As for the donuts...the best, especially when there are promotions. The variety of pastries you find at Krispy's is a delight to the palate and at very affordable prices...and not to mention their exquisite coffee, which is second to none...a great place for a delicious dessert...excellent. ☺️☺️❤️❤️💯💯

I went for a promotion and they took forever to serve me because they were playing around. When they finally helped me, they "played" and told my husband there wouldn't be any change, it was all a tip. Terrible employees, especially on a Tuesday. I went early on a Tuesday and the guy wouldn't help me because he said he was alone, so if I wanted a coffee, he wasn't going to steal the guy from me... Then I came back later and he told me he didn't have ice, so I went around three times and the ice never came. I went another Tuesday, it was 3pm and they didn't have ice for a frappe, and the employees still get mad because you want a frappe. How many sales does Krispy Kreme lose because of the laziness of its employees? 😖

Today, August 14th, I went to redeem a donut promotion. The guys on duty initially didn't want to redeem it, and started asking each other questions, but in a non-serious way, being incredibly relaxed. Finally, they granted us the promotion. They kept playing, not paying attention to what they were doing, as if they didn't want to serve us anymore. It was approximately 7:30 p.m. When I paid with a $200 bill, from which they would have received $120. The cashier asked for $20 because he apparently didn't have any change. The cashier didn't give him the change. As they continued playing, we received the donuts and asked for the change. The three employees responded, "No," that they had already given it to them. They laughed and mumbled, and that's how they didn't give us the change because they were playing. Terrible service today.

Horrible service at Krispy Walmart Las Americas. The salespeople are never keen to sell, even refusing service because there are no straws. This is the second time they've refused to sell me a product. Terrible service, they're very despotic and lazy!

I went to this branch in Plaza las Américas, in the ground floor corridor. I told the cashier that a fly had landed on the counter where the donuts were. He just glanced over, looked like he saw it, and ignored me. The fly kept landing on the donuts. It was really unhygienic, and to make matters worse, I had already paid for them. In short, terrible service. The guy didn't even apologize, didn't say anything, just waited for me to leave.

The service is terrible. The staff treats people however they want and shows no respect for the location. The dozen donuts I ordered ended up being given to someone else because they were out of stock. Without a doubt, one of the worst experiences within the chain.

I went on my birthday to redeem the promotion because it was my birthday. In the end, they told me NO and that they'd move forward because there were people. I agree that's their job, but that wasn't the way or manner to get them to answer you. Terrible service.
