BK is the best when it comes to eating non-taco breakfast - their croissant breakfast sandwiches are great.

Girls in the morning are very nice. They are the reason i choose Burger King over McDonald's.

So we don't eat out very often so we take advantage of the chances that we get. today I got to try the impossible Burger. A 100% whopper was 0% meat. I have tried other veggie burgers, bean burgers and soy burgers and this was definitely one of the best veggie burgers I have had.

Can't vouch for the interior, but the drive-thru was quick. The staff got my order correct and greeted me pleasantly. The burger was pretty good (veggies were crisp, meat was hot, bun was fresh, etc.) By fast food standards, it was a quality experience.

This is the first time I try Eagle Pass Burger King and I ordered a Original Ch'King meal and everything was freshly made after I ordered. There was no big lines it was super fast and food was tasty. Highly satisfied with the quality of the food and great customer service.

To be honest this was the place I came to after visiting Mexico and crossing the border obviously. My kids loved it especially because it had a big playground and the people at night are very very friendly. Although they might be young but they are very clean and I didn't have to wait so long for my food so that's perfect.

Unfortunately, Burger King has succumbed to shrinkflation. The originsl chicken sandwich is definitely not the same size as it used to be. Food portion decreased while prices increased. Additionally, personnel do not take the time to properly make or wrap them.

Food prices have increased while food portion sizes have decreased. Original Chicken Sandwich has shrunken in size. Chicken Sandwich was sloppily constructed. Mayo dressing was on the outside of bun.

I had ordered my hamburger with out ketchup and of course they made them with ketchup and when you pay for your meal you should get what you paid for

Place was clean, service was excellent but the food was COLD! So cold that my cheese slice barely got soft, fries were even cold!

According to US standards this place was a dump. Young girl started sweeping a carpet with broom and begun to pick up dust. Upon leaving the door was locked im guessing they close the lobby at a certain time? First time in a while dining in, it's drive thru the next time.

They forgot some items in order and I went back in person but I had no idea that you have to call ahead of time. Nevertheless, it was still okay. 😅

Pricewise, you can't beat this place. Good food for a low price is never bad. However, service can be a little better. It wouldn't hurt to treat people like royalty... Hello, it is Burger King.

This is, after all, a fast food restaurant. Do not expect some fancy food set up with garnishes and seasoning and a chef in the kitchen. Food is as expected: cold, half-a**ed, and quickly put together by minimum wage employees (this is not a punch at them I respect the employees all the same as I would a doctor). The play area was dirty and none of the tables were ready for my family and I to eat at so we had to clean a table. Overall, all things considered I wasn't expecting a 5 star restaurant. So I give it a 3 star rating.

Came here to use a gift card. Had a coffee and whopper and onion rings. There was no lettuce 🥬 available, so the burger had no veggies at all. The onion rings are just horrible, in my opinion. Coffee was good

EVERY single time that I order breakfast croissant through door dash or go myself through the drive-thru, i get the incorrect order. I’m not a huge fan of the sausage croissant so I order the one with ham. And what do I get? You guessed it. It has happened three times already counting this morning. This never happens when I get lunch or dinner there. So dissatisfied.

Staff poorly trained. Long wait time to get order (20 minutes) burger thrown together. Fries cold and soggy. Oil needed changing. Fries had bitter aftertaste.

I wish I could give no stars because they had horrible service, the drivethru lady was trying to hurry me up. Every time I said "can I have a #7 with a Diet Coke" and she replied the total. I told her I wasn't done and she said ok what else. And I ordered a whopper and again say the total but I still had another order. I think that's just rude because they r rushing me when I have 4 people to feed. And the second window just throws my food at me and slams the window, I sat there waiting to get ketchup and mayo for 5 min until he recognized me. There was no greeting and any one saying to have a great afternoon or to come back soon. McDonald's always has a pleasant greeting and smiling faces. I didn't get any of that here. Needs to improve on service and not to mention my food!!! My burger was stacked horribly!!! This place needs help or a new manager!!! I can't eat my bacon with my burger like this!!! I'm driving and can't fix it on the road!!!!

I order 2 stakehouse double burger. One of the burgers was missing a main ingredient and was squezzed from the buns. The other burger the onions that where placed seemed like they where the leftover from the bottom of the tray. Oh and when I called the manager was rude and did not give me a proper solution. She wanted me to take back the order and it's like mam I have to drive 30 min to get my order or money back for their mistake. Oh she try to blame it on me for not ordering right. Well guess what manager the receipt is Correct but the burgers are not.
