Brilliant location for a restaurant. Such a nice area to walk around especially late in the evening. The food was great, I loved the fried mozzarella and the ham was gorgeous. I chose to eat a pepper pasta. It was good, no complaints! I usually choose other options but felt like having this! And great choice to have bacon with it. Lastly I had a tiramisu which you can never go wrong with. Thanks for the great service as well. Lovely staff and although it was a busy night. Food came in quickly and there was always someone walking past! You can get beautiful views outside.

Amazing food. The restaurant is right by the lake. Accessible by boat or car. You can clearly see that the owner loves the little details. Great atmosphere.

Contrary to what other reviews have mentioned, the owner was hardly rude. In fact, his honest, fun-loving personality manifested in bite-sized episodes that only made the night more enjoyable. Food was among the best in the area as well!

Very fine food. Tried 2 primi (porcini and seafood) and 2 secondi (meet), all very nice and good. Locale cake was great and panna cotta too. Very gentle waiters and joyful owner. We will definitely go there again.

Fantastic meal and very friendly service - well worth the visit. There is a dock nearby too so you can visit by boat. If it’s a weekend you probably want a reservation.

The best pizza crust around Porlezza. And the clams marinara... miss them a lot. Fish dishes were all good. The menu lists dishes prepared with frozen products. The table wine is quite acceptable. The wait staff is very friendly, chatty and funny. They even sing for (or with) you. And the children will have fun discovering all the frogs figurines in the restaurant. Parking might be an issue. If you are staying in Parco San Marco hotel, it is a 15 minute walk to this restaurant.

What an experience! We were looking to enjoy a nice meal outside of our resort. We could not have been happier with our choice. Amazing service, plenty of parking and top notch food & wine! While we live in the US, we will be back to visit in the near future because of this gem!

This is one for the tourists I think. It was food, it was broadly edible but ultimately this is what you can get from a packet at home. A cheap, hard white rice risotto with dry, soggy fried fish left me feeling as sad as the dish looked. We reserved a table, that they initially denied, until we were able to prove we called the restaurant’s number. An order of wine never materialized but somehow made it on to the bill. You get the picture. Drive 5 minutes in either direction and you will likely find better options, this one isn’t worth it even for the sake of convenience food. Had anyone bothered to ask about the meal we would have given feedback, but it seems the staff care even less than we did.

Nice place but disappointed on the carpaccio which supposed to be thin slices of dry beef but not here, followed by an excellent sliced angus steak which couldn’t be better BUT the creme brûlée was warm all way through which makes it very less enjoyable ! A sweet warm porridge with caramelised cover… Nice red house wine
