I got a premium entree and paid the extra $1.25...but the amount given for this more expensive food is less than the non-premium food. Since I don't get the quantity for the price I'm paying extra, I don't need to go here again.

We came around lunch time. Excellent customer service, clean lobby & restroom. When we were ordering a lot of the food looked dried, i should of waited an extra 5 minutes until more fresh food came out. This El Cajon on broadway location use to be my favorite but now they seem to serve you small portions, and food is not always fresh looking gotta wait until the new batch comes out.

Asked for half noodles and half rice and ended up with full rice and a sprinkle of noodles that were hard...will never recommend the el Cajon location 🤮

Usually I really enjoy panda express but today was different. I got the fried rice which is usually so good and the Kung pow chicken. The rice had no flavor and the chicken was overly hot and super dry. I meant to call and complain since it was $30 for 2 meals and it was so disappointing. I got busy though and forgot to complain. Very disappointed on my visit and probably won't be back for a while. Not the quality food im used to from here. Although the iced tea was excellent.

Terrible location waited 15 min to order, when it was time to pay they told me this person waited longer than you we need to help them first. Defeats the purpose of convince. Customer service is non existent the manager Carlos has a lot of training to do not just for himself but his team too.

When you’re making fresh food, stop mixing it with the old HARD AS ROCK food. They had just made orange chicken so I asked for it as a side. Instead of giving me fresh chicken they gave me rocks. My grandmother couldn’t even eat it and it’s her favorite. The only reason I came here is because magnolias location was out of fried rice. Do better.

The food did not taste fresh and look like they been sitting out , only thing I was able to get down was the chow mein and fried rice , the server also served very small portions Ï had about 4 large pieces of HARD orange chicken and it had a burnt taste and the rest were little tiny bits on the bottom , string bean chicken was served about 10-15 green beans and 1-2 large pieces of chicken 😢

I came in a few minutes ago. I was the only one in line, initially, I waited a few minutes but it was whatever. They had messed up the people’s order who just paid and were fixing it. The lady takes my order, and I move down the line because I wasn’t getting anything else. I waited for a few more minutes while she helped the gentlemen behind me. Then she comes over and begins ringing up both our orders together. I let her know that we weren’t together. I paid. And continued to wait. I was starting to get a bit annoyed, and then she brings food over and hands 2 plates to the man. He looks confused and tells her he didn’t order two meals. She looks back over at me and I had to tell her AGAIN that I wasn’t with him. She had two of those little side containers (one was my kung poa chicken) she didn’t know which was which and instead of her washing her hands because she was just on the register she opens my side container to confirm it was mine. That annoyed me even more because I’m sorry but that was disgusting. Then, I’m about to let it go and chalk it up to a bad experience and move on only to get home and see SHE DIDNT CLOSE THE SIDE CONTAINER. Food all inside the bag this was by far the more horrible experience at a food place I’ve ever had…makes it even worse to find mushrooms in my food when I didn’t order a meal with mushrooms

Place an order for picked. Once home found that they were missing food items from the order. When I called they informed me I must bring my food and receipt back to the store for a refund. Terrible customer service, and I never got my money back or what I paid for. They food was terrible and I couldn’t even eat what was made. Was stale and cold

I don’t know what happened but I got severe food poisoning after going this past Saturday(12/14). I am not sure if it was the food or their ice machine. This Saturday was the first time we got drinks with our meal. We used to love this place but we can’t go back anymore.

I placed order 4 plates in store I was talking to employer there regarding the recipe and veggie and onion more than noodles and he got mad and upset and he did my order wrong and after that he put in a table and he left inside his name is K as I’m a business owner, we never talk to our customer like this and we served our customers to keep happy should the management take action for this problem
