The Chicken Was Soggy at least more than 50 minutes old so greasy for the Crispy Chicken it almost looked like it was original recipe and not the Crispy they need to check the time on the Hot light after 45 minutes it needs to be removed and cook Fresh Chicken but I guess the manager was not following procedures to save on his food cost and his Bonuses. Sacrificing Food Quality. Chicken Quality I will give it A grade Of 6 at of 10 points! Plus I ordered the Mac and cheese and they were out! Trying to push the Available product instead of Cooking more Mac and cheese! Again poor Management looking for Food Costs instead of Customer Satisfaction.

Waited 35 min for food, then complained, then 10 min later a bag was literally thrown at me. 16 year old kids working there with a 17 year old manager. Been there 3 times now, this was the best experience of the three. Go to another chicken place, any place would be better than this KFC.

Kentucky as Kentucky should be, fastfood to the max. friendly staff, long preparation time, no coleslaw (shame!!) Dirty tables, dirty floor, but like I said fastfood to the max typically Kentucky. Good place for a quick affordable unhealthy yummy meal.

Truly horrible customer service and management. Almost inconceivably inefficient with 3 or 4 people standing around not filling any orders until the french fries arrived to fill the first and only order waiting for fries. Closed the drive thru for "maybe a couple of hours" while we were in line and did not say they were still serving inside until asked. They got the order wrong and mispriced twice. Chicken was very good, much better than the greasy KFC in Chula Vista, otherwise a negative 5 star experience with people much too close together.

Very nice place, just the personal aren't very nice persons, they need more teaching and how manners should be against us consumers, we name you since years back even before 1970s and the Chentukey is been our favorite family food dinner. creo que hay mejores lugares de esta misma cadena alrededor de la república, trato de ser lo más honesta posible con mis reseñas y el lugar está bastante sucio aunque la atención es amable pero muy ligeramente en lo normal.

Tardaron más de media hora para darnos el pedido, cabe recalcar que no había casi gente así que no se cual fue el problema... Las hamburguesas parecían crudas, hicimos la queja y dijeron que así era el tipo de pollo, porque era filete, ya había consumido antes y nunca había tenido ese color rosa el pollo.

Be careful and check your orders before accepting with Didi food or other deliveries services and pay cash, they don't refund missing items. First and last time I order there.

No english speakers, didn't have coleslaw, asked for rice, she said "no rice" and ended up with rice on my plate? Mashed potatoes tasted funny, and the chicken was bland. Won't be coming back.

Muy mal servicio por parte del restaurante, el personal hasta cierto punto amable pero en sí, no tiene un servicio como debe ser, hamburguesa muy mal preparada, sin siquiera mayonesa, tardo de más en servirla y la lechuga toda fea. En las últimas 3 ocasiones muy mal preparada.

Pollo malisimo, no me pusieron el puré y la ensalada salio hechada a perder.

Tardan mucho tiempo en darte la comida pero muy exagerado tanto que estuvimos esperando por 40 minutos por unas hamburguesas con papas, como dato son muchísimas empleados pero se la pasan platicando entre ellos, creo que el ambiente laboral es excelente por que al parecer se llevan muy bien todos pero la atención al cliente es muy deficiente

El peor servicio. El pedido tardó aproximadamente 1 hora, tuve que preguntar por mi pedido y resulta que perdieron mi ticket y ni siquiera pidieron disculpa, tuve que pedir mi pedido mejor para llevar porque ya era muy tarde, la comida creo cumple con el estándar de KFC, pero no el servicio. El área de juegos está bien pero no está cerrado al área común. Si volveré a comer, pero lo pediré con servicio a domicilio. Cierran a las 10 pm pero a las 9pm ponen jabon en El suelo en El area de niños.

Es el peor lugar para comer, te hacen esperar mas que en ejecutivo del banco, y el imss, encima pierden la orden de servicio y te hacen esperar una eternidad; las muchachas que atienden se enojan si les pides orientación.

De todas la KFC qué hay en mi ciudad, la de la Reforma y Juárez es la que NO recomiendo. La gente que tienen no está nada preparada, a pesar de que hay muchos clientes, no trabajan rápido, el gerente muy sonriente pero no presiona al personal, se entiende si no hay clientes pero si hay mas de 15 ordenes, hay que meter presion y sacar el trabajo mas rápido y más si se supone que es FAST FOOD. Y para colmo, la última vez que fui tardaron 1 hora en darme mi hamburguesa y papas, solo porque fui a recordarles (desde los primeros 30 min), un par de veces más hasta cumplir la hora, hasta ya entendí que no me habían hecho mi orden. Me veían parado pero no metían presion, llegaban nuevos clientes y lo de ellos si salía. Me regalaron una nieve chica por esa hora tarde... con mas hambre qué enojo lo tuve que aceptar. Para resumir mis anteriores experiencias...no vuelvo a ir a ese KFC. Recomiendo muchísimo más la de Plaza Sendero, hasta los ingredientes sabes mas frescos. También nada recomendable para pedir a domicilio, ellos te echan lo que quieren, sin leer si hay comentarios en dicha orden y para colmo, sin hacerse responsables.

Todo el tiempo te sirven lo que les place, se les olvidan las servilletas, etc, etc, que lastima a una cadena de nivel mundia y no le presten atencion en el servicio al cliente el cual es prioridad

Peeeeeesimo servicio. Acabo de ir y no tienen ensalada ni puré. No te descuentan ni un peso por ello, te dicen "le voy a dar mas pan o vaya a Sendero, haya sí hay". El servicio siempre es muy malo en ese KFC de Juarez y Reforma.

El pedido tarda mucho en servirse. Se supone que ponen kioskos para hacer el proceso más rápido pero a la hora de la entrega de la comida el proceso es el más tardado. Muy mal.

Tardan demasiado y casi nunca tienen ketiras ni ensaladas ya ni quiero ir por que siempre es lo.mismo lastima tan buen pr0ducto

Tiempo de espera por didi excesivo 3 hrs para ser exactos, no enviaron los complementos que.se pidieron, llego frio y remojado el pan, no mandaron nada de servilletas ni salsas, pesimo servicio. Y ojo no fue la app de didi porque el repartidor estaba ahi desde un inicio la tienda seguia en preparación. Que coraje ! No pidan ahi es una burla !

Me dieron lo que quisieron pague un producto y terminamos llevándonos otro en el autoservicio. Hasta más adelante abrí la bolsa y era todo diferente al ticket de lo q pague.

I’ve been here twice. I got sick both times. I don’t recommend fried chicken here. Plus they don’t stick to their promotions. I won’t be ordering from here again.

TERRIBLE. Over 20 minutes to get my food. That is not fast food. NO salad. No knife or fork on a takeout order. WAY TOO GREASY! I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Food is regular but the service is not good. They also charge for sauces. The soft drinks aren't refillable. So yes this place sucks!

Not the best place to go eat they had no more fountain drinks, no more fries and no more churro bites that come with the combo. They wanted to replace the drinks with only diet pepsi (YULK🤢) replace the churro bites with a small ice cream cone and the fries(L) with onr bisque.
