you served me that were stuck to the wrapper, had little to no meat. Disgusting.

Ordered food on the app. Went inside to get the food and someone else had taken our food. The manager acknowledge that someone else took our food and that they would remake our food. After waiting a half hour and many people coming in after us and getting there food 1st. I went up to the manager and asked what was going on. He asked them again and told me it would still be a while. Apparently you have to wait until the have no other customers to get your food. Let me tell you good customer service would be to make the customers order who ordered 1st and food was taken by mistake instead of new customers coming in after you. Manager should have told employees to make this a priority and give an estimate. Hopefully they will learn from this mistake and the next time someone takes someone else's order by mistake they will accommodate the customer properly. But they have lost my business.

No beef, ran out again. About to run out of chicken again. Either its one or the other or it was both! Don't get it how do you run out of meat?. Always the order is messed up, 99% of the time something is missing. Food is a wreck, greasy, not put together correctly or they cut corners by giving less meat and tons of lettuce. Taco designate onces in under 8 minutes due to greasy meat. This place is run poorly for a long time. Is it owners fault? Managers? No clue, surprisingly this place is still open. Owner should be embarrassed. Have some pride! you represent and serve our community (dewitt, mi location) review is for more than one trip to this location.

Instead of going in on the problems I seem to have here, it's best to just say your better off driving 50 miles away to make sure you get all your food and get it warm. And stale chips. And if you ask for something not to be on your burrito you will still get it on there either way. This is the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. Don't understand how they are still open. Not to mention you will sit there waiting to order for 20 mins.

My last visit to this location was less than ideal, and I was given a free taco coupon to compensate, which is fine, issues happen, but when I went to redeem the coupons I was ignored by staff when trying to ask how I was intended to use the coupon at the counter (despite the people ignoring me making direct eye contact with me.) This location used to be good, but has dramatically gone down hill, and I don't believe I will be returning.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and ended up with a cheesy gordita. I told the staff in the drive thru that I didn’t end up getting my crunch wrap after double checking the bag before I left. Staff told me that I “did not order a crunch wrap.” I did, you just didn’t listen to me. They have also left out multiple items in my past orders, hence the reason I double checked the bag. I will not be back. Find staff that actually care about their jobs.

Edit2: Hairspray or just really old oil? Never going back. Culver's was PACKED so we went here. The Twists tasted revolting. That oil was beyond bad or someone added hairspray to it. The rest of the food had to have sat on the warmer for hours because it was gross. The potatoes were flat and dry, the lettuce was stringy, and the beef was super greasy. I would have paid you to tell me this would be one of the worst fast food experiences so I could have avoided it. At least the cashier was nice, but my man, I really wish you would have warned me. Ended up throwing it all out. Based on other reviews, I won't waste my time calling anyone. Edit: Holy cow they raised their prices! Some of their items are 80% more than they were. Other Taco Bells haven't changed at all so I don't know what happened. Always fast service and one of the most enthusiastic employees I've ever met works there.

The guys working tonight couldn’t wait until I left to laugh and talk about me. I placed a mobile order and could hear them in the background on the speaker repeating my name in a high pitched voice like 12 year old boys do when they’re being immature in middle school. Then they started laughing loudly when I pulled up to window and I was the only customer there in the drive thru. Maybe make sure to turn off your headset first, or at least wait until I leave if you want to make fun of a customer. It’s been months since the first incident, but this is also not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Super disappointing to be treated this way as someone who struggles with anxiety. I will never feel comfortable coming back to this location.

Every table was dirty and we were the only customers there...one person came in to pick up a takeout order. When I mentioned it to a worker sitting at a table looking at her phone, she said "I'll get to it" then continued her 'break'. Had to look twice for the meat in our tacos & very sloppily put together. When giving our order, it seemed like we were an inconvenience and treated rudely. BTW...I got a wet wipe and cleaned our table while she just sat there. Won't be back...ever.

Kid at the drive thru was too busy throwing a solo dance party to get my order. Asked me several times at the box then again at the window, forgot my drink. Manager intervenes. Pours the drink, kids still dancing? But now he's singing. Manager slammed the window in my face before I could mention it or ask for sauce. Awesome. Thanks.

There was a period of time where they were actually a good taco bell. Now the employees are extremely lazy and ridiculously incompetent. Every person I know that has been there in the last few months has had trouble. Every time you use the drive-thru you have to go back in and have them correct the order. One time an employee tell me he didn't want to do something because he just didn't feel like it. The bath Taco Bell can't come soon enough.

There was a young girl named Kaylee when we walked in yelling about another worker that had I guess been disrespectful. There were two cars in the Drive-Thru. So we decided to walk in to use the restroom and eat inside. 20 minutes later after everybody's dilly-dallying around I asked for a refund because they were just about to start my order. Granted there were no more vehicles in the driveway as we were walking out there was one pulling in. The restrooms were horrific couldn't even use it if we wanted to. There was no way to use the restroom in there with and stay clean. We will never go to that Taco Bell again firstly they need to teach employees customer service and atmosphere. And how to clean up it was a horribly messy store.

Three tacos and a drink cost over $8. Mass produced, quantity driven food should not be that much. If I had known it would be that much, I would have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten quality, tasty food for a few bucks more.

This location religiously closes 2-3 hours early every night ! I understand if a business is slow Then it makes no sense to keep it open. However, if your hours state that you’re open until 1:30 AM, then you stay open until 1:30 AM especially because you’re corporate owned.

Every time I go here the service sucks and the food is always terrible. I love Taco Bell so I stop when I can. Mind you I get it, it’s Taco Bell and I can make the same thing at home but this is my money I’m choosing to spend at your facility so you would think I would get what I paid for. For example I got the fiesta potato bowl for my 3 year old and they were so over done that I just threw them out. When I wanted to substitute black beans instead of refried beans in my burritos they didn’t tell me they were out or if I wanted something different for the same price, instead they just gave me the burritos how they were originally made without saying anything. Plus the wait times are ridiculous and that’s once I’ve done ordered my food. I work thirds so I can’t just easily go back for a refund or get my food remade. Please get better or I’ll have no choice but to stop coming to this Taco Bell location.

The service was super slow, the workers talked to me like I was stupid, and the food was completely messed up and wrong. The wrapping on the food wasn’t wrapped well and my tacos fell out and went everywhere when I grabbed them out of the bag.

I feel like I expect the bare minimum when going to any fast food restaurant. Somewhat quick experience, correct order and decent customer service. Anything else is typically a bonus. Last night, I go here and I waited over an hour for my food. It was a mobile order off of the app. I pull up to the speaker and let them know I am here for the mobile order as usual. I give the staff member the name of the order and she says she doesn't have it. I give her the order number and confirm the address. Still doesn't have it. This staff member then goes as far as to lie, and says they actually do not have any mobile orders. I tell her that I have a charge for the order, and have already confirmed the number, name and address so we need to figure out a solution. She must have expected me to just throw my hands up and drive home empty handed, because after I gave her the most minimal pushback, magically she found the order. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't bat an eye at this, I would chalk it up to a system error and move on. However, you will see why that is not the case here. This line is slow. It is notoriously slow at this location, but it is taking minimum 10 mins per car at the window. At this point, I would have just left, but sadly I had already committed $50+ on their app. While we are waiting, I hear this yelling from the front of the line. It is so loud, that is echoing off of the RVs in the lot next to us, so I luckily hear every word from 3+ car lengths away. Someone, later found out to be the "manager", was having a colorful argument about our order. I know this, because she was using my name, along with a plethora of vulgar words and insults. This, as you may guess, doesn't sit well with me. I was dying to get to the window to see what the fuss was about. After 20 more mins go by, we move up two car spaces, and get to the window. We then meet Rayne, the "manager". She had an unpleasant tone, long face and minimal words when she handed us our drink. She then made the only smart choice that night, and elected to switch out of the window with one of her employees. This employee, and the others we spoke to that night aside from Rayne, was very pleasant, helpful, and customer oriented. I was at this window for 15 mins and, as mentioned, was intrigued with the conversation I had overheard earlier where my name was being used. Rayne's employees were more than happy to share exactly what happened. Rayne's boyfriend had shown up, and she chose to air out her work frustrations to him, so loudly that paying customers were front row for it. With a drive through packed with 10+ cars, and wait times of 50+ mins for mobile orders, Rayne the "manager" left her staff and opted to have a 10+ min colorful rant about her pretty standard interaction with myself. Again, this whole rant was audible to the entire drive through. I can understand work frustrations, but there is a time and a place, especially as a "manager". Her employees were also glad to let us know this is not the first time it has happened, and is actually quite common. I was mad at the manager for her treatment of myself and my family at the time, however, I get over things pretty quickly. I truly feel sorry for the staff. They are clearly in need of a more competent, mature and customer oriented manager. They were all so nice, helpful and deserve better leadership. No manager should would ever leave there staff during a rush. No manager would ever insult customer within earshot of them. Out of respect, I will keep the others names out of it. Whoever is in a position of change can just check who was clocked in on the night of 9/13, as Rayne was the only issue. The franchise owner I'm sure would love to collect a few hundred dollars more a night. I lost count of the cars that drove past us because they either gave up or decided not to try all together due to the absurdly long line and wait. I go here every so often out of convenience, however I will gladly go out of my way to avoid this location until changes are made.

I did a mobile order. They didn't have the fries anymore. Noone informed me when I picked up my food. They just left it out. I went back in and got 2 soft tacos to replace the fries.. $8 dollar fries compared to $4 tacos.. im already upset im not getting what I paid for. Then I realized I didn't get the street chicken chalupas with not onions I ordered i go back in I tell him I didn't receive those either and hes obviously mad. Im more mad I spent $50 at taco bell and didn't get my food . I finally think I got everything. I get home and there's onions on the street chalupa and the shells are raw there is no crusty cheese. Everything i go to this taco bell they mess something up. Ill stick to the bath township taco bell from now on.

Orion R was my cashier. He gave me 5 sauce packets for 7 items and refused to give me any more and told me he could only legally give me 1 per item which he didn’t even do that! What a joke, pay 25$ can’t even get done sauce packets is ridiculous!!

Ordered a 3 cheese chicken flat bread. 2 tiny strips of chicken and a pinch of cheese…… 85% sauce. So much for that new. “ value menu “ it values their pocket because it’s just sauce and shell. Absolutely ridiculous the cook made that and looked at it and said yep this is enough chicken. Quality of service sucks, product sucks and staff suck !! Good job owner/leadership 💪🏽💪🏽

I went to this TB last week and have given them a week to respond to my feedback call but I have heard nothing. We ordered 4 box combos and had 1. Items missing, 2. Ridiculously low portions (see potato bowl pic), 3. Items crushed and falling out all over in the bag, 4. Long wait time. We ordered on the app and when we pulled up we had a long wait. We are ok with that if they were taking time to make my family dinner with care. But we received a bag full of mushed food, (see pics), and items deranged in the bag. I had to rewrap some of the burritos in order to eat them. Our portions were a joke. The fiesta potato bowl was half full and placed upside down in the bag. Both of them! And they were stale and tough. My other items such as Chalupas were also cold. Come on TB, I’ve been to many TBs all over Michigan and this was pretty disgusting in my opinion. I really would have loved to hear back and given you guys another chance. If you can, pick another location. There is another one down the street on Cedar and the service has ALWAYS been great there with great food to match. This one so happens to be closer to my home but I’d drive further for my TB for my food to actually be edible.

Will never go to Taco Bell again after this visit. Paid $31 for tacos that I can only assume were smashed intentionally by the staff. Why? I have no clue. Maybe asking for no lettuce on my tacos was too much… Unbelievable. (Dewitt Location)
