Shake Shack

Went there for the first time last week for a fundraiser and the food was delicious i am not a big hamburger eater but I really enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly and nice. The place was clean and it had a good family friendly atmosphere.

The fries are amazing!!!! One of the best I’ve ever had. The burgers are pretty good too, just a little behind In N Out burgers. You can order food inside on digital screens or you can order from an employee. A bit pricey but well worth it!

Ariana at Shake Shack is amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience way better. Great attitude, fast service, and you could tell she really cared about the customers. People like her make you actually want to come back. Shake Shack is lucky to have her!

First time here. Got a single and double shake shack burger (add pickles) with a fry for $20. They gave us two sauces upon request. The crinkle fries lived up to expectations and the burgers tastes homemade, which is very rare. The toppings were fresh and the bun was good. They bring the food to ur table. The place was fairly clean (other than ppl leaving their food after they leave. Is this normal?). They want u to order electronically, but we ordered from the register.

I just wanna say that their food is great, same as with the drinks and those people who works there. People might have a comment how small or the propotion of the meals are and yes its a bit pricey,.

Great burgers…single, double or more. Big 👍🏽

Good but not great. I was expecting more from a burger that cost $14 with fries. I would not come back unless it was the only option. Service was fast. Make sure to have proof of vacation if dining inside.

Not great. Portions aren't that big for the money you pay. Parking (not their fault) is terrible. Workers are nice, they give you extra sauce for free. The French Fries are old-style/old school crinkle cut - I would guess that they aren't made from real potatoes, but if they are, they're better than In n Out's fries (made from real potatoes, but usually limp.) I have yet to drink one of their shakes because they are very high in calories but, an interesting thing, they once partnered up with Twentyfour Blackbirds, an AMAZING chocolate company in Santa Barbara and I ended up buying a lot of their chocolate. I would never have known about them if it hadn't been for SS.

Not something i will want to come back anytime soon.

This way the patty looks bigger in the front, where the burger is not covered in paper. Fries were not good either. This is not the way to spend $40 for two people. Any other burger chain is better. In addition to my original review: they messed up my order 2 times before they brought zero star burger.

ordered a $9 beef burger with no cheese and no sauce because my wife is lactose intolerant. brought a very small burger with cheese and sauce. as a result, her stomach hurts because of it. I do not advise. ordered a beer nap it was not even opened

I read the reviews and my son still wanted to eat there. Service was good no problem. But the burgers there are small but worse not cooked properly half cooked. The food gave my kids diarrhea McDonalds is way better and I hate McDonalds . If you don’t want to get sick don’t eat it here what a waste🍔🗑️🚮
