You can also see it in the simplest way: many local people eat here, and that says more than any words. The Moroccan soup is incredible — rich, grounding, deeply warming, like food that really feeds you. The Moroccan tea is just as beautiful: fragrant, hot, calming, something you want to hold with both hands and breathe in slowly ✨ What truly makes this place special are the people. You can feel how much soul, love and attention they put into their cooking and into welcoming guests. There is a quiet generosity here — very human, very sincere. This place doesn’t try to impress with design or atmosphere. The space itself is simple and modest. But what happens here — through the food, the care and the presence of the people — is truly special. This was my first experience with Moroccan cuisine, and I feel very happy and grateful that it happened exactly here. Both the soup and the tea warmed not only my body, but my whole nervous system — I left feeling calm, supported and full 🧡 We were in El Ejido for only two days, and during that time we ate here three times. This café literally made our stay in the city. Now El Ejido is associated for us with this place, these flavors and these people. Thank you from the heart 🙏
