I had a sandwich here once, while I was waiting to board my flight. I am always looking for healthier options when traveling, but it is usually difficult to find good food in an airport. This place has a very good selection of fresh foods, and my sandwich was fresh and tasty. I would definitely eat here again, and I really don't understand all the negative reviews.

Although expensive, the portions are big as it comes with a free side. Could have shared a sandwich between two people. Had the BLT. Was surprised how fresh and yummy the bread tasted. Friendly worker.

One of the few places to a get a choice of fresh food made to order at DFW. Artisan Market is an oasis of vegetables and nutrients in a desert of fried and fast food chains.

The best sandwiches in the whole airport and they have gluten free bread. Their salads have lots of fresh veggies. I also like their coffee. And the staff is very nice. Always a good experience.

I had the tex mex chicken sandwich wit a side salad. The sandwich was fully dressed, fresh toppings, too! Leafy lettuce, roma tomatoes, avocado slices, bacon, cheese, aioli sauce and salad dressing. Wit tax imma round up to an even $18.00 they have pre made salads and sandwiches or u can get something made fresh off the menu.

Food is great, but as usual - airport food is expensive 🥲 $$$$ bring a lot of moola Paid 30$ for these two items, not including coffee. Coffee is from Lavazza next door

Slightly on the pricier side, but the egg sandwich I had was delicious! It was hot and fall apart stuffed. The perfect quick breakfast before starting a 16 hr flight.

Had the cinnamon raisin New York bagel with cream cheese, it was good but not much to it. On the other hand had the bababa split hot chocolate it was very sweet and you could taste all the flavors. If you like sweet I totally recommend it.

Pretty pricey but good healthy options. Lots of choices for both fresh prepared food as well as grab and go options. Preparation was quite slow but staff was all super friendly to chat with while waiting. Ample seating too, and they have their own WiFi if the terminal one is getting slow.

the breakfast burrito was REALLY good. I was surprised there was so much inside it and it was nice and fresh. i loved how all of the workers were so kind. we all know airport prices are bad, but this is the place to go for quality of food for sure!

Located in American terminal D near gate D27, is this place. Having their breakfast bowl with sourdough toast and OJ. Upin opening the box, I noticed the food was in the box. No bowl in the box. Just the box. I cansee a sandwich that way. But scrambled eggs? The bottom of the box does have a thin wax layer on it. The food is good. We'll seasoned. Eggs, potatoes, bacon cheese and pick. Definitely a good protein meal. It does seem to be pre-made and heated up. But. It's good. A bit pricey, but airport food seems to be.

They had clearly labeled vegetarian / vegan options, not very many, but they had some. They used a nice relatively hearty bread, included a tiny side salad, and it was reasonably tasty. It was way overpriced airport food for very small portions by way of a lightly topped sandwich. But, in a pinch if you're hungry, it was pretty good for what it was.

The chicken sandwich was very good and enough for two….but ordering at the kiosk was confusing, not intuitive and time consuming. The staff person had to come around and walk us through the process. We were not the only ones who had trouble ordering and even the credit card reader was confusing. Would have been faster and more efficient if they punched in the order themselves. I’d give 4 stars except for the “do-it-yourself” kiosk. This is a horrible trend.

It cost $25. Yes, that's correct. $25 for one turkey sandwich, a small bag of salt & vinegar chips, a tiny bag of cheesy mix ( 1.85 oz.) and a 20 oz. bottle of water. 🤣 The cashier was very nice.

2025 update. The food is still very good but the sandwiches are now 20 bucks and the counter is self serve like a McDonald’s. There are plenty of people behind the counter but they won’t take your order, and the kiosk doesn’t work well. Add to that they have a big sign next to the kiosk asking for tips. For what???

The hours listed says closes at 9pm. At 6:35pm, I was told that they had a 10 minute wait on any sandwiches. Salads were not available and only market items were being sold. It didn’t look busy at all, but I patiently waited to the side for the 10 minutes to pass. After one of the three men working behind the counter finished his last order, he walked away from the line while the other two were cleaning. I asked if I could order now and he obliged. I had some substitutions and thought maybe I would get an allowance especially for my inconvenience of waiting. Several customers were turned away, and disappointed. I’m writing this review because this is my favorite restaurant in the entire DFW airport. I have always had good service in the past. I also own a restaurant and I understand the importance of keeping customers happy and being consistent. This was not a good experience. I feel like he was just trying to close early.

I rated this place 2 stars because although they provide healthier food options than other airport food locations, they are very pricey. I ordered a yogurt parfait and a Bobo's Oat Bar and my total came to almost $19. I didn't have time to wait for my receipt but at that price it feels like I may have been double charged.

I ordered a vegan breakfast burrito. The quality was blah at best…I know, that’s the technical rating. The food was barely warm, vegan cheese not melted, and the sausage wasn’t really a breakfast sausage - it was unseasoned soy that is more of a ground meat consistency. I’ve had some amazing breakfast burritos that were vegan at other places, but this was very much a swing and a miss. Also, this monstrosity cost nearly $20! Highway robbery for the size and quality in my opinion.

They finally asked what I ordered and the guy said that “ he accidentally threw away your ticket”. They then made the order and it was made for here... even though I asked for it to go. Then it also had a side salad, which I didn’t order. But otherwise the food was good. Good thing I didn’t need to catch a plane and wasn’t in a hurry or anything.

The vegetarian burrito is awful. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was only weird vegan sausage and potatoes. No cheese, no salsa. The only good part was the tortilla. So sad I paid $20 for it.

They didn't put any pepperoni on my Italian sandwich . Pictures were stuffed full of meat. I paid 19 bucks for gas station quality food. What a disappointment. Should have went to McDonald's. Lady next to me ordered a salad. They didn't have anything but mixed greens.

Filthy tables. Asked for a washcloth to clean a table. The guy came out and washed the table. Ended up having to move because a flashing florescent bulb flashing above our table. But, when he came out to wash our table, he did not stop to wash any other tables. They were all dirty and mostly empty. So, I went back to ask for a washcloth and told him we needed to move and I would wash my own table as to not bother him. He handed me a towel and I took it to wash the table. As soon as I put it down to clean the table, I could smell it. It stunk! That is gross and unsanitary. Aren't there rules about this from the Texas State Health Department? Doesn't this make you question EVERYTHING else in the restaurant? What about the sandwich and salad making bar? Are they using that same washcloth to clean down the cutting board? Gross!! Oh, the salad and sandwich were good, but how much bacteria was on all of it??

Took the tram to this terminal specifically because this market listed a vegan breakfast burrito on their menu. When I got here, it said "sold out." I asked politely if there were plans to restock and the manager Patty snapped at me no. I asked if they had all been eaten this morning and she said "yes." So I decided to wait until lunch because they have an impossible burger on the menu. When I went back after lunch opened, of course the one thing on the menu "sold out" was the vegan burger. I talked to Patty again and she snapped at me again saying she was "in a meeting" and could not be bothered and that all the vegan burgers had been gobbled up. Clearly she was gaslighting mean and it appears this market specifically is not stocking vegan food for whatever reason. It is a shame because it is one of the few vegan options in the airport and could have been a good source of business. I was going to order 3 burritos.

The worst breakfast burrito and mocha I've ever had, the burrito was bland and full of black pepper and rosemary, the salsa at the bottom was very spicy, the burritos potatoes lacked flavor and I like crispy potatoes, this was disgusting, as for the coffee it was flavorless and tasted like raw chocolate powder, which was very bitter. I regret coming here, because the staff can't even figure out how to use the ordering kiosk, this one person got so frustrated he walked off without paying for orange juice, this is how restaurants lose money and business

DO NOT EAT HERE! They charge us 15 dollars for a breakfast bowl and it was not even one egg. Just put a bunch of potatoes and took our money. When we went to complain there was another customer at the counter complaining about his breakfast burrito that had nothing but potatoes. They told him they measure the eggs…3 OZs. They would not give either of us our money back. That burrito looked awful by the way. Go to Starbucks instead!

The bagel toast is reheated bread and the coffee doesn't taste like coffee.

Whilst the food options look significantly better than in the other horrid steakhouses in this airport, my sandwich came with tomato and a side of chips on the menu. When I opened my box there was so sides, and also no tomatoes in the sandwich. Is that how they save money????

The cashier was aggressive and rude, Kept trying to make me leave because they don’t take “vouchers” I continued to explain that I don’t have one til the other employee has to step in to make him stop. He could have at least waited til the other customer finished her transition and they he could have understood I DONT have a voucher I’m just a customer.y bagel was ROCK hard the butter and cream cheese are so cold they are almost frozen and impossible to spread. Definitely not a great experience at all.

Stay far away. The "vegan" burrito was pathetic. A handful for precooked potatoes and the blandest sausage substitute you can imagine, that's all, nothing else inside that tortilla. It was barely warm, and didn't have the vegan cheese it was supposed to. On top of that, I became ill within 24, hours. Nausea, weakness, chills, headache...notably, no respiratory symptoms. Given that and how quickly it came on, food poisoning seems the most likely cause. Wish I had looked up reviews and saw how unapologetic they were about cross contamination. Nearly $30 for food poisoning and a sugary mess of a latte. 0/5 stars.

He then wiped his gloved hands on a dirty towel and continued preparing orders for other customers. This isn’t a minor mistake — it’s a clear and unacceptable cross-contamination hazard. Gloves are supposed to prevent contamination, not spread it across every ingredient and surface. What I saw goes against the most basic food safety standards and should never happen in any food service environment, especially inside a major airport. When I raised my concern calmly and explained the contamination issue, the employee dismissed it and insisted on simply putting on new gloves — despite the fact that all the ingredients he had touched were already contaminated. There was no acknowledgement, no apology, and no understanding of proper hygiene protocol. I refused to eat the sandwich and requested a refund. For nearly $18 USD per item, customers deserve food that is handled safely and prepared by staff who understand and follow health guidelines. This experience was disturbing and unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about training and oversight at this location.
