This location no longer serves jelly munchkins. While that is very disappointing, I've also noticed that the quality of the French crullers has gone down significantly. They taste as though they were made days ago, and not fresh at all. Additionally, today I ordered a kolache, and while they mistakenly gave me two, both were still cold. There was clearly no effort to evenly warm them up to an appropriate temperature. I hate to say it, but Dunkin'(and particularly this location) has tested me to the point that I think I may never visit there again. Plenty of mom and pop stores have better quality products, and are more deserving of my business.

Let me preface - this is a review of a mega-chain that vends subpar fastfood and donuts. So my expectations aren't really that high to start, but hey, we all get that "itch" and we'll, there's not many locations nearby that offer the menu/coffee Dunkin does. Well, even with tempered standards, this is an all around disappointment. The coffee is weak, and the food is outright inedible. I'm not one to share images, but the wake-up wrap I received is the zenith of terrible food I've received from corporate slop shops. It was burnt, not overcooked or brown, but burnt, burnt. It could be implemented as a hammer due to how hard it was. I reached out to corporate in hopes to amend this. I was greeted with another derivative GPT model trash support chat...but that's the norm these days. What isn't a "norm," is a 2 business day wait time for a response to malignant food. Avoid. Try finding a better alternative.

They do not care about their customers here. I ordered a raspberry watermelon coconut beverage and got a mango pineapple one instead with no communication on being out of something, the everything bagel bites I ordered were super hard and burned. The one off Precinct Line is way better service and food quality. This one here they just don't care, but I bet you they wouldn't serve themselves like that. Two thumbs down, never coming back.

Asked for an English muffin BEC and an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side. I received a bagel BEC and an everything bagel with no cream cheese at all. I would have accepted it if it was even on the bagel but to not give me any cream cheese at all is just careless, no one just wants to eat bread by its self. They clearly made plenty of mistakes in my order just shows the lack of paying attention to the order on the screen. Pathetic that everytime I order from this location they mess something up or forget something, last time I ordered a donut and didn’t receive it at all. I only give you two stars cause the only thing you can get correct is my coffee.

Worst experience ever! Went to buy breakfast for my kids at 2 different time same day, 03/07/2026. This tall Caucasian lady served my kids with a cold croissant stuffed with a cold egg, cold bacon and a hard cold piece of cheese. I walked inside to have it warmed up and she gave me an ugly look and said..just that you know, next time we're not going to warm it for you...the audacity! Never going back to that place...

Ordered a hot matcha latte and received hot flavored oatmilk. Order bacon, it was completely burnt and stuck together. Ordered avocado toast but wasbgivenbthe thinnest smear of avocado. Ive been here a few time before with minor issues but this is my last visit.

Im extremely disappointed in this store. I went on Friday (02/20/2026) for the first time and asked for a decaf iced coffee as I am pregnant. At the window I asked the cashier what other options of decaf the had for the next time I came, and was told they served hot, iced, decaf espresso and blended options that were decaf. So on Monday (02/23/2026) around 7:40am I asked for a blended decaf coffee with French vanilla stressing for it to be decaf and they repeated it back to me. At the window I paid for my drink and donuts and asked when it was handed to me "this is decaf right?" And was told yes before the tall male cashier walked away, after looking at the sticker on my cup and it not saying decaf anywhere on it I politely asked again "and youre sure this is decaf right? I cant have caffeine" the same dude rudely said yes again before turning away and basically brushing me off. I returned today excited to get my morning coffee after having a hard morning and asked for the same exact drink except Carmel instead of French vanilla and was told by the cashier over the speaker that they dont have decaf blended coffee as it is pre-made in a machine. Trying not to get upset as again, I am PREGNANT!! I just asked for a decaf iced coffee and my donuts and went on my way but im very disappointed that I was not only lied to once but 3 times yesterday and unknowingly put my unborn child at risk. I will not be returning to dunkin donuts again cause a business with employees who do not care about the safety of their customers does not deserve a penny. Lying to someone who literally isnt allowed to have something for the safety of their child is unacceptable and I am so beyond upset and mad by how I was treated by the staff. Hopefully they care more about food allergies than they do about restrictions cause this is ridiculous and so dangerous.

Came in here and the employee was arguing with a door dasher. She was screaming and cussing after he left. She was extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable even though I wasn’t involved. I had to leave and not continue with my order.

I went in asking for a free drink (I have enough points for a free drink) and I showed them my account and they said “you can’t get that but you can leave” they also kick you out if you are wearing a school uniform from the school behind them

What a bad service by young person in drive thru He spilled the coffee and when I asked to change the lid he gave me some napkins again I asked to change the lid I told him that not the good service and he said than Dnt come back What the hell is the how you treat your customers , not once said there wa effort to correct the things and just ignoring this When asked for the manager he said I am the manager ..

This location used to be very good, but this one has gone so downhill. Coffee has not consistently been made correctly in sometime. Based on the photo, you can see there is no oatmilk in it, sure enough when you drink it, it tastes like black coffee with blueberry and sugar. My husband asked for his coffee to be made right and was treated poorly and argued with about “how that was made right”. Do not recommend this location. Just go to QT. It tastes better.

Dunkin’ count your days. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sourdough sandwich. I get my order and it’s bacon not sausage. The bread was only toasted on one side and burnt and the other half was not. Got my hashbrowns and and those were burnt to a CRISP! Weren’t even edible. The only thing good that came out of this was the coffee. But even then it’s all milk and no coffee. This is why I stopped coming to this location. The staff is rude and rushes you at the window. Learn some customer service and how to properly put an order together. I’ll be choosing another Dunkin to give my business too.
