I’ve never thought of giving McDonald’s a review. But this is the first one I can say always super duper clean. Never have I dealt with anyone who doesn’t seem like they want to work. Super fast service. Haven’t missed an item yet in my orders. And sometimes I order for about 6 guys and order good. In the morning I order on app soon as I walk in they ask my name and hand my food with a smile
My experience was so awesome so I just want to share. Sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to wait for the order at different branches of McDonalds. But here I made a mobile order just after I parked a car and when I enter it was ready. Unimaginable 🙀

Very good place to take your fast food. Fast, efficient and smart. The location has been renovated recently. No more fountain available. Employees speak English and Spanish as well. Very clean, great! A lot of parking available. I recommend to use the McDonald App to earn point and time.

We went with my daughter, the place is nice but we couldn't eat because they only had breakfast and until 11am. And we wanted hamburgers.

Nothing much can be said about McDonalds. Being a fast food restaurant 3 stars is the highest I give. The place is clean and the staff is polite.

McDonalds, I love McDonald’s, but at this particular location I think it has a lousy management. I guess they don’t train the employees as good as in other locations. Most staff is rude, some are very nice. I come to buy food here and it must be someone in management (she had a black polo shirt) talking rude to the people ordering in front of me. That is not the McDonald’s I am fond of. I’ve eaten at this location many times and the order accuracy is always off, incomplete, or not as ordered. You are better off going to another McDonald’s or Wendy’s that’s right down the road. I hope management can see what’s going on and fix it.
I've been eating breakfast burritos for quite some time and I'm fairly certain these are the most impressively small breakfast burritos I have ever even seen. Seriously McDonalds it's a breakfast burrito. My 3 year old son could eat these and still be hungry... I got more sauce than burrito lol I hope whoever reads this finds this as amusing as I did.

This has to be dumbest staff in Miami, I placed an order to be picked up at the counter and they said I had to pick up at the drive thru. The manager of restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most incompetent McDonald.

Bad experience with this person since I went to buy, I asked for breakfast and he sold me what he wanted since they didn't have a breakfast menu. I couldn't see what I was paying for. Then he gave me what he wanted. I complained and he told me that was what I had ordered. If I had seen what I was buying, be careful so you don't have the same experience as me.
A moment ago I went to place an order through the drive thru and asked about the “2 for 6” promotion and the person taking the order responded in a very rude manner saying: “there are no 2 for 6 nor 2 for 5 nor 2 for 4 nor 2 for 3” she did it in such a rude and contemptuous manner that it really bothered me if you don’t have a vocation for your job you shouldn’t work there and if the promotion is not available, there are better ways to say it, then we gave her a coupon for fries and when we were paying she said that our coupon was not valid, that it was wrong, another person had to come to solve the problem, we ordered 2 double quarter pounders and one plain and she gave us both plain hamburgers, if the person is not happy with their job they should leave the establishment or look for another job, do not treat customers in a rude manner, I have worked in restaurants for a long time and I have never treated a customer like that because they are a very important part of a company, I love McDonald’s, The quality of their burgers is top notch, and it's not possible that just one person could ruin my day by treating me in such a way, making me want to never return to that establishment again.

my fries took 20 minutes to cook. Payment was at 6.48 - received the order at 7.05. there were no sauces in the order, which I asked to put
The worse mc Donald’s ever..... my wife’s burger come with a piece of a plastic bag inside her Burger. We came because my 7ths years daughter want to dinner nuggets happy meal, we explain her that’s the problem with that kind of Junk food. She loves Mc Donald’s but she understand that we can not eat that kind of food. The service and the manager behavior was inappropriate about this big problem. Do not eat here please!!!!! 😱🤢👎🏻!!!!

The worst treatment of customers every time I go to buy a frappe I pay for the extra caramel and they don't put it in and when I return it to them politely they treat you badly and give you a bad face and I always have to tell them not to put whipped cream on it and they put it in all they do is take it off and I'm allergic to it and they always do it reluctantly
Soon as I spoke English.. Terrible customer service! I'm not going to argue over a piece of cheese, refunded lunch. Not coming back. The look on the manager's face says everything, she hates customers.

Very rude. They always give the wrong answer. They don't deliver the correct orders. Something is always missing from the order. They charge for extra tomato sauce.

I came to eat here knowing that the lobby closes at 8pm and arrived 5 mins before 8pm. The associates ignored me and did not let me in. I repeatedly knocked until a manger came to the door and was told she will not open the door that if I want to eat to walk through the drive through cause my vehicle is too big for the drive through. I told her I needed to use the restroom and she walked away from me. Totally disrespectful and rude. I’m never coming to this McDonald’s again. My route calls for me to work near this McDonald’s, but I will drive the extra 20 mins to visit the McDonald’s on Bird rd. from now on.
The place is always closed. Only for drive-thru. McDonald's is deteriorating.
