I stopped in last Wednesday afternoon and I'm glad I did - my waitress was Annette - I explained to her that I was picky in my order: bacon deep fried, hash browns well done, eggs scramble soft, and crepes done lightly - between her and the kitchen, it was the best IHOP experience I've had in over 30 years!! Everything came to me perfectly - exactly as I ordered! Very grateful to her and the cooks for caring that much to get it right for me!

Love IHOP! Great food and service. Love their pancakes! Never come to your table cold. Only have breakfast there most of the time. I'm never disappointed!

Went to eat there will there with my wife. Our waitress gave us superb service. Always a smile, very courteous and respectful. At other places, after the waitress serves the food they wander away and you've got to track-em down to get a bottle of ketchup. This was not the case with the waitress that helped us. I also observed that other servers were doing the same. I would have to conclude that management is doing a great job of insisting on excellent service. I'll be coming back to this restaurant, for sure.

Lulu is by far the best server ever - friendly, attentive, and professional. My brother & I look forward to our breakfast mornings especially if we're in her section. The head valet is friendly as well - quick service. Overall service for restaurant is wonderful.

Great pancakes at this location, it's the one location i visit the most. The $7 faves are great if you're on a budget and I am. Not large portions, but enough to satisfy you. Their coffee has been really good too. Sometimes they are understaffed, this last time we asked fir sugar free syrup 3 times and never got it. The 3rd time we asked, the server delivered it to another table behind us. We gave up, sparingly used the table syrup. They have senior discounts for 55 & older, so the $7 faves become an even greater deal.

I'm a sucker for IHOP I love to come on Sundays morning after church although its extremely packed I can wait. There's nothing like sitting with your family and enjoying crepes. I absolutely love their food and services it great.

The staff are great here. Service is fast, and the servers are pleasant... I think the portions are modest for the price... I wish they were a little bigger...

I came here at 6pm on New Years day with my hubs and sons. The atmosphere was super chill mostly because there were few people there. The waiter was so nice with taking our orders and the visit was very relaxing.

This is our place to go on Saturdays morning with the family. Love the service the waiters are great. The only problem that I have was the assistant manager. I was not gonna write anything but this is not the first time she has an attitude bringing the food. She is rude and we can’t ask her anything because she gives you an attitude. Not even a smile! She shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t want to work with people.

This is our go to Ihop. We usually check in and get called fast. Never wait so long like other Ihop locations. Fast service and friendly staff! We haven't encountered any problems or complaints so far.

I loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious, the service was amazing considering it was Sunday and super busy the waitress messed up a couple of times but she made it up to us and fixed them. Plenty of parking, It's down the street from my church so it's just an awesome place to eat after service. Overall five stars across the board.

I forget the hostess name when I came in. But she greeted me with a smile. Set me down immediately. Made me feel really welcomed. The place was really really crowded but there was still plenty of booths and tabled for more incoming customers. Caesar was my waiter and he was the best!!! He came to my table as soon as I was seated by the hostess. Took my full order and I got my food around 6 minutes. It was not a long time. It was hot, fresh not microwaved. He came back and checked on me about two more times. I didn't have to flag him down and that's a plus for me. Definitely go to this location. Everybody including Caesar was very nice and everybody had smiles on their face. 😁👍

You can never go wrong with breakfast for lunch or dinner. Everything from their sourdough bread to freshly squeezed OJ to chicken fried steak and eggs. IHOPs plates are always fresh, well prepared and delicious. Occasionally you will get a rowdy group somewhere in the dining area but for the most part it's a calm and quiet place to chill and eat.

Friday, stopped by & had the best dinner ever. Miguel did an exceptional job with our Big Steak omelets. Very well cooked, we enjoyed the cleanliness & could taste the freshness of the omelets. I love going to IHOP with my family. With a family of 13, eating out can be stressful for a waiter, but our waitress was amazing. Always checking up on us, refilling coffee, and being so patient when it came to orders. She was very understanding as I told her my food allergies and made sure that the food was safe. Having the feeling that I was in a safe environment when eating is something our waitress was able to achieve by bringing my food out with none of my allergies anywhere near my food. The service was amazing!. With is usually being so packed the food was out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious, and everything was done to perfection! The diverse menu options and all the different types of pancakes were the cherry on top. Not to mention the food is affordable and they have such a family friendly atmosphere.

We went on a Saturday morning. It was busy, but they sat us down within 15 to 20min. The server came right away to offer coffee and present herself. She was really sweet, polite, knowledgeable and kind. Food was served withing 15min of ordering and it was delicious. Our server was really on top of everything. We had a good family time. The food was DELICIOUS!! We got there around 8:45 am and they had free valet parking which was a nice surprise... I have it a five star DESPITE the service being a slow start... When the waitress finally came to our table she was very polite and efficient... From there our food came out quite fast and we had no complaints!! Our table was kept free of dirty dishes and it was a joint effort by all waiters and waitresses to provide everything we needed!!

My server was friendly, and the food was just what you'd expect. It wasn't very busy at the time, so the service was quick. The place was clean.

Food was excellent and ready right on time. We catered a breakfast party and ihop was fantastic.

The restuarant is updated and nice. The customer service was excellent. Food was brought timely after I ordered and was good. There is a strange sewage smell when walking into restaurant that is not pleasant. Something that management may want to look into. Other than that, my experience at this IHOP was good. Will be back to eat here.

It was fun getting re-aquainted after the re-branding effort. The service was exceptional. I had a simple ham &cheese omelette and it was cooked perfectly. The place was jam packed. I really like the never ending pot of coffee.

They're trying their best during the pandemic, so I applaud them for that. Returning home from a long weekend road trip early in the morning, I didn't have the energy to cook us breakfast but also didn't want to drive through somewhere, so my fiancee and I settled on stopping by this IHOP in the hopes they had some outdoor seating. They did, and boy was I grateful for it. Servers wearing gloves and masks, which put me a bit more at ease. Big fans make the outdoor eating area a bit more tolerable (early in the morning, at least), so that was a nice touch. The food was what you'd expect from IHOP, eggs cooked how you want (Though it's been YEARS since an IHOP properly melted the cheese on my eggs--come on!) with some meat, potatoes and pancakes. I was grateful they were open and taking steps to keep us safe when we needed a breakfast cooked by a professional.

Service is pretty unpredictable. Sometimes service is fast and reliable other times it is very slow and the waiters don't pass by. The food quality is always the same so any of your breakfast cravings will be satisfied there. Just expect a much longer wait time when going with large groups.

I ordered strawberry and banana pancakes but I got regular pancakes with strawberry and bananas on top. Which is dumb. When someone orders blueberry pancakes do you put blueberries on top of the pancakes instead of in them? Really? I knew what I was asking for! The menu said the pancakes would be filled with the fruit AND "crowned" with them. Obviously, I had to ask for them to be redone. Our waitress was a polite enough about it. Now I don't know if the waitress didn't know what was up with the pancakes or if the cook didn't so I ain't gonna comment on that. Besides that little mistake, the service was excellent. They're quite attentive to patrons there. And the food was up to par with any IHOP I've been to. P.S. I ordered hot chocolate, it was 2.99. It was smallish and definitely tasted like "instant" hot chocolate. So, it was tasted powdery and lackluster BUT it was topped with whipped cream( topping), much to my delight. They should use tablet chocolate for the hot chocolate instead of nasty powder. Though, I understand why they don't. It is a bit more labor intensive since it has to be continuously mixed.

Was provided with adequate service from the staff. There was a bit of a wait but it was no longer than 15minutes. The front desk person was perhaps not having her greatest day as she didn't seem to be in the smiling mood but who can blame someone on an the chance of an off day or rough day. The food was really good & filling. Syrup selection also on point. Make sure to ask for their variaty syrups if you're feeling adventurous.

These IHOPs are petty consistent and this one was fine. Service was a little spotty but the server was very pleasant and sincere. Prices are up, but again, not more than a lot of other places. The food is fixed as ordered oh, and the recipes are pretty good. The menu has been upgraded over the years, and I miss some of my old favorites, but I always find something that will satisfy me when I need a good breakfast.

I've been here plenty of times. I always get the same order DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER ADD AVOCADO & MEDIUM RUNNY EGG WITH HEAVY MAYO THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE LOL not bad at all comfort zone

Place overall is good, please make when the guest sits down that you greet them within 2 to 3 minutes. Bring the drinks out as soon as possible. Make sure you repeat the order and place it correctly, allowing the family to eat together comfortably. Otherwise the food was good just fix these minor details and service will improve. Thank you guys , we will be back.

Today we had the 2-2-2 breakfast 🥞 👍 quick seating and quick service, although think we showed up right on time ☺️ there was a waiting list when we left. Server was great. No issues. Car wash right next door to this I Hop for those looking to wash their car and have something to eat. 👍Nice convenience for you.

The experience was not stellar. They messed up my order four times in the single visit, and I had to ask to speak to the manager. They did comp the meal, but felt a star for the screw up and unreactive service each was appropriate. Would go back. Maybe impression might improve. In my experience, the manager tries to apologize after the second or third mess up on a single order. Beyond that, the server did not check with me to see if the food was prepared alright shortly after delivery. Had to wait about ten or twenty minutes for her to show. They overcooked my steak once, they re-fired the same steak as if it was going to get rawer when they served it to me, and re-fired another to the same results. They also had to redo my French toasted doughnut after leaving the sauce on despite clear instruction otherwise.

I don't go out very often. I've been to IHOP a few times and it is a bag of tricks. Sometimes it is very good. Sometimes it isn't. This visit left a great deal to be desired. Coffee was served on a thermus, what I can understand, however the coffee was already lukewarm. Not a good start right off the bat. The food was okay but also cold. My friend's omelette had to be rewarmed. It seems to me that good service and food are becoming a thing of the past. It's a shame.

I got the steak tips breakfast meal since I needed a gluten-free option. Didn't want to risk them messing up the omelette with the pancake batter. It was okay but I noticed that a few of the steak tips seemed darn near raw in the middle. They tasted as though they had spent all night in a heavy marinade. It wasn't completely inedible but was difficult at times. The restaurant as a whole was well staffed and pleasant to be in.

This place is good , not sure why it's as expensive as it is these days. Wish I had a coupon or something since it just doesn't seem worth it . Quality is way better than years ago though, and more consistent. No no dairy creamer for your coffee. That's just weird.

I went to fo eat with my husband around 6 am and we place our order, and then the waitresses working at that time were having a conversation with other customers. I'm thinking the conversation was so good because they took about 40 to 50 minutes to bring us our food. The waitress who took our order said I'm sorry it's because they were cleaning the grill. She could it had told us that since we place our order and we would it had left. But the food was delicious I'm not going to lie.

I had to said that the food wasn’t like always, my steak was under cooked and super salty, onion ring was ok, but the service was great the lady who serve us was very attentive.

Service tonight rating it from 1 to 10 i would give it a 3. Go be seated for two we had to wait a more than 10 minutes. No one acknowledged us after they took our name down. As far as our waiter he was amazing and so polite. I felt bad I didn't have more money to leave him for tip tonight. But he did an amazing job! 2ish I could remember his name to add it on here.

I used to like bringing my family over a lot. It’s disappointing that the service has changed dramatically! The wait time is super long and the service not great... we waited about 30 minutes to get refills on our drinks and when they didn’t show up we decided to leave, good thing we did not have to wait for our waiter to bring our check if not that would Have added additional wait time. This has happened with our last 2 visits.

Today I went to I HOP in Downey with my wife and mother in law around around 1:40 p.m. When we got here the host was not friendly or hospitable. We got a waitress that looked like she was in a bad mood, not very pleasant. My wife and I ordered hamburgers, which were good. My mother in law ordered a grilled chicken hamburger with wheat toast bread. Her sandwich did not look good. Her meat was greasy and did not taste good. It tasted as if it was microwaved she only ate half of it. I ordered a coffee and the cup was dirty . It looked like cheese in the bottom of the cup and the side. That was really disgusting. My mother in law felt sick to her stomach a short time later. I don’t know what went wrong today at this restaurant but we surely won’t be coming here again any time soon. I spent $51 for an unpleasant experience. Workers should not be hired if they can’t make your dining experience a memorable one. The owners should reevaluate their employees and hold them accountable for their actions. As for me I would like my money back for the inconvenience. I am disabled and don’t come out much because of my illness but when I do, I want to enjoy these moments with my family. I believe it’s very important to hold high standards when serving others. I was sat down right away with my daughter, but it took them 20 minutes to take our order. And it took another 25 minutes to get our breakfast. When the order came it was missing my daughter's fruit. The waiter was nice and fixed the problem right away. I feel you guys should go by the speed of your kitchen rather than the speed of your waiters to judge flow of the customers eating experience.

Not all IHOPs are the same. This location wasn't particularly busy so the wait was not too bad. Once seated, the servers seemed too busy although they gathered to sing someone happy birthday and there were several servers available. T We ordered a split decision (my order) and two steak and eggs breakfast with an additional side of loaded mashed potatoes. For drinks we started with a pot of coffee two waters and a strawberry lemonade. I wanted to ask for two soft drinks to accompany the meals when the food arrived but the servers never stopped by. We did not even get an offer to refill our water glasses despite having finished them before the meal arrived. The pancakes were undercooked which I'm not a fan of. Maybe I have to ask for well done pancakes? Either way I do enjoy IHOP on a Sunday but I'll pass at this location. To be fair, everyone else liked the pancakes even though they fell apart on the fork. If that is more your style, bon appetit! Give this location a chance and leave your review perhaps my experience was the outlier.

The restrooms were dirty, they had IHOP bags for trash liners in the women’s restroom. Our waitress seemed bothered with any request we had and like she hated her job , we only saw her about 3 times. Horrible service , will not be come back to this location. Update: my mom paid the bill that day and I just learned from my other sister that the waitress Annette added her own tip on the receipt. This was the most horrible experience ever the moment we walk in was the only best part as we sat down it took 5 minutes just to take drink orders and ordering food which 30 minutes to bring out. Also the lady who brought the food, i asked her for some ranch dressing and she never brought it. So i was almost done with my meal and finally got my ranch dressing at least have ketchup on the table. When asking for the check it took him 10 to bring it to us he said he got tied up in a restaurant that wasnt even full. When paying the bill took another 10 minutes also hostess was not even around and when she finally came from where she was rude and gave attitude when i asked i want to pay my bill and leave. I will never be coming to this IHOP again it's horrible service

I had the worst experience with my family of five today Veterans Day. The waitress never came back for refills or to bring to the receipt. I had to ask another waitress to bring bill or am going to leave without paying. If they are not responsible to help out customers they should not be working The place is empty, and they could not handle customers, Bad service, and un-professional. That why places are going out off business. 3- hours waisted time.

The wait is about an hour when the hostess tells you it's only 20 minutes! Another family that was waiting to be seated when we arrived was seated, ate, paid and we were still waiting for a table. In the meantime another person walked in and a waitress sat her right away. We didn't get a table until I got up and complained. Then when we're seated and I ask why it took an hour the hostess says they only have 1 cook. She should've said that since I asked what the wait time was! We would have gone somewhere else. When we finally get our table, there's smashed up food under the table. So disgusting! And when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager never came out to talk to me. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went in for the first time the other day and my family waited forever to be served. We got tired of waiting and I had three hungry kids so we decided to just leave. When the waitress say us leaving she then decided to come to the table. I then told her that she took to long and we were leaving. It's my Birthday and I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated there we're no people 12:00 Am . Then I had to wait another ten minutes so they can ask what we would like to drink. When they finally did come to our table I asked for a coffee with hazelnut creamer and the server named zola did not have a good attitude when she told me they did not have any and we also had to wait an extra twenty minutes to pay.

The customer service was very poor, the sinks were clogged. I stayed in room 508 and the safety box out service

Me and my girl friend ordered steak and eggs along with a chicken sandwich combo. This is the second time she comes to this location and she gets sick from eating the steak. Maybe something in the food or food poising. We are no longer coming back

Service was ok, not bad, but not great either. Food was terrible however. Chicken Strips and Fries were way too salty and too brown/ overcooked which from experience is because either the fryer hasn't been cleaned or because they have been reheated. Definitely did not taste freshly made. I'm not one to waste food so didn't send it back and simply decided not to order anything else as I was still hungry. Also side note, when dishes are washed, they should be properly air dried before placing food on them, the dishes me and my friend got our food in were still wet from the wash, which is unhygienic, you simply do not put food on a wet plate. For the price you're better off ordering something else or going somewhere else entirely. Cane's, Chik-fil-a, and Wingstop all have better Chicken strips & Fries at a fraction of the price. This place isn't as good as it used to be. I used to live this place, now it's clearly below average

My Wife and I are both Seniors . We seen advertisement on TV about $7 breakfasts so we went . After being seated I asked server about the Specials and she said no we don’t have those. We were disappointed and ordered off regular menu. Upon getting Home my wife called the restaurant and asked if they had any Specials and the person who answered said YES we do have those specials. Very disappointed. We will not be going back . They Lost my Respect and Business

Really bad service they sit me down and the entire time I was there . I never receive my meal at all I feel lime it was a racial problem and honestly it's really disappointed at the waitress knowing she was my own race

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Maria F is the absolute rudest server I have ever had at any IHOP in my 25+ years of being a customer. Attitude from the beginning. Me and my 3y/o came in for lunch. He's potty training so bathroom breaks are a must. Got up to use the bathroom (left my Dodgers hat and my sons toys on the table) and our server stopped us. I told her he needed the bathroom, so she rolled her eyes and pointed us to the corner. Mind you never once mentioning the door requires a code. We had to walk back looking for someone to give us the code. Then she dumps our receipt on the table without asking if we were done. My son wanted a hot cocoa like they have on the picture at the table. Felt like she was rushing us out. Asked for a box and after she brought it we waited to pay. I seen all the other customers walking up and paying at the front register, so I thought that was the system. As we are walking halfway to the register she cuts us off and blocks us saying we have to pay before we leave, as if we were attempting to leave without paying. She blocked the aisle and said we had to pay on her tablet and made a scene. Being racially profiled for being bald and Mexican is ridiculous and unacceptable. I'm more than that, I'm also a 40 y/o single dad, work full time, honorably discharged combat veteran with military tattoos down my arms. When I brought up the incident to the employee at the front register she assured me that I am 100% allowed to pay at the front and that she didn't know why my server said I had to pay at the table. Update: The owner replied with a link that has not resolved anything. I have tried multiple times to reach out as they requested with the link THEY provided. My family went for early dinner the other day, walked in and couldn’t even find a server to seat us, afterwards we looked at the menu gave our order, now mind you there was exactly four tables with customers in the entire restaurant, a couple came in and was seated directly behind us, they gave their order and was served their beverages immediately, while waiting for our order the other couples food was served first, we waited 24 minutes for our meal and never once did the server come to our table. The food was Luke warm, the butter on the pancakes never even melted so you know they had been sitting in the kitchen for awhile, not once after being served did anyone come to our table to ask if we needed anything. We finally received our bill which took forever, I might expect this service on a busy night or weekend but not when there was only four tables of customers. We have two Dennys not far from us so I guess from now on we will be going there.

So here's my honest opinion on Ihop, Its not that great if youre coming for deals. They do have an early breakfast special for 7.00+tax+tip but if your order the one that says egg, bacon and hashbrown. It only comes with eggs and diced up bacon, no hash brown if you choose pancakes. Also the pancakes are burnt. I should have just gone to dennys where they have $2,$4,$6 deals for basic breakfast but I decided to give this IHOP another try and it just didn't make the cut. They're gonna go under if they don't compete with better meals and deals since Norms has good food and Dennys has the best deals.

I usually enjoy IHOP, but this visit was really disappointing. After being seated, I waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me—not even a glass of water or a “we’ll be right with you.” I watched servers pass by multiple times, helping other tables that were seated after me. I get that places can be short-staffed or busy, but a quick check-in would’ve gone a long way. I ended up leaving without ordering, which is a first for me. Hoping this was just an off day, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (and not the pancake kind).

This place is ok but what i ordered was beyond my expectations.. spicey is the ticket!!!.. ok so update... just went this morning Spent $14 for 4 pancakes which were supposed to be New York cheesecake pancakes and all I got were regular pancakes with literally 3 small little pieces of cheesecake (see pic w holes) I couldn't even taste it.. The server wasn't very good and when I did get the meal that I ordered the sausages were cold and my hash Brown was overly cooked.. Overall I spent about $55 not including the tip for 4 pancakes 1 breakfast and one child's breakfast a coffee and a hot chocolate ridiculous that was really ridiculous.. Now I remember why I don't go to ihop.. Although I have to say that Mexican breakfast with chili that I had there the last time was good...this time was an epic fail.
