The bagel sandwich (egg, sausage, cheese) was really good. The coffee was fine. The noise level is outstanding - there was no loud music blaring so it was easy to talk. My only question is why can’t they clean the tables? I saw three tables that needed to be wiped off, and I just had to wipe one clean myself to sit where I wanted to sit (in view of the football game on TV). I know this is a common problem at all fast food places but for some reason it seems Einstein’s should be better than that. I’ll still go back occasionally but the dirty tables detract from the experience.

Overall everything is good here, but it’s a bit expensive for what it is: bagels. Something about this place always feels dingy, and not quite clean. It is clean, but probably some fresh paint, updated furniture, and just a lighter atmosphere would do the trick.

The bagels are pretty delicious in my opinion! I ordered the Chorizo Sunrise and it was pretty tasty!! Make sure to go early in order to have a variety of bagels to choose from! The customer service is alright as other have mentioned, not the best around but not the worst either. Come try them out!

Parking was constrained and someone left a note on my car about how I parked. What they failed to notice was that other people parked outside the lines causing me to adjust my position in the parking lot. No drive thru here. The lox and bagel was only just so so, expensive for the wait and the full taste. The online app sucks coz you can’t take advantage of the rewards coz it won’t migrate to the cart though you log out and log back in. Same as thru a browser. Frustrating experience.

Ordered 1 egg turkey sausage with cheddar on potato roll. Overall the food was okay, I was disappointed because there was no cream cheese on my sandwich. I thought it came on the order but maybe I needed to ask . . . (?) I spent 14.80 so for the price it didn’t equal the quality in my experience. Definitely would recommend if in a pinch for a quick bite ! P.S} I DO NOT RECOMMEND their hash brown it was gross ):

So the last time I went to an Einstein bros was on a busses trip to San Francisco, over the holidays I was gifted a gift card from a colleague for Einstein Bros ,when I visited the SF store it was surprisingly super clean compared to outside area so I was pleased plus it's a bagel right so not complicated . Any how I remember having a good experience and the bagels where fresh and good. So going to this EB as soon as I walk in I'm hit with an unpleasant smell I'm already judging the spot. First of its the early morning like 8:46 am why is all the glass looking like it's never been cleaned, the floors super dirty , the glass where all the bagels are kept warm and trays dirty, the excess coffee bin filled with milk stain and also from the coffee. Let me just say this I have ran a restaurant or 4 in my days and I know for a fact the night crew or closing crew did not or do not do their job cleaning. So disappointed how filthy this place is and unfortunately for me the bagels where not good either. Normally I would let this one go , just don't go back but then how can management do better or get better. As many spots in the area struggling to stay open let me just say as a business owner first impression are how you keep the customers coming back cleaning the spot would help allot and excellent customer service and good food quality.

We travel through El Paso several times a year and always stop at this location for our favorite bagels with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. This morning the bagels were really disappointing. Not as soft as usual and the cream cheese was so thin you can barely tell its there. For the price they charge for the cream cheese, I expect to get a decent amount and I'm not asking for some crazy amount. The coffee is a dark roast but today it was very bitter and just tasted burnt. Overall, a disappointing experience for $20.

The location didn’t look very appealing, the guy who took our order didn’t ok like he cared to be there let alone be of any help the girl cleaning had to assist us. There were flies stuck on the lemonade containers and the ones that didn’t have a fly had stuff floating in the cup. I wouldn’t care to go back

For just standard Nova Lox it is now $9. It’s crazy how much prices have gone up! It came with bare minimum of everything. See picture. Not worth the price. Sad that it’s the new norm to charge more and give less!

The employees here at this location always seem miserable. The garden avocado is supposed to be rich with flavor, this came out dry and disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed because this used to be mine and my boyfriend’s favorite spot for breakfast bagels. While the food has always been delicious, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Today, June 25, 2025, I walked in with my 6-year-old son and was completely ignored by the two men working there. They didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us, and instead continued laughing and chatting with each other while I stood at the counter waiting. When one of them finally looked at me, I gave my order, only to find out they were out of every bagel I wanted. I politely asked if they had one more of a specific bagel, and the second man abruptly jumped into the conversation to rudely say that’s all they had. After I received my order, I calmly let them know that their customer service was lacking. Instead of apologizing, they looked at each other and laughed at me. They did all of this right in front of my son, which made the situation even more upsetting and humiliating. As someone who works in customer service, I understand it can be challenging, but it costs nothing to greet customers and treat them with basic kindness. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated today, I will never return.

It's literally one of the worst einstein bros. I've been to. I was willing to give it another try but today was my last straw. When I placed my order, I was told it'd be done in about 15-20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes after I ordered. Once I got there, I was told there was no more ancient grain, which this is the 3rd time this has happened. Nothing too serious I just ordered another bagel. My order wasn't even started, I waited at the restaurant another 20 minutes, I get home the drinks were already watered down from sitting behind the counter. I do not recommend this location, it's such a bummer because unfortunately it's the only one in ep.

Ordered through uber eats and I received the wrong order :( I ordered their brisket bagel, but received something totally different. The order was cold and the hashbrowns had no flavor whatsoever. The cold brew tasted watered down, very disappointing to pay $20 for a meal that was wrong, cold & flavorless.

Food is always so good. However the coffee and fountain drink are always out. The staff always seem to be out of it. Every employee has an earphone in all the time. They can’t hear you, and take care of you extremely slow. I strongly believe they do lack better customer service and a better manager/team lead to be on top of everything. From staff not having their music on their ears, to the cleanliness of the place, and making sure the coffee,sugars, milks are refilled at all times. While I was here a lady asked if there was coffee made, an employee answered can’t you see me I am making, it will be ready soon. Really poor way of handling your clients.
