Small place, nicely decorated and very cozy. Get pretty full especially during lunch rush. You sit wherever is available and order at the register. Coffee was so delicious. Food was also very good, but the lettuce and tomatoes made my breakfast sandwich a bit cold. I will recommend putting it on the side just in case. Smoothie was refreshing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Keep in mind that food takes some time to arrive, depending on how busy they are. Prices runs a bit high especially on the smoothies and power drinks. Bathroom was clean.

I came with my family on a trip and we decided to try crema because it is very well located and close to our hotel and I can’t explain how good the food is. My kids love it, my wife loves it. Everything tastes so good, I enjoy the pancake breakfast, the eggs were out of this world. I can’t relate some of the reviews here because my experience was amazing and I always keep my vibes and attitude up. Crema Gourmet is an excellent place to eat and to unwind. The food is absolutely fabulous. The person doing the cooking must be a chef and very knowledgeable. We ordered several sandwiches and everything was made to perfection. Cudos to the chef in the kitchen. Besides very yummy food, the plate presentation was very nice. It made a great difference between other sandwich shops that do not have a nice presentation for the food they serve. This place does an Excellent job with the food they prepare and how they present it on the plate, they take pride in what they do, something you don’t see often in Doral. I sneaked in the kitchen and saw the person doing all the magic. A very nice woman is in charge of preparing the yummy food this place serves. The place was nice and clean. The service was fast. I have come several times and my favorite Server has to be Laura, she’s always very positive and no matter what comes with a smile to your table and creates conversation. One of the best Crema Gourmet locales in the South Florida area and I have been to quite a few. The Doral location has always been consistent with food quality/preperation and great service! And if your a coffee lover, my fave, latte with almond milk and there pasta special s on Thursday. I been going to Doral location for the past 4 years and no complaints so far--very attentive staff and management.

Delicious food, great service. I was very impressed with the coffee as well as the fresh orange juice. The only downside is that breakfast for 3 people was $80. That is absolutely ridiculous and overpriced. $$$$$ Also, keep in mind you have to pay for parking. They do not provide free parking anywhere in downtown Doral. This is going to eventually hurt the businesses in this area because you have to pay to park and than over pay for eggs and coffee. We will more than likely never return. What they should do is come up with a system of if you spend money at any business you should be able to park for free.

Smoked Salmon Omelette was pretty good, I liked the multigrain bread that was included, and the feta scrambled eggs were also tasty, but the chocolate chip pancakes were amazing! Loved the bananas and almonds along with the maple syrup, this made my meal.

Can’t believe I’ve gone so long without trying this place! From the latte to the food and service - everything here is excellent. I ordered the Turkey sandwich on a multigrain baguette and the bread was slightly toasted on the outside but soft on the inside. I’m usually hesitant about ordering Turkey since even the deli version can be dry, but not in this case. My moms open faced breakfast sandwich was delicious and the treats are a must. Highly recommend!

We came on a Monday, around 11am. There were people, but we could find a table! The lady at the cashier was very helpful explaining what was on the menu! Made it easy to decide. The coffee was great and so was the food! The service is nice.

It’s my favorite go place for cappuccino. But please improve on the service as the girls always come to my table with food which doesn’t belong to me. The fan outside the sound of it too annoying. And the inside always not organized chairs and tables all combined it’s like they’re sharing table. Just work some effort to organize it. And parking lot to pay for it doesn’t not make any sense the girls tried to explain to me to not pay it but she doesn’t understand how to do that or maybe couldn’t express it well in English.

Great place, like the pancakes and coffee cake!

I've been coming here for several years and always loved their pancakes. However, I decided to work from here today for the first time and unfortunately, the WiFi blocked some sites I needed, including Basecamp and the TikTok advertising platform. If you're planning to work here, keep in mind that certain websites may be restricted. That said, it's still a great spot for breakfast, and they validate parking, which is a nice bonus!

Great place for breakfast! The food was delicious. I tried the turkey scrambled eggs and it was quite good. The coffee was okay. Be wary of the parking lot in this area. I'd recommend using the street parking and paybyphone if there are vacant spots!

This lavender latte was definitely a must try. I love anything lavender! If anyone is ever in Doral , Fl 📍you have to come their lavenderlatte Coffee rate: 9/10 (Aside from the coffee I would recommend salmon bagel and the pancakes with almond banana and chocolate chips.) Only thing I would say the flow of the cafe is a little confusing, you have to order and then claim your seat, so if you order and don’t already have a seat you’re going to be left eating standing. I suggest coming with someone to hold a seat while you order because it’s not a traditional restaurant with waiters. They take the food to you after you order with a designated number.

Very nice looking place in Doral, they validate your parking ticket if you park in the multi level parking behind the restaurant. The service was great, and very nice atmosphere but the oatmeal wasn't good and for $7.50 I expected a great oatmeal. I had the breakfast sandwich which was a very good size and the taste was ok, but didn't care that much for the greens or the mayo in it. Would visit again for coffee or would try other dishes.

I go often on my break at night. I ordered a 24oz iced matcha. First, not enough ice.. I did not complain but rather enjoy my coffee cake. I taste the drink and first 3 sips after stirring up the drink and allowing it to marinate, i got a sour taste! I told the young lady 'it taste sour'. ..after i express my concern I asked for a new drink but not with the coconut milk...she gave me a stiff look..instead I just simply asked for a ice coffee..she did not follow suit to ask me which flavor I would like to add..so here is a wasted 24oz Iced Coffee with the flavor gone to waste. I spent 22 dollars for nothing. I usually come here all the time. Remind you Crema 'Gourmet'

I’ve been to Crema so many times before and always went to the Dadeland location, so this time I decided to try the one in Doral. The service was great, no complaints there. But we ordered a chicken bowl and an arugula salad — both had chicken, and unfortunately, it made us really sick. We were dealing with stomach issues for two days. Such a letdown. I used to really love Crema, but after this, I’m honestly not sure I’ll go back.

TERRIBLE customer service! But I mean bad!!! Food is good but first and last the guys at the register taking your order can’t take their time real good with only 4 tables with people, management you better take action with this many places to go eat and have good food with great service!

Food is very mediocre for how expensive it is. Caprese sandwich had almost no mozzarella on one side of the sandwich, and then almost no pesto on the other. Side potatoes were cold when they came out.

I finally tried out this cafe yesterday for an afternoon pick-me-up and I was really disappointed. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and vanilla. This beverage tasted solely of oat milk and other than a slight green color, you would have never known it was meant to be a matcha. I was so excited to have another place to love for beverages but this location missed the mark, and I feel that I wasted $7.76.

We are regular customers at CREMA in Downtown Doral. Today I did an online order and I am very disappointed that they charge the same price for HALF the portion. The in-person portion is fantastic and very fulfilling. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time or money with takeout orders here.

Genuinely stay away from this place. The service is beyond horrible. We got here and ordered our food, which took forever despite this place not being full of people, which should've been my red flag. My partners food came first, and after 20 minutes of waiting, we had to stand up and confront a group of workers in their 30s about where the remainder of the food was. They were doing absolutely nothing but twiddling their thumbs and talking crap. They laughed it off then continued to start MAKING it. A shame because the food was good for the most part. There is also a child running around the whole place, who may have a sort of problem, which makes me worry about why he's unsupervised and running in circles around all the guest tables where he could hurt himself or others. A total mess. Should've read the reviews first. Get a grip on your workers

They charged a 15% “Service Charge” without any notice, even though I had to wait in line, order at the counter, and my food was simply brought to the table with a number. There was no real table service. Charging an automatic tip under these conditions is disrespectful and lacks transparency. These kinds of sneaky practices break the customer’s trust. At the very least, they should clearly inform customers before ordering that a mandatory service fee will be added—especially when there’s no personalized service involved. If you want to run as a self-service café, that’s fine—but don’t impose charges as if you were a full-service restaurant. Very disappointing.

Went to this place for the first time. Not impressed at all. I ordered a macchiato in which they gave me a cafe/leche and it was nasty. Staff seems to be confused when I explained once again that it was a macchiato and they still brought me another cafe con leche. I also ordered a cake worth $8 and voila, look at the picture. Like common guys! Thats a one scoop bite for a dessert. After the horrible experience with the staff and not wanting to bother dealing with incompetence, I took my one bite $8, not even fresh, cake and left. Simply horrible. Never coming back. I already did my good deed of the week by donating $$ to this business.

I visited Gourmet Creama Doral on a Saturday evening around 7:30 PM for a simple espresso. Despite the café being nearly empty—with only a few patrons outside and just a handful inside, and plenty of seating available—I was informed by the staff that I had to take my coffee to go because of a policy that reserves seating for larger orders. While I understand that if the café is crowded, enforcing such a rule when the space is clearly underutilized feels unnecessarily inflexible. I ended up leaving without enjoying my coffee, which was disappointing given that I had already paid. I hope management reconsiders this approach to better accommodate all customers, regardless of the size of their order.

Store advertising $9 pasta on Thursdays and we were charged $18. When asked to correct it the attendant said she couldnt because the salmon pasta was no longer part of the promo and she could not bypass the system even when i showed where the placard was saying that salmon was one of the options for the promo. We asked for out money back and left the place for not returning to such a bad customer service.

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered the open faced breakfast sandwich and unfortunately discovered a black wavy hair in my food after eating nearly half of it. Our server was kind and professional, immediately offering to remake the dish or replace it with something else. I chose the avocado toast, as I had understandably lost my appetite. The bigger issue was the management. The manager on duty, Camila, never came over to apologize or acknowledge the situation. Instead, she remained seated at the far end of the coffee bar, laughing and socializing. To make matters worse, I noticed the barista appearing to take a photo in our direction, which came across as extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. While we appreciated our server’s attentiveness, the lack of accountability from management was disappointing. Perception is everything, and in this case, the perception of management sitting socializing and playing around added in with the barista taking a photo during an already uncomfortable moment was unacceptable. We’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this experience really left us questioning whether we’ll return.

Ok, where do I start?...false advertising and very bad customer service at Doral location perhaps? I eat a lot with my eyes and called right away after seeing the carrot cake photo on IG (first picture), just to receive what you see on the second picture from a very rude lady. All the combo for almost 6 dollars! Disappointing. Spare yourselves of going.

Ordered at 1:12pm through the app and it said preparing food up until 2:09pm when it changed to on the way... Almost an hour to prepare the food is an extremely long time when it doesn't take nearly that long when you're at the restaurant. This is a Monday, it's not like it's the weekend... Terrible experience at this place. Honestly, they had nothing on the menu. After a certain hour, they stop making orange juice because the machine is clean and they simply don't want to use it again. We ordered literally 40 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't let us eat there; they gave us a to-go meal. The girls who serve us are very rude and pushy. I really wouldn't visit this place again, or any of your locations. You should change the staff who serve customers because the two girls are very difficult.

Ordered at 1:12pm through the app and it said preparing food up until 2:09pm when it changed to on the way... Almost an hour to prepare the food is an extremely long time when it doesn't take nearly that long when you're at the restaurant. This is a Monday, it's not like it's the weekend... I only live 15 mins away and I didn't receive it until 2:32pm.

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered the open faced breakfast sandwich and unfortunately discovered a black wavy hair in my food after eating nearly half of it. Our server was kind and professional, immediately offering to remake the dish or replace it with something else. I chose the avocado toast, as I had understandably lost my appetite. The bigger issue was the management. The manager on duty, Camila, never came over to apologize or acknowledge the situation. Instead, she remained seated at the far end of the coffee bar, laughing and socializing. To make matters worse, I noticed the barista appearing to take a photo in our direction, which came across as extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. While we appreciated our server’s attentiveness, the lack of accountability from management was disappointing. Perception is everything, and in this case, the perception of management sitting socializing and playing around added in with the barista taking a photo during an already uncomfortable moment was unacceptable. We’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this experience really left us questioning whether we’ll return.
