Barbecue and/or Sushi... we went for California rolls, Miso. Gyoza, and house salad... the ginger dressing is great. Godzilla a little more done than I like, but we'll fix that next time. We usually go to Wabi Sabi, but I think we found a new place.
Great food! Did the KBBQ. The owner is very nice and came to our table to chat. She even flipped and cut out meat for us :)
Amazing, love the food and staff, very attentive and high quality.
Have been going here since 2012. It's changed over the years but the food is great and the chefs are so nice! Sitting at the sushi bar is a must!
Food was great, service was amazing. Had a great time, servers were pretty fast and really nice.
Stellar eating experience! The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive, and the food was so delicious! We tried 4 different rolls, edamame, and seafood Udon soup, and it was all so good. Can't wait to go back!
Service was excellent. We had Korean BBQ for 5 adults so lots of plates coming and going, the staff was on top of it without being a nuisance. Food was very good. We had the average, mid-grade food which was tasty and fresh. Atmosphere was good, not dirty or cluttered, not a lot of bling and loud music. Good for a family experience and introduction to different Asian food. Next time we might splurge for the top grade Korean BBQ selections.
Such a lovely experience, all meat tasted very high quality and the servers were so sweet to me and my grandmother. Owner was also very helpful explaining certain menu items to my grandmother (and didn’t judge her for asking for a fork lol). Will definitely be coming back here with more friends as the portions are huge for the price you pay!
The servers don't have assigned tables, and they run around serving the same table. It gets annoying. They also forget about your table thinking someone else helped you. I usually don't tip since there's not one server that helped.
Food is always fresh, and reliably good. Servers are friendly, always room and no wait. Prices are not to expense. Good for a family of 6. Fast food is expensive nowadays, just have a nice lunch or dinner
Good place to get korean bbq. All the sides (banchan) are really good especially the pickled radish paper, the fish cake, and the kimchi. The meat options are also really good and they give big portions. Our sever was very attentive and helpful with ordering and looking at the menu. Haven't tried the sushi, but there was another group of customers that got the sushi it looked pretty good and we will be back to try it.
Austin was the best over here. Services 5 star. I read negative reviews before coming over but it was completely different for me and the wife. No complaints whatsoever. Food, device and equipment was good. We came on a Saturday at 5pm. Come hungry, you’ll enjoy it.
The food was great! The restaurant was packed but my husband and I sat at the bar with no wait. We ordered a hand full of rolls but the memorable one for the nite was the Poke roll. It has raw cut fish marinaded in sauce and cut apples on top of the roll. My husband did not expect to like it but we both loved it. We also really enjoyed the shrimp shumai.
Absolutely no complaint! We went on a rainy night. It was just perfect. We received lots of attention from the staff. Everything was served in a timely manner. Thank you Alyssa for your tips and professionalism. Top-notch service. It was only my second time at a Korean BBQ so I had questions about the menu choices. I asked for recommendations. And the staff was amazing. Shout out to the owner who also serviced our table. Helping me cut the meats that was really appreciated. All food tasted delicious. Fresh meats, and seafood. Well seasoned highly recommend this place. I also have been here for sushi and that is another thing they do just right.
1st time here and it was a great experience, really fresh and tasty food. Service was above and beyond.
The kbbq was delicious and good quality. Staff are also hardworking! Kimchi is handmade by owner and it is so much better than storebought!
We come here almost once a week. The rolls are really good. If you like spice 911 is really good it has a mango habanero sauce, we also get the citrus salmon, and alternate between Autum roll, inn n out, or snow white.
This was a last minute choice for a Friday and it was the right choice! So bomb! The service, the food, the drinks...bomb!! We ordered spicy garlic edamame, Lion King roll, Special roll, dragon roll, and baked salmon..along side some margaritas. Can't say it enough, it was BOMB!!
This is our go to spot. The spicy edamame is always a must. We have a handful of favorites rolls but our most recent favorite is the Lion King roll. Thanks Brian for always being so hospitable.
Really impressed with the food here. Walked in and it was empty.., which worried me. But after trying the AYCE Korean BBQ, I was very impressed. Good service. Great quality meats and sides. I have been to quite a few Korean BBQs and this is my favorite for flavor so far. A little pricey ($117 plus tip for 2!)
Best sushi and Korean BBQ in Eastvale! The service my husband and I received from Reece was unmatched. We live in Eastvale but it was our first time eating here. She was very informative and made excellent suggestions for us. The gentleman who brought our meats was extremely kind as well. We’ll definitely be back with friends and family! Thank you 🙏🏽

Most famous and favorite sushi restaurant in Eastvale, CA! Fresh! Tasty! Kind! And clean!!! I can recommend to anyone in USA! Ah….I missed to try their BBQ…think they only serve for dinner… oh well… next time!😆
The sushi rolls were excellent and our young male drive didn't skip a beat. He was sending the entire restaurant by himself and he was on top of it. We went for lunch
Reese, Austin, Kim were amazing. First time trying this restaurant while visiting family. I love KBBQ so I have high expectations. There were additional staff helping but loved seeing how everyone worked together to help each table. There was also a mishap on my end and the owner helped resolve it without making a huge issue out of it. All the meat options were so tasty and I had no complaints. Relaxed vibe and the layout is very open. Thank you all for your level of service.
Our server Chris was on top of things and made sure we were well taken care of on a busy Friday dinner rush. The sushi and Korean BBQ were great. The side dishes were close to authentic.

Did not do ayce. The spicy edamame was so good! We also got the ultimate salmon(bottom) and the crazy super roll. Both very good! Could have skipped the gyoza we had. They were ok. Everything else was great. We came during peak dinner time on a Friday night and did not have to wait too long either. Will definitely be back to try more
I ordered three special rolls. The lobster Diablo was alright, but I just couldn't understand the combination of hot lobster and cold rice—it was not good. The ingredients were great, but together, not much. The rest of the rolls were yummy, with good quality tuna and eel. By the way if you planing to go to the bar, they do have a one but without a bartender. They make drinks by googling the ingredients, which, in my opinion, defeats the purpose of having a bar.
Perfect place for a fun evening! We weren't aware that we'd be coming or own meat with barely an hour before a movie so make time to enjoy the experience! Service was excellent! It would be perfect with a few more seasonings if you're not used to cooking Korean BBQ! Would definitely do this again!
Service was great. We were not sat by the bar but I had questions about the menu items listed there. Got Japanese Scallops and they were amazing, should have got two orders. Rolls were great and for feeding a family of 5 wasn’t too bad. Got 3 appetizers 4 rolls , bowl of Ramen and sushi. Everything came out at a good pace .
Bro service amazing food I only go for Korean bbq sushi ok

Went here for the first time. Place was pretty empty when we walked in. They were serving only a couple of tables. Even then it took a while to even get a menu. They only had one waiter who seemed to be all over the place ,including as a bartender. There was only 2 of us We Finally ordered off the menu, had one beer each, didn't eat much. Mostly appetizers. We were surprised when we got the bill ! $110 dollars. Not going here again.
The menu says they have cherry coke, the male server lied and said we only regular coke(I asked him at least three times). Then a female waitress came over and I asked for a cherry coke, she brought one over. The calamari was over fried, very tough. The chicken and rice was very delicious. Be careful, they charge me twice for a soda, $3.50 a piece. The male server needs to leave his (low self esteem) attitude at home and learn to be polite and friendly like the female waitress.
Overpriced sushi! The basic rolls are expensive and the specialty rolls even more expensive, ranging from 17 to 20 per roll. I understand it economy thats taking a hit, but places cant serve with these prices. They dont do AYCE as well. This will be the first and last time to visit.
Meat quality was lower than expected, surprise upcharges ($13 kids ice cream, $9 adult ice cream, extra charge for spicy seasoning on edamame), rushed service despite being within the dining window, and bill brought out mid-meal. Not the experience you expect for $150 AYCE (myself and my three year old only).
Service was terrible, and they messed up our order. We ordered 2 rolls, one of them was missing an ingredient, and the other one added tamago which wasn't on the menu, and we both dislike. When I asked the waiter about it, he said he could bring the ingredient and put it on the side, which was mango. And for the other, he said I could just pick it out 🤦🏼♀️. I also asked the waiter about another item on the menu and then when he came back, he answered it. So, I said, I wanted it, and then he said, oh, but we don't have it today. It's only on weekends. Double🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️... I will never go back here only because of the remedy they recommend.... mango that they forgot on the side and the are ingredient they said " pick it out".... Omg. Never again.

We used to be regulars at Zip, going in almost weekly for KBBQ. We would bring friends and family to our (used to be) go to spot. That loyalty apparently means nothing now. Recently, we were told that no matter how large the party or how much we order, we’re only allowed two egg pots or tofu soups. Why? Because of egg prices. That’s right, even if you drop several hundred dollars on one of their expensive combos for large parties, you still get rationed like it’s the apocalypse. I could understand limiting extras for a small group asking for five servings each, but a party of eight asking for three? That’s completely reasonable, especially considering that these sides are traditionally unlimited at Korean BBQ spots. Annoying? Yes. Understandable? Maybe. But today was the final straw. I went with one other person. Just two of us. Still, we ordered the combo, enough food for four, because we wanted to enjoy dinner and take leftovers home. When I asked for a few takeout boxes to split our leftovers, the owner snapped NO and she’d only give me two. I explained we had a lot of meat and I wanted to keep the sides separate. She walked away. I tried asking the server for ONE small side dish box to pack the sides (and I’d have to mix all the sides at that). His response? “Sorry, the owner told me not to give you any boxes.” Are. You. Serious? You’re really going to lose a loyal customer over a $0.05 to-go box? We’re done. No more Zip for me, my family and our friends. Hope limiting takeout containers helps you balance those egg costs! Good luck with that Mrs. Kim, while you watch your customer base walk out the door. 👋
Food was so horrible customer service was so bad don’t think ill ever go back there again and the manager needs to work on their customer service
My mother and I used to eat at this place for almost 10 years. We were good friends with the owner and the food was always good which prompted us to come back for more nights out here. I eventually started working for the owner as a bus boy for my first job and my perception of the restaurant completely changed. What many people with bad reviews on this place say is that the service is horrible, which from personal experience is true. While working my shift I noticed that the waiters just stand around like buffoons, sometimes just sitting on their phones only looking for people to seat and get orders from while my other coworkers and I were working hard cleaning up after customers left, cleaning the dishes in the kitchen, washing down the tables, and setting up new places for customers. I worked hard the few nights I worked here and after somewhat learning how to do my work as a bus boy was pushed around by a control freak waiter who demanded me to sweep the floors when there was nothing there, and clean the disgusting kitchen drains just so he didn’t have to himself simply because I was in “training”. He also told me to clear a table “faster” when I was going as quickly,as a I could without being sloppy and making a mess. After not even a full week I was let go BY MY FAMILY FRIEND WHO GAVE ME THE JOB KNOWING I HAD NO EXPERIENCE. because my coworkers complained that I was “too slow” even when I did my best as an employee in training. I am devastated at the treatment I received while working with the other employees who went behind my back and complained to the manager when I did everything I was supposed to on the job and more attempting to seat people when no one else was around and get peoples drinks. The service doesn’t actually care about the customers or how they are treated, they only care about how big their tip pool is by pushing out employees that genuinely care about the service and the 10.50 they get an hour.
If you're a single person and you're craving korean barbecue, do not go to zip. They will discriminate against you. I was just told I cannot be served korean barbecue because i'm by myself. If I could give a 0 to this place, I'd give a ZERO!
This place was absolutely disgusting. I am not sure about the good reviews. We went for the Korean bbq , the brisket sauce is too spicy , the miso soup is flavorless , the corn cheese is disgusting. The rice paper was burning hot. It’s crazy how you still have to pay for such a disgusting meal We will not be back
I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and at first had really positive experiences. As of late, the quality of service has gradually taken a nose dive, to the point where I do not see myself returning to this restaurant. For context, during my most recent visit there were about 4 small parties eating KBBQ, the restaurant was quite empty. This is a quick summary of the night. - Lack of coordination among staff: Three different servers repeatedly came to our table asking the same questions throughout the entire meal. - Delays and errors with food: Multiple incorrect items were brought to our table (for example, extra rice, extra steamed eggs, and meats we did not order). - Poor communication with guests: We ordered several side dishes that never arrived, and for the ones that did, we had to follow up multiple times before receiving them. - The fastest service we received was the check
