Opiniones de Noah's Bagels Elk Grove
My brother recommended we stop at Noah’s Bagels - Elk Grove while we were passing through town, and I’m really glad we did. Even though the store was busy with a steady line, the team handled everything efficiently. Our order came out hot, fresh, and completely correct — which is impressive during a rush. I was a little disappointed that my usual everything bagel was out of stock, but I decided to try the French toast bagel instead — and honestly, it more than made up for it. It was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. It ended up being a hit not just for me, but for my whole family. What really stood out to me was the lead working at the time. David and his crew were on it, and he went out of his way to include my kids in the process — talking to them, making them feel involved, and creating a welcoming experience even during a busy rush. That level of attention really impressed me. If anyone has had a bad experience in the past, I’d encourage you to give them another shot. David and his team are clearly stepping up their game and working hard to make every visit a great one. We’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in the area.
Came in the other day, left with a delicious bagel. The French toast bagel is hands down the best bagel I’ve ever had, but you can’t go wrong with an everything bagel either. The staff is great and got my order out quickly. I will definitely continue to come back.
Amazing service, really the best in the city. Also fresh and quality ingredients. I highly recommend for those looking to enjoy an authentic bagel and coffee - come here.
When I think Noah’s Bagels, I think a couple of things; timeless, established, consistent. Replicating these distinctions without years of practice is impossible. It’s unfortunate when brands try to push themselves to higher profits, ultimately leaving what has defined them behind. I can’t blame the people working behind the counter. They all seem very hard working, but without the experience, they’re never going to be as good as the old fashioned guy working in a bagel shop for 40 years. When I walked in a line of about 10 people had formed from what seemed like a technical difficulty. Once things got moving I was in and out surprisingly quick. My Farmhouse bagel breakfast sandwich was good. My dark roast coffee was good. My experience was overall what I expected. Don’t let reviews comparing a brand new business to an established business enable you to think one way or another. I had a good experience. Can’t wait to see where things go in the future.

Always loved Noah’s bagel so I was very happy to see one in Elk Grove city. This newly establishment was very convenient and loved the variety of selection from something simple as having a bagel to having a salmon Novia bagels too breakfast with bacon and eggs bagels. I will definitely come back.

Love going to Noah’s and have been several times already. The young staff is very hospitable. I would have left five stars if they would have their table and chairs out during opening hours. Weather beautiful today and we looked forward to sitting outside enjoying our bagels in the sun. I asked why the tables and chairs were locked up and she said probably because we are closing soon. They had another hour and 20 minutes to close. That was a disappointment. Bagels were great though.

First time visiting Noah's NY Bagels. The atmosphere is insanly busy. I was given my order with an item missing and had to walk back in. The bagels are definitely delicious but I think that ordering ahead might be the best option. Not yet convinced, if I would come back.

Noah's bagel was my go to bagel when I lived in SF. Imagined my excitement knowing I don't have to drive far to get my favorite bagel. My husband and I went and was very disappointed. First, it is only a take out and we love to have a nice bagel and enjoy it sitting down and not in a rush to go out and eat somewhere else. Place is too small to even open one. Bagel is not that exciting with the price is too much. I will just spend my money somewhere else. Not coming back here at all.
so disappointing, I love Noahs bagels, but these do not taste like Noahs. No classic Noahs aroma, no classic Noahs taste...just tastes like white bread. Been there several times hoping they had gotten better, but they have not improved.
I was so excited for Noah's to open in Elk Grove (real bagels, yay!)...but this location has been disappointing over and over again. I've given it so many tries hoping it would get better, but the service is terrible- getting your order wrong and not caring (each time I've gone in). And the food is either under done or bland. This is the worst Noah's location I have ever been to.

Waited 40 minutes for two bagels that I ordered at the counter. They can't figure out what happened to my order after I finally asked. I was the only one standing around. Sadly, no one thought to ask, "Oh hey, you're still waiting eh? What are waiting for?" Maybe? The cream cheese was sadly spread in haste. It was a complete mess to eat. And how about a trash can outside near the outside dining area? That would prevent all the trash from flying about. What a joke. I went to Costco across the parking lot and bought ingredients to make bagels at home.
Disappointed about the store size and the fact that you cannot sit down and enjoy your bagel and coffee or meet with friends and families in comparison with all other stores in Sacramento Folsom and Stockton. Elk Grove is a large community ( population 170,000 ) and it deserves a larger store and some seating. Also, the wait was long and the size of the bagels seems to be shrinking!....I am a loyal Noah's bagel customer for almost 40 years. Hope you expand your store with faster service and in store or outside seating areas! Tony
Was so excited to visit this newer, Noah’s bagels location. My dad and I went this morning and we got two sesame seed bagels toasted with cream cheese and a chocolate chip bagel. First off, the Customer Service girl was extremely rude. Acted like she didn’t want to work there, and being in Customer Service myself that was pretty off-putting. But the worst part was the bagels were super dry, the dough did not taste like the famous Noah’s dough and there was no cream cheese on our bagels…and I don’t even think they were toasted. Talk about that and the $13 price tag for all three bagels, we will never be coming to this one again. You’re better off driving the extra mileage to the Roseville or the Folsom branch. You will definitely get your money’sworth at those locations. This one is a dud.
Finally able to get into noahs have been excited for it coming to EG. Sadly i was dissapointed i hope I Can offer Some constructively criticism Standing in line the customer pointed out to crew that a fly was inside the bagel case crew said they know and they were waiting for a covering? Ordered lox on a plain bagel was told out of red onion thats ok it happens but when i open sandwich i saw it wasnt neatly made The lox tomato capers were just sloppily placed and dont you usually cut the sandwich in half unless customer says no? Ill come again in a couple of weeks and hope its better otherwise ill have to drive down to fairoaks like i have been

Visit on 12/6/2025, approx. 7–8 AM I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Noah’s Bagels location. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and when I politely informed an employee, another employee immediately mentioned / insisted the ticket said something else—without acknowledging the inconvenience or even offering a simple apology. Her tone came off as irritated, and I could hear her speaking sarcastically with another employee about the situation, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as if I had done something wrong. When they remade the sandwich, it was still incorrect. I went back inside to request a refund, and I could clearly see the two employees whispering to each other. One of them even shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care and walked off to the bathroom. The level of unprofessionalism was honestly shocking. This is completely unacceptable. Noah’s should train their staff to treat customers with respect, take responsibility for mistakes, and provide basic customer service—starting with an apology instead of attitude. I will not be returning, and I want others in the community to be aware that this is the kind of treatment you may receive if you simply ask for your order to be corrected.
Love Noah’s bagels ! But this branch not sure why the taste and quality is not the same as the Roseville, Broadway and the Bay Area locations! Was super excited to have one close to home only to know I still have to travel out of my way for GOOD authentic Noah’s bagels. I thought maybe just because it was the opening day and it would get better but tried it 3 different times and just not good, as the weeks continued. I asked the manager what was the different and just stayed not all the branches carry the same product which I beg to differ since I’ve tried most branch’s and never had a bad bagel! Bagels tasted store bought and not warm or fresh do going at 6am.
Employees always seemed rushed and in a hurry. There is always a long line. I’ve ordered on the app the second time I went and my order was the completely wrong bagel sandwich. Employees apologize and remade the order. When I finally got my corrected bagel the bacon on it was so raw I had to just pull it out and throw it away. The eggs still had shells in them. I really wanted to this location to do well but they really aren’t. I won’t go back to this location.
3 time coming here with my family and the bagels are always nothing short of a disappointment! They taste like day old bagels reheated and every time we ask for extra cream cheese they give you the thinnest layer you can hardly taste it on the actual bagel. Wont be coming to this location any more sadly, was super excited to have a Noah’s in Elk Grove! Would rather drive the extra miles to a location with better food!
This is specifically for David, the store manager, as well as the district manager overlooking the Noah’s Bagels on Elk Grove Blvd., to ensure the feedback is received. Similar to recent feedback below, I had a very poor experience and would select “-1” if it was an option, so selecting “1” is an understatement. I do not recommend this location for any services. Basic expectations failed to be met. Here’s why: 1) Very poor customer service from the front rep (Christie), food preparer in the back (young college-aged Asian with shoulder length dyed light brown hair using a magenta hair tie), and the second-line leader “Marina.” 2) Lack of basic customer service: Christie did not greet nor smile. Christie raised her eyebrows a few times in our interaction. She couldn’t answer a basic question about toasting a bagel, and even smirked to a colleague that they stared me down rudely. Christie shoved my purchase to side, and didn’t put my name on the bag that her coworkers had no clue who to give it to disrupting the overall workflow. 3) The worst part: Line “leader” Marina had the worst customer service skills of all three staff members. Marina has zero leadership skills. Marina had a rude attitude in attempting to speak to her when inquiring if there was a manager on duty. Her exact response was “I’m one of them” - twice. Lacking a name tag, Marina lacks listening skills. She doesn’t know how to establish authority and credibility that she personally reacted to the situation. She didn’t offer her name that of course, I had to ask. It was clear Marina did not want assist in the situation through her motionless stare stating “Carson will be out in a few minutes.” Marina never physically actually went to the back. Six minutes went by that I had to follow up. Marina herself responded by asking me if I wanted to see the leader as though she forgot. Clearly that was a tactic to avoid the situation. Again, Marina with her snarky attitude, shook her head in disagreement, and had a rude tone. Carson, a true leader, quickly met me for a brief conversation, was willing to listen before responding, provided his name and the store manager’s name, and identified the staff for me before I even described their behaviors. Carson helped me in other transactions and always provided an exceptional experience that we typically come back. Yet this experience was completely the opposite. Christie did not even provide me with my receipt that I had to ask for it. It takes one person to destroy a customer’s credibility in a brand.
I ordered a reasonable order through Uber Eats and ended up having to cancel my order. I placed an order at 9:20 AM. My delivery driver notified me that she was at Noah’s waiting for pick up a few minutes later. 15 minutes go by, and my driver says that she is still waiting for the order. At 945 I ask if she can check to see where my order is, and I’m just told that they are busy. No problem. 10 AM rolls by. Then 1015. My delivery driver leaves, and I don’t blame her because she needs to be out delivering to make money. I call Noah’s and request to speak to someone there through the automated prompt. The phone continues to ring. The automated prompt resets. I call back, again the same thing. So I call back again, and this time someone picks up just to hang up the phone. I cancel my order, and I probably won’t be giving Noah’s my business again anytime soon. If this is a franchise, corporate really needs to level with this owner. The reviews for this location are awful compared to other Noah locations in the Sacramento area. Do better.
How do you run out of bagels on a Thursday morning before 11:00 AM? Drove five miles to redeem a coupon and purchase additional bagels only to be told that "unfortunately our truck didn't show up the day before" and all we have is plain bagels? Unacceptable! 1/17/25 Update: I spoke to the manager, David who apologized profusely about the above situation. He was forthright regarding some of the challenges he was experiencing and offered me the opportunity to revisit with a complimentary bagel and shmear. I returned a month later and was happy to see the bagel bins full, my order was taken right away and presented in less than five minutes. The staff was friendly ...especially Slater and another young man. My only concern was that the blueberry bagel was not fresh and was burnt by the toaster. Overall, this was a better experience than before and I'm sure they'll get the bagel freshness issue resolved soon. Thank you David for your kindness.
7 people working at 12:30pm on a Thursday, quite literally the slowest performance I’ve seen in a while. This is week 2, I thought they’d have their business model down by now. Waited over half an hour for a lox bagel Sandwhich during my lunch break. They also forgot to toast my bagel. I could have made that bagel in 20 seconds. I seriously have no idea how they managed to be so incredibly slow. Of course someone was also restocking beverages for some reason. Priority should have been pushing guest orders at this time. Staff on the line really had no sense of urgency. Just watching the staff move around looks like they were not properly trained. Lots of idling, giggling, yelling to back of house for who knows why… Everyone In front of me also received some coupons/vouchers for the wait. Apparently, I didn’t qualify for it? Isn’t my order time on the ticket? I would have complained if there was a manager to give feedback to. Wish Elk Grove would open a real bagel restaurant, such a disappointment .

2nd weekend in a row that I came on a Saturday and they were out of almost all of their bagel flavors. Last week I came and wanted the texas brisket breakfast sandwich because it's my favorite and they were out of the Jalapeño bagel. So I opted for another choice and naturally it wasn't the same. I was so disappointed. Today I came in there were about 10 bagels in the case total. Mostly plain and spinach. There was a couple onion, a few sesame and 1 French toast. Literally that was all. I order my breakfast sandwich that I've been wanting for 2 weeks. Again I was told we're out of the Jalapeño bagel. I told my husband to order because I was going to get something different. He ordered the pastrami and the guy said we're out of everything bagels. At that point we just left. Not gonna pay to be disappointed yet another Saturday. When my husband lived downtown we'd go to Noah's all the time. We were so excited for the Noah's to open here. Sadly we'll probably just save it and go when we are downtown. That location never fails. Sadly I'm sure the Elk Grove location won't last long.
