Stopped here with a friend to figure out the rest of our trip and we decided to get ice-cream through the drive through. But our plans got suddenly interrupted when my van began overheating and so I had to leave the line and go park immediately. Within a matter of minutes an employee from inside came out to ask if we needed help. Then she went inside and brought back out two other workers who began helping us right away. I have never in my life received help or seen anybody else receive help as quickly as they helped us. They refilled the radiator and filled up four 1 gallon jugs to carry with us for the trip back home. Then we went inside to order some ice cream which was absolutely delicious of course. The help they gave us with my vehicle matched the service they gave inside with our food order. Outstanding!!!

By far the best DQ I’ve ever visited. I have dined at this location several times and the food is always consistently good. Angela served us and did a fantastic job. She was super friendly and helpful. Great experience as usual for Emory, TX DQ.

I rarely visit dairy Queen, but for some reason I decided to stop at the emory location. I walked into a normal fast food environment, and had really no idea what to order. There was a certain associate named Angie that went above and beyond to try to help me have the best dining experience possible within this location. After she suggested an item, she probably rang it up and it was served fresh. I truly appreciate these kinds of experience the fast food restaurants because it seems like people unlike Angie don't really participate in the kind of customer service that I'm accustomed to. Angie if you can read this thank you and have a good day!

Best place to eat in the entire state of Texas. Jesse is an amazingly hard worker, super sweet and attentive and quick. My family and I drive the half hour from our place, passing 2 other DQs, just to come here because the food and atmosphere is just THAT good. 10/10 my favorite place to eat.

We broke up our 4 hour drive with a quick lunch at this Dairy Queen. Drive through order placed. Parked outside. They brought every thing out to the car. I noticed that they had inside diners. The staff sanitizing each table as diners left. All the staff were wearing gloves and masks. The service was quick. The food was hot. The drinks were cold. Good classic baskets of meat dishes with fries in a box. My wife and great grandson have decided this was a great spot for lunch. I agree.

The food taste good the burger was really hot and made to order the French fries were a little cool but not cold Overall I was happy with my meal and the people were extremely nice
