They sold us "natural" fruit water, but it tasted like the juice they advertised, but with way too much ice. Some of the stews needed a little more salt. The waiters were very attentive and friendly.

The staff are very friendly. My complaint is about the franchise itself; it's getting worse and worse. It turns out they don't make substitutions, whether it's due to a matter of taste or because someone can't eat certain foods. I think it's terrible that they don't make substitutions if the ingredients are available; there should be flexibility. Now, any substitution is charged at $19, even though it's NOT EXTRA; it's just a change of side dish. It's rude that for what you pay, what you get for the dish is so meager. We paid $19 to change chilaquil for nopales, and they give you half a measly little nopal, not even the whole piece (when 10 nopales cost $20). Before, they gave you two nopales at no extra cost. The quantity and quality of the food is getting worse and worse. People buy out of hunger, but it's not worth it. The franchises get rich thanks to us.

I ordered a burrito and a drink through Didi Food. The burrito was tiny and looked more like a bean taco than a steak taco. The Tang drink was ridiculously expensive, and the prices were a bit high. I'm never ordering from there again. Seriously, get tacos from somewhere else.

Terrible service, they are behind you to give you flyers, but when it comes to asking them to take your order they act like fools, the individual grill (wire) is more onion and bell pepper than meat, and apart from everything undercooked, the waitress is very rude and is on her cell phone, she is not attentive, I was still eating and she took away my plate without asking me if she could take it or if I had finished and then she put it back with her face and sliding it across the table rudely

Terrible service. They serve your so-called salad bar on a tiny cake plate, which consists of elbow macaroni soup, nopales (cactus pads), a pork rind, onion, jicama, and carrots. We ordered a mixed grill, and obviously, it was impossible to eat from a cake plate. When we asked for a larger one, they refused, saying they only had a limited number. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT EAT THERE. The manager is the Black man in the photos.

The burritos had very little meat and a lot of beans. The water tasted like Tang or something similar. The price is outrageous. The service is good, but the food is terrible. Save your money, don't go to this place.

It used to be good, now I don't know what happened, but they give you the meat cold, raw, and freshly defrosted, and they take a long time to place your order. I went on February 20, 2018, and honestly, the hygiene was appalling. The cashier had the flu and was sneezing near the food, and he wasn't wearing a mask. Besides, the cashier was eating directly from the salad bar, using a fork to eat. Disgusting.
