New location in Dumas is great at consistently getting our order wrong. Don’t bother unless you want the wrong drinks.

If you want cold brew this isn’t the stop. They never have it. Been twice within a 3 day window and still none. You would think if it sells quick maybe just maybe make more. Now when it has it all is good there is nothing wrong with this place. Starbucks shouldn’t run out of any coffee.

If you want cold brew this isn’t the stop. They never have it. Been twice within a 3 day window and still none. You would think if it sells quick maybe just maybe make more. Now when it has it all is good there is nothing wrong with this place. Starbucks shouldn’t run out of any coffee.

Went by on Monday, the barista had no knowledge what a keto coffee drink is. I asked her to improvise the drink. I walked her through it but she appeared to be upset. I take my business because it’s good coffee. What’s the point if the barista is trying to serve what she wants to put in my coffee. If I ask for vanilla sugar free, add the 3 pumps, froth the almond milk, and 3 stevia packages, clearly she was absentminded. I had to drive around and get off the vehicle to get it right. I was pleasant and kind. Amarillo is a step ahead. I explained throughly as I could. She closed the window, fast forward, asked for the same drink. She filled my cup to the rim. Upon receiving the cup, the lid was loose causing the drink overflowing onto my cup holders. The Manager tried to make it right. It’s a bet late, not going back.

Expect nothing and expect to be disappointed. You will also not get service if within 20min of closing.

My wife drove a long way to get us some drinks just to have mine completely wrong. They just made two of what she ordered for herself. Its like the staff doesnt even listen to you. Not the first time it has happened. Very dissapointed

I arrived close to closing. There were 4 people behind the counter. When I walked up I asked if they were still open and one of them said no we are closed. I questioned why they were closed when it was 5 minutes before closing time listed. She responded with "well we ran our of a bunch of things." It was obvious they were making excuses and not interested in our business. I do not recommend.

20 minutes for a coffee, hope you have extra time is your coming here
