I’ve been meaning to update my review. Updating to 5 stars. For the past few months I’ve been a patron consistently honey walnut shrimp and honey chicken. It’s always fresh, and servings you can appreciate. The ladies or any other staff I’ve encountered have also been amazing in their customer service. Previous review 9 months prior to update: They will argue that a few inexcusable pieces of beef to 7 broccoli is the correct ratio for 13$ plate. Terrible attitudes. Only thing worth getting is orange chicken.

I’ve had an Odyssey of restrooms this trip and this is the CLEANEST restroom I’ve seen ever. Crazy no pipe leak, there was toilet paper, and paper towels. My bar is low but boy this place was stellar. Also someone greeted me when I came in!

Honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken with noodles and rice. So very yummy! Veggie spring rolls. Were a little mushy on the inside, so not my favorite. The staff were friendly and ready to help in any way. Nice!

Came in by myself with 3 small kids. Veronica was kind and patient as we made our choices then helped me carry the tray to the table as my youngest was sleeping in my arms. Food was good but service was 10/10.

We stopped by 2 days before Christmas. Junior/Yunior was really helpful. He was able to answer questions about vegetarian options, dish preparation times, and what sauces they had in stock. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Jorge served my family very well we were just stopping by from out of town and i just want to thank Jorge for his excellent customer service.

Wow, beautiful ladies inside just offered me the exact opposite experience that I received from the KFC/Long John Silvers up the road. I came in for my kids dinner while I had KFC/LJS. I went ahead and got myself dinner at Panda also since what I got from LJS was damn near inedible. KFC; TAKE NOTES🤏🤭

Came in tn 3/11 at 8:50, they didn't have a plate so they said they would give us a bowl and a side with second entree with the same proportions. Not all was it he same proportions. Maybe for a kids meal. Also if u come an hr before they close they always seem to run out of something . And if u ask if they ran out or they just dont wanna cook more they will give you a wait time of about 20 min for it to be made but chicken at a fast food restaurant should only take about 7 -9 minutes to cook.

As you know, eating healthy on the road is very hard to do. Tried to get a healthy snack on my way to Houston so I got the fried rice chow mein and super greens. The super greens were not good…. Their steam vegetables used to be awesome. Those days are long gone. So much for that stop yesterday …. won’t do that again.

As you know, eating healthy on the road is very hard to do. Tried to get a healthy snack on my way to Houston so I got the fried rice chow mein and super greens. The super greens were not good…. Their steam vegetables used to be awesome. Those days are long gone. So much for that stop yesterday …. won’t do that again.

The fried rice was tasteless even with the orange c sauce. The noodles, as usual, were awesome. Thank you for improving your service and selection and for the most part the food.

The lady Stephanie in the drive-thru was very rude. I asked for sweet and sour sauce specifically, but she said, "I already put a lot of sauces" and shut the door. Okay, thanks, but I don't want or ask for the other sauces. I only wanted sweet and sour and there was only three packets which was not enough for the whole family.

They should really prioritize the people who come Into the store in line instead of ignoring them and emptying the food choices for online orders.

I found black dots in my kid's meal. Rat poop, weevil larve, either way....gross! Threw it away.

I drove 20 minutes here . It says nothing on there website that lobby is closed I’m in a big truck so I call. They tell me to walk thru drive thr and then tell me they only take cash…. don’t go here horrible customer service!!!!

Then looks at me and says ohh Im sorry sir where Yu first. I said yes why did Yu let this guy cut in front of me? She said I'm so sorry sir. Then assistant manager came up and took my order instead. She was nice and gave me a 10% discount off my dinner. Nice of her to do that but they have horrible customer service skills so for this I'm giving them a 1 star review until they improve.
